Had a horrible experience with them months back. Decided to give them one more shot because the item I wanted was so cheap. Here's the run down...
Dec 23- Ordered 2 wigs. Paid $10 for 6-8 day shipping (which is on top of the 5-10 day "dispatch" time) It comes with a tracking number, so I figured it would help since my last bad experience was when I used the free shipping option.
Jan 5-I was told that both items were on back order, and that I could wait longer or make an exchange. I decided to wait longer.
Jan 9-The order was marked as "Expected to ship on 1/10/16"
Jan 15-Order still showed as "Processing". I sent a message asking what was going on.
Jan 17-Was told that one of the wigs was still on back order. I decided to wait a little longer because I had already waited this long.
Jan 22-My order was marked as "Shipped".
Feb 1-Still had not received my order, that was promised to arrive in 6-8 days, which I paid $10 for.
Feb 4-Was told that the one wig had shipped and the other was still on back order and I could either choose a replacement or get a credit to their website. They also wrote "shipping date: 2016-01-23 06:55:52, estimated time: 10-25 business days"... 10-25 business days?!?!? I paid $10 for standard shipping which promised 6-8 day shipping! UNBELIEVABLE!
There you have it. Ordered on Dec 23rd, for items that showed available, paid extra $10 for 6-8 day shipping. It's not Feb 4th, FOURTY THREE DAYS later, and I have nothing.
I love how they offer a refund to your "wallet", which is store credit and try to butter you up with 8% off your next order. OH HEYYLLLL NO I won't be ordering again. Ever.
Ordered two dresses and that was two months ago now I can't get any response from them at all they took their money out right away but I still have not received my items and now there's no order showing on my profile! What can I do here

Ordered 2 shirts over a month ago, still haven't received... Tracking info. Is never available when you go to the site, and customer service is of no help... These items are coming from China, but it doesn't tell you that, until after the order is placed... Don't waste your time or money, cause you will be out, both.

I had to wait near 2 months for two shirts which is beyond ridiculous in itself. The materials the clothing was made out of is so crappy and strings were hanging off one of the shirts. I can't even fit one of them, even though I took correct measurements and ordered according to their size chart plus one up just to be safe. They are just very cheaply made and not worth my money. First and final order with this company.

I placed an order on Aug 19,2015 here it is Oct 13,2015 and no sign of my order ever being shipped they took my money no problem Aug 19th. I have tried several times to contact customer service with no response. So like the many many others I was ripped off. I ordered 2 tops in the month of August 2015. After repeated follow up, I finally got my courier details. Alas! Its more than 3 months and it never came. I had a great experience with Dresslily.com. I decided to order a very beautiful wallet from there and knowing how poor the quality of goods coming from China is, I was shocked when I received it because it was exactly as in the pictures, if not even prettier. The shipping took only 14 days. I use this wallet every day and get so many compliments on it! Will definitely order from Dresslily again!
I ordered a sweater about 2 weeks ago and have not received a tracking number or anything I also payed for fast shipping so I should of had reciebed it by now. I want a full refund and somehow info a get it.

My dresslily account is vitalife and i buyed online a product( SKU: YL*******) from dresslily.com with Order Number: LL************** in october 4th. I have paid also a suplimentary tax of 2USD to have access to tracking information messages. The item was paid via in october 4th. The total ammount was 40.01USD
Since day of aquisition, october 4th, i do not have any kind of info about this aquisition. No tracking information at all, no response at all from dresslily representative to my repetitive tickets opened in Dress Lily Support Center.
I asked dresslily.com via „My question", via"My Tickets", via „My reviews", via emails, in order to contact me and let me know about when i will receive my package and give me a valid tracking number, but nothing then silence.
Due to this kind of treatment of my problem from dresslily.com, through silence and disengagement, and seeing that many others are in the same situation, I am entitled to consider the company's behavior as fraudulent and I am determined to legally act against them by request of banning the activity online of dresslily.com company and opening of a criminal proceedings against them.

After not receiving my order placed on 25/08/2015 dresslily finally responded to me after putting a review on here. Not a very good review. They have after umpteen communications refunded my payment but to a shopping account. Why I would want to use them again I have no idea. There seems to be something on their site about getting the money paid back to my card but I am dammed if I can figure it out. They also asked me to change my original review which I said I would amend it once I had my problem resolved. Well dresslily I will only be amending my review to warn other people that your site is best avoided. I await your nightly e-mail which is usually in not very good English with baited breath. I also noted that dresslily is copyrighted which suggests uk registered and we have very strict policy on refunds Going to bed now still upset and money lost. Nevr mind payday next week will go to the high street and pay cash for goods I can take home. Maybe more tomorrow once I have deciphered the e-mail I will get overnight. Watch this space folks

This is horrible customer service, I have not got my jeans I ordered in late July or early August, I have sent multiple emails with the ticket system that is not useful. After my 1st email I got a follow up email that had stated it was shipped that day and with a tracking # but as I was reading it it vanished along with all of my emails from dresslily. Very concerning as to now I'm convince my computer has been hacked. My jeans were summerish with white lace down the side which now that we are into Fall I can not wear them.
