I placed a order back in august. It said it shipped but I still have yet to recieve it and I am not happy. I want my money back but tri g to reach someone is impossiable.
I am very upset and would never reccomend this site. I placed an order on August 9th 2015 and site stated it shipped back on August 13th, but her it is Oct 18th and nothing. I have contacted customer service 10 times at least and not one email has been returned. I should have known better! I ordered off a similiar site that claims to sell alot of the exact same items in the exact same photographs and after waiting nearly 3 months I recieved 1 of 3 orders and it was the cheapest gottiest fabric in the tinest size ever! Disgusted! I tried to return it to China but the shippping was $80 canaidian and the order was only $24! NEVER AGAIN!

I have searched several websites and I have to be honest, I have been very pleased and happy with the merchandise (mainly clothes) that I have purchased from Dresslily.com. I was impressed with the material and their quality of clothes. The prices are extremely reasonable, you just need to make sure you go by their size charts when ordering. I have received comments at work on many of the blouses I have purchased. They are so unique. I cannot understand how anyone could be disappointed. I can't wait to get my items in the mail and wear them. I feel I am always impressed by the items I have ordered. I highly recommend Dresslily.com
DO NOT buy from this company -- all you need to do is google search the image of the product and you'll see it is sold elsewhere with the same exact picture! These shops are all scams as well. Only buy from reputable online stores -- it might be more money, but you'll get what you paid for and better service.

I ordered 2 dresses back in May of 2015. I did the ticket thing, (T*******372) Through Emails back & forth, I was sending dresses back to DressLily and they were going to send me 2 new dresses 2 sizes larger than I ordered. I mailed the dresses on 5/29/2015 for $16.75. As of today, I still have not received my dresses. I have tried calling, Emailing, and I get no response back. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT ORDER FROM DRESSLILY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Their shipping times are a lie, their customer service does not respond, and the dress I received (3 weeks later than the max time stated on their website) looks nothing like the photo.

I decided to write this since I just decided to try to buy from them again. I went through paypal since it's easy to cancel by going through the credit card instead of the company if there is a problem. I ordered from them in the past. Yes, it takes forever to get your stuff and yes their customer service is well non-existent, but I did get my stuff, and it wasn't horrible quality if anything sizes run a bit small. I ordered a jacket 2 or 3 years ago, and it's still holding up great and has been worn a lot. Most of the reviews are on customer service and the length of shipment... not many are on the merchandise.
I wish I had read the reviews about this company before I ordered. I ordered several pieces and they all are a very poor quality, it looks cheap cheap cheap... Some of the pieces I ordered in XL just to be save although I wear a L were more size S or XS. I'm still waiting on the last shipment and wonder if it ever will arrive. STAY AWAY not worth the money.

I tried calling their number, you can barely hear a word they say. I feel like I have been completely ripped off. Its been a month since i ordered ONE shirt, told 10-20 days, its been 4 weeks, and still no package. This site is a joke. I will never ever order from this company again. I placed my order in September and I have yet to receive it. I placed 2 tickets to hear back as to why I haven't received my order yet and heard nothing back. Don't even bother trying to call their phone number because you can't understand a word the recording says and then it just hangs up on you. I plan on calling my bank and disputing the charges immediately. I paid for a tracking number and it doesn't even work. When i checked my account through the app it says my item was accepted in China... So i guess it might be possible some random human is in possession of my order? Either way I am going to make sure I am refunding my $60.

Quick shipping and I love all the clothes. The prices and selection are awesome and if you do need to ask a question they get back to very quickly.
I order ALOT of items online. NEVER, NEVER has a company automatically added shipping insurance. It is very RARE for that to even be an option for well reputable companies. BUT, after reading all of these horrible reviews, I guess I will never expect to receive my order EITHER. Man, that is so CROOKED. I guarantee you they make their money off of fraudulent claims to the shipping companies. The customer calls and complains about the order not arriving and then DRESSLILY makes a claim off of the insurance. This really needs to be investigated. They are not shipping the product and then getting paid again off of the insurance claim that they file. The customer never gets anything and the company gets paid TWICE... what a SCAM! Will be filing a complaint to ask FACEBOOK to ban them from advertising!

And I don't mean I just didn't fit into the dress. It was unwearable. The dress pictured came down mid thigh and showed a modest amount of cleavage. The dress I got didn't even cover my crotch let alone my butt. My breasts are too big to go bra-less and the dress showed the entire bra. Yes, that means had I not worn a bra when trying it on my breasts would have been bare! I don't even know what to say about the material that was used. The best way to describe it is a stretchy type table cloth. It's course and feels almost like plastic. As someone who has made her own clothes, there was no way to save the piece of trash I received. I can't even alter it because the material feels nasty and there just isn't enough of it to keep myself covered.
Very upset. So tempting because of the pricing, but I'll never risk buying from them again.

I'm a very patient woman. The shipping did take time, but they messaged me letting me know when it was shipped, I constantly tracked the package, making sure that it wasn't going elsewhere or taking notes of how long it's been in a certain area. So, the shipping and waiting game was no biggie.
The clothes that they show online is nothing compared to what you get. I purchased a cute red and white patterned dress (the sku is: *******) because it looked lovely, and while I knew that the sizes were completely different from the US, I ordered a size up just in case. When I received it, it looked like something that could rip right off of me. I'm not kidding, the quality is horrible, the dress was so small, it looked like it belonged to a child. Material was very thin, and it looked nothing like it did on the pictures online. I hated it. When I emailed them about my refund, the said, I would have to pay to ship it back out and take a deduction on their product since it's already "second-hand". Despite it being within the first week of getting my delivery, I would be paying more money returning it, then getting my money back. I didn't even bother shipping it. I trashed it, and haven't shopped there every since.
While their clothes are horrible, their tights are of good material. (sku: YJ*******) I literally wore that very often before the material started tearing. Good stuff. I would buy it again, if I hadn't had the horrible experience with their clothes and return policy.
