Worst experience ever! I placed my order in November 2014 after seeing what they had to offer on Facebook. I was excited to receive my order. After what seemed like forever, the order stated that it shipped, but no VALID tracking number was supplied. After weeks of not receiving my order, I contacted customer service and they said it was on it's way & try just wait a little longer, I said I would. After an additional few weeks, I contacted them again with the same complaint, and again they requested my patience. Again I agreed, though I don't know why. After two and a half months went by since I originally placed my order, I again contacted customer service. They tried asking me to be patient AGAIN, but this time I refused. I told them that by this amount of time I could have swam to China and back to get my own order! I informed that that they obviously lost my first order and that unless they wanted me to inform consumer affairs and their FB audience, they will send me a new order with a VALID shipping address. The reluctantly but finally obliged after a week of going back and forth. Finally after almost 4 months, I finally got my original order from 11/2014 in March of 2015! When the order arrived, they sizes were NOT true to THEIR size chart, the clothes were barely staying together because the stitching was falling out. I thought about contacting them for my $ back, but after all that, it just wasn't worth the hassle. I should have known, you get what you pay for, but sadly, that was wasted money that could have definitely been used for gas to drive to my local mall and save me the hassle!
I ordered October 2. I inquired October 16. I inquired October 21. If I had read the reviews here first I wouldn't have ordered, as it is clear that they company has terrible customer service and doesn't care about actually delivering the product that is ordered in anywhere close to a timely fashion. I will make it my mission to make sure this company ceases to exist.

Avoid Dress Lily at all costs. The photographs are completely misleading. A man's medium size arrives and can barely fit a 10 yr old boy. I couldn't even fit my arm in the sleeve. The fabrics are cheap, nasty, synthetic fabrics like the type you find in the leftovers bin in a disposal store. Really really shabby beyond belief! They should be sued for false advertising. Its nothing short of disgraceful. This business doesn't even deserve a rating unless its in negative numbers with lots of zeroes after it.

My son ordered a knapsack from them. It took about 3 weeks to get here and it looks alright, but the bag stinks of a disgusting dried fishy smell! We tried washing it, putting a deodorizer on it and it still stinks. It's a horrible smell that just won't come out! Needless to say, he can't use the bag :( We've sent an email to see what can be done, so we'll see what they say, if anything...

Found out AFTER ordering the items come direct from China on a ship, I Ordered Over 2 months ago and STILL have not recieved a refund or my money back. Had to open a case with paypal and they keep sending the SAME letter over and over. BAD company DONT BUY from this company.

Do not order from this website. I ordered a skull sweater a month ago and still haven't gotten it. I'm so angry I read the reviews after I decided to order from them. Also if you get a hold of them through email it gets erased after a couple days, which is odd.

I order a supposedly wool-blend jacket and a shirt. I received the items in normal shipping time they said, however the items are of terrible quality. The jacket looks like it's made of felt and does not at all resemble the item on their website. The shirt looks like it's made of paper and basically see-through. Both items are WAY too small. They look like they're a child size. I've opened a ticket with dresslily but they want all my measurements (for what purpose I have no idea), a picture of the defects (how do you take a picture of things made of crappy materials as a defect), and wanted the SKU numbers on the items (why wouldn't they have that with my order already). They are purposefully extending the time so that it goes beyond the 7 days so that they do not have to refund my money. They won't even give me an address to send the crap back to. They are TERRIBLE!
I'm sure they'll respond say how sorry they are and asking for more information just like I've seen on all of the other complaints. Obviously just a scam. I'll make sure everyone else on Facebook knows now.

I went to look up my order and saw this website of reviews. After reading countless reviews of not even receiving the product or not getting what was expected I immediately canceled my order that I made yesterday. I wish I read these reviews before I Purchased from this company. I ordered something Sept. 8th, I'M STILL WAITING FOR IT! It's been almost 2 months. I emailed them 2 weeks ago & got a response right away, they said shipping blah, blah, blah, and offered me a "sale code" for my next order! Seriously,.? I haven't even gotten my first order and you think I want to order again? Well finally here I hear a response from dresslily but they are asking for my order number so it is LL************** was shipped on 20th September and no response since then, submitted two tickets already with complaints but no response at all

I ordered two shirts from this company and I'm STILL waiting. They said they shipped Sept. 9th and that I should wait until Nov. 10th to do anything about it. That's TWO months later! They have certainly had my money since Sept. 2nd. I seriously will not order from them again. FIrst off. I placed an order and after numerous emails and threatening to dispute the order, I finally received it 1 month later. My package arrived yesterday and I was actually excited to open it finally. I started removing the clothes from the bags and they were horrible. Cheap material, poor stitching and DEFINATELY not true to size. VERY VERY BAD QUALITY?|! They look nothing like the pictures on the website and some of the items aren't even close to what I ordered. There was no invoice, no return information. (SO YOU ARE SCREWED) Out of 9 items, maybe the lace tank top will fit. THE REST IS GARBAGE. I should have just thrown my money in the trash because that is where the clothes are going. I also ordered 3 pieces of jewelry. Don't order any of the jewelry. Just go to the dollar store. You probably will get better quality stuff there. SHAME ON YOU FOR SELLING THIS CRAP!
