I ordered a sweater and it took over a month to receive it. The sweater was cheaply made, had a 5" hole in it and did not look like the picture on the website. I submitted an email through their site and still have not heard from them. I wish I read these reviews before ordering from this site.
Update 11/6/15 - after posting this review they did contact me and refund my money. I am pleased they responded and refunded my money with no issues.

I ordered two sweaters from dresslily.com on 10/09/15. I was informed that the items would ship in 7-15 days. It has now been 18 days. Online on dresslily.com, my order status says it's still processing. I was already charged for the items, yet I still don't have the items I purchased. I submitted a support request to follow-up with my order, which said someone would contact me within 24 hours. No one has contacted me. I just want the stuff I ordered or a refund.

I placed my order on October 5 and received an e-mail stating, "Congratulations! Your payment for order L************** has been accepted. Once the order is ready, it will be given to our partner to deliver to you. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when the order has shipped with tracking information and estimated delivery time." Today is October 27, and I have not yet received a shipping confirmation. When I attempt to submit an inquiry on the support website, it will not go through. I get bogus messages about the order number being incorrect. I copied and pasted it right off the e-mail they sent me! Next step will be to try to get a refund through my credit card company, but that lets DressLily off the hook which is how it appears they do business.

DO NOT order from them. I ordered a hoodie over a month ago & my order has been in processing the whole time even though they had already accepted my money. I wrote them once to ask if something was wrong with my transaction & got no reply. I waited a week after that & wrote them again essentially saying that it is unacceptable of them to take my money, never get past processing my order, & then to not reply when I questioned things. They then replied saying I needed to wait longer & that the product is back ordered. They didn't actually have any in stock when I ordered it & it could be over a month until they get it in stock. If you think about that, I may have been the 1000th person to order this hoodie. If they only get 500 to sell for whatever reason, it will be on back order again & I'll have to wait even longer. After my experience I looked up other people's reviews & I am not at all the only one to not receive what I've paid for. They shouldn't allow people to order things if they don't actually have them & they should be better about responding to people who have already spent their money on Dresslily.com I am now trying to get my order canceled. Stick to Amazon.com​

I ordered in the beginning of August it is now almost no remember! I have contacted them many times recorded a response within 24 hours telling me oh we're sorry you picked standard shipping takes 10/25 business days? Now remember it's almost November! So I wrote back stating that exact thing only to get back we're sorry it could take up to 45 days! Hello it's a week before November. I'm so mad and will never order from this place EVER I had high hopes bc it's well known! Called my bank today they are giving me my money back and i have called the better business!

Ordered several items in very early September and still not received them. I have had 2 messages via the complaints procedure to say that they will arrive by 25th Oct and 7th November but still nothing. They also said i should check with the post office. Really, why would i check with them i didn't order through the post office. I have asked for refund but hear nothing. I placed my order on September 25 and received on October 26. They online chat never on. It's very difficult to submit the request or ask question. I ordered a top but the end of the left sleeve was torn. So, I submitted the request about a defective item two days ago. As of today, I still have not received any replies.

Ordered 1 shirt for the first time in 02/07/15. Only just received my shirt today. Sizes are not the right size at all and i'm really pissed off! I'm usually a medium shirt going out but I thought I would order a large to to be sure. I received the shirt saying its a large but it would be no bigger then a XXS. I know 10 year old's that would not fit in the shirt.
