Placed order early August x2 haven't received Hav emailed numerous times not heard a thing tracking only says departed china august21st? Not happy!
My items arrived relatively quickly- first package arrived in less than 3 weeks, second took about six. Quality was terrible. Sizes run very small. I would avoid ordering anything from DressLily. You will be disappointed.
Says order was shipped two weeks ago... no tracking info... sent email and all they say is the order was shipped.
There should at least be some tracking info other than it was shipped out. If I knew the order was coming from overseas, I would have NEVER ordered to begin with.

I order a dress off them still waiting for it hasn't arrived yet. They gave me a tracking number that was invalid tracking number They don't reply to your emails. I won't be shoping with you again very poor customer service

Very low quality clothing. Cheap material, no lining and poorly sewn. Packing slips were not included so we are not sure how to return these items to China.

I have been waiting 6 weeks for 1 blouse. It never came, and they never said when to expect it. I live in a condo, so I need to know when I can expect delivery, or else someone else might pick it up. I won't order again!

I don't need a solution from Dresslilly as I have received a full refund from PayPal. I did try to contact them and their response was that my items were on their way which did not happen. I then started a dispute with PayPal. You have not asked me any questions which is why I have not answered! I can only presume that this response is another attempt to pull the wool over prospective customers eyes! BE WARNED!

Customer service is only good when they require something from you. For example, when they ask you to submit reviews for them and in turn they reward you with points. Points that you can only use a fraction of per order. I asked customer support what was going on and I have yet to receive a reply (my original question was submitted a week ago) whereas when they were asking me to submit reviews I was receiving responses daily. The products aren't bad, I'll give them that, but you can get the same products for cheaper on other sites, you just have to pay shipping.

I went to purchase some items and when I put my card info in it said error that I put it in wrong. I immediately got an email sent saying thank you for my purchase. Had to cancel my credit card! Read the reviews before you buy!

HUGE SCAM! Ordered over 2 months and never received items. Sent in ticket... no response. Feel stupid that I didn't do research ahead of time, If I had, I would've seen that it was a scam and that others never received their items as well. Please don't fall victim like so many have... wish they would face theft charges because that's exactly what they are doing. Stealing from innocent people. Karma will get them though, it always does, one way or another.

I ordered and it took more than 3 weeks to receive. When I got the blouses, the "mediums" would not fit my size 8 frame. I gave them to my 11 year old daughter, and they fit. No return into in my package. Order at your own risk!

I ordered one hoodie by online my money was transferred for two times and in the order it was showing money is not paid. I tried to send a email to given address support information. But I was not working. I filled everything and it was showing something wrong to do not accept the mail. It's there cheap tricks. Then I send messages on Facebook and they replied very fast. Then I felt happy and sent my order no and information about my problem. Then they didn't answer. Then I understood it's a fake website to cheat the people. Please don't trust then and don't encourage them.

I ordered and paid for a Tank Top on 8/5. To date it has not arrived. I wrote them and was told I had to wait until 10/23 before I can file a formal complaint as they supposedly shipped it on 8/23 and they're allowed 60 days for shipping? It snowed here in NH, this AM. I just want a refund and I will never use this company again. RIDICULOUS
