I am beyond upset with this "company," DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a sweater from them and I PAID for it. It comes up on my bank statements as well. This "company" claimed I never in fact paid for the item. I am so upset I want to file a claim with the better business bureau and I will. NOTHING they say will make me EVER buy from them again. I am posting this on my Facebook as well so none of my friends will EVERRRR buy from them. Plus, there isn't even a way to get a hold of anyone to complain. This is ridiculous.

I order online from a lot of different companies and it takes maybe a week, if that to get my items. I ordered on Oct. 13th and its almost been 2 weeks and it hasn't even shipped yet. My account says its "processing" and on other cites it processes for maybe a day then it is shipped. Never takes 2 weeks to process. If I don't get my items that I PAID for will I ever get my money back? This is ridiculous.

The item you ordered is hot sale and there have been significant supply issues with the manufacturer. We had originally submitted a large order to them, however, despite repeated assurances, they only provided an incomplete batch which is far below the replenishment level to meet consumer demand.

I ordered my items back in august and its now end of October. They advised me they have sent my order REALLY, slow boat from china. I have since ordered from other company in China who I know are reliable and worth every cent. JJS House and they have sent me information that my goods are arriving on Wednesday. This is ridiculous. I paid my own money and I get nothing. I've waited 2 months for my items to get here and they never came. This site sucks and I'll definitely tell others not to shop here either.

Ordered 2 items and only received 1... too small... and never received the second... but i was charged for 2... they were trying to charge for both. They look nothing like the photos. This place is a scam. It was like $23.00 and Dress Lily said you have to pay $23.00 if you want your second item... take my advice, if you ever order from a random site from your email... look at their reviews. :(

I ordered two items in August i think to myself if I order now it will arrive before I go on holiday on the 1st of October, been on my 2 week holiday and back and still my items are not delivered and now that is two and a half months ago as they were dispatched on the 16th of August. I will NEVER buy from these scammers again and they should be removed from facebook, google ect. The best Chinese place to shop is WISH.COM its quick deliveries and at least you get your items you order or you get refunded straight away.

Ordered one item, a simple shirt for about $13.2 months later, never received item. Have contacted them via their Customer Support and have yet to get a response. I will be placing a dispute with my credit card company against them and I suggest others that have issues with them do the same. My order doesn't even show any sort of tracking movement, again after 2 months.

I ordered a dress for my nieces wedding on Sept 10. My credit card was charged then. Finally on October 9th my dress was shipped. It is now Oct 24th. Still no dress. This is the worst company ever for customer services. NEVER AGAIN will I order from them.

I placed two separate orders with dresslily.com, I have received 2 of the 3 items in the first order, and waiting on the 3rd. Love the new dress and the wallet! The material is super soft, and true likeness to the picture. The sizes run a bit smaller than western sizes (no big surprise as western people are typically larger than other countries), but if you read the sizing chart before you make your purchase, all should be fine.
Very poor quality, bad fabric... photo does not match product... Awful! I had to click on at least one star to review. Wanted to give them a zero.
