I know a lot of the time when people see bad reviews they think, "Oh, that won't happen to me..." but DressLily is an absolutely terrible online store to spend your money at. You will not get your order, I can't stress that enough. I am an overly-patient consumer, I rarely write reviews, and when I do it's because I want to rave about the store or product. In this case, I never recieved my order. I bought a cute black shirt that said, "wifey" on it. I wanted to wear it for the gift opening the day after my wedding. I recieved an e-mail saying that my order shiped on September 15,2015 and it is now October 30,2015. I have e-mailed customer service multiple times and never heard a reply. My order never came and after seeing the rest of the reviews on this and other websites, yours won't either.
Don't waste your time, and spend your hard earned money in a store that you will actually get the benefit from.

Placed an order on 10/14/2015, shipping statement says will ship item within 5-10 business days. It is now 12 business days and not even an email from them regarding the shipment. If they are not able to follow up with there customers to advise of delays, that is a poor company to order from. I emailed them twice now and not even one email response back to me. Reading the reviews below, it looks like I will not get any response from them nor my shipment so I asked them to cancel and in two days if they have not responded still or credit me back, I will file a dispute with Paypal. At least the advantage of paying with paypal you get to be credited back. I agree with lots of these comments that this company should be shut down. I have had to order internationaly before and never had such a problem ordering like I do with DressLily.

I ordered three different coats, two are the same coat but they were just different color. One coat is totally different than the other even though it was supposed to be the same coat. One coat has higher pocket than the other. I couldn't put through my arms as both arms were locked. The other coat came too big and different color. I was too excited to try but now I felt dissapointed

Placed order 2 months ago, got a shipping notification via email about 7 days later shipping from China then got another shipping notice a month later saying shipped via Netherlands mail. My credit card was charged back in August with original shipping notice but I still have no merchandise. Tried to email with them and they do not understand the issue and keep saying that international shipping takes time. Has my product shipped once twice or at all? I don't know! After seeing these reviews I would say don't buy anything here ever!

Save your money and go somewhere else! I ordered 2 shirts and only got one. & The one that did come was so flimsy you can see through it! Im not even sure if its the same shirt as I compared it to the one in the picture... & Another thing. Live chat?! Would help if it worked. A telephone number would be great!... Shipping is ridiculous, good 20 days to get this shirt and still haven't received the other one. 30 bucks wasted on junk! Will definitely be spreading the word!

I ordered a knit top. It was clear by the time I placed the order that shipping would take a while, but the price seemed right. I am a western size 16, so I ordered XL. Their size guide confirmed this would be correct. I arrived four weeks later, a flimsy knit, sewn hastily. The kicker? It would not fit a size 3. This may be a child's XL, though no size or care labels are on the garment. Shipping it back would cost more than the original price. Buyer beware!

I received my item in a reasonable amount of time, however when I received it, the fringe still had the (not sure how to describe it) stabilizing ribbon on the ends that is supposed to be removed after the garment is completed. So I had to do that myself. I ordered an extra large & it is SO tight that I won't be able to wear it. ASIAN CLOTHING MANUFACTURERS NEED TO REALIZE THAT WESTERN WOMEN ARE LARGER THAN ASIAN WOMEN. I am not fat. I am a size 8. I'm really pissed off. This is basically garbage. The material it is made of is delicate, so alterations won't be possible without ruining it.

I ordered my dresses on August 12th 2015. I still have not received anything as of today, October 28th 2015. I have contacted customer service on numerous occasions. They are not refunding my account. They keep telling me to wait, ask me to verify my information time after time. They are leading me in circles. This business is a bunch of scam. They take the money and you are lucky if you get the merchandise. ITs poor quality most the time will NOT fit.The sewing on it is a huge joke. "I place an order 10/16/15 and paid for expedited 3 day shipping. No order received as of 10/28/15
Repeated requests for tracking from the seller received no response.
Paypal is currently is currently waiting on the seller to respond after i filed a dispute/ claim
Part of this order was for a Halloween Costume party and now at the last minute I have to buy a new costume and I am already out 75$ including the expedited shipping. "

Ordered 2 hooded fleeces for my wife who is size 18/20.
What turned up would fit a 12 year old, on complaining i was told that every item has its own size chart at the bottom of the garment page.
I only clicked on the women page and then scrolled right down the bottom of the page and found "size and fit guide" which clearly states that xxl USA = 18 UK = 20
When i complained i was told to send pictures which i did measuring across the back underneath the arm pits, one was 17" and the other was 19". They offered me a full refund but would have to pay to send back (to China) at my cost which was nearly the cost of the items.
If I wanted to keep them they would offer me $9.60 on my account and some points which I accepted and will sell them on ebay with the corrected size.
Beware these come from China and clearly have different size range to the rest of the world due to the people of China being smaller.

I bought a maxi dress and a "bat wing" style shirt. They arrived a month later and the shirt could fit my 10yr old. I'm trying to contact them (no phone number). Finally emailed me back and they want pictures to verify that it doesn't fit?! What?! The dress is so small my boobs pop out?! Really? Not sending them a picture. That ridiculous and embarrassing.
