I have already made one review because that was the only way i could communicate with you guys about my package. Hoping that i would recieve it after a few weeks back thay i commented, still no package has arrived and its been almost 3 months! Ive ordered from other websites and they come ALOT faster then this site! I am NEVER ordering from here again and i know surely i wont be expecting a package anymore. I really prefer not to even rate since i am not happy at all with this service.
I have not received my package and it's been a month. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They do not reply to any emails. You can't even send an email through their website because it does not go through. I am very upset and will never order again/

I ordered one item weeks ago and have not received my item. Can not reach the company and the site says my order is being processed. How? Its been just shy of a month... tried to call and got a weird voice mail with no name. I will be reporting this company!

I ordered earrings and a bathing suit. They cane earlier than expected and I loved them! Fit was good!
This is the worst site ever I will be filling a lawsuit! I ordered my package in August an I have not got it! I have wrote several emails and no one replied. I should of read the reviews first that is my fault! I will never order from here again. I guess this is show run down shack in a back yard in China!

I ordered at DressLily four times. Three times, I received my order very quickly ( 7 to 10 days earlier than with others similar eshops with same type of delivery).
The order was complete, ordered goods were at least at the advertised quality, mostly better. Dresses are shorter, but it`s due to different average height of european and asian women. Once I had problem to verify my credentials on time, due to problems with my email account. Problem was on my side, and DressLily reacted very quickly and readily to help me find the best solution and after smooth discussion, they refunded me the whole amount of money for the order.
I can higly recommended DressLily.com. It`s good choise to buy nice cloths for reasonable price. Also the customer support is agile and readily helpful.
Not only did I receive my article late after paying extra, but it was also defective. I have been waiting to be contacted about returns for weeks and the company has neglected to even contact me. I will be putting a law suit for this company

Why isn't there a rating of ZERO? I ordered a sweater from them and when I received it it looked NOTHING like the picture shown. It looked like a poorly made home made sweater. They took a picture off of the Internet and tried to "recreate" the sweater it was so ugly, the ends were frayed and it really didn't even qualify as a sweater because of all of the holes. I will NEVER order from this website again. Save your money and don't buy from them!

Really happy with the clothes I received from dresslilly. Everything was so cheap and everything I've bought so far I've loved and worn many times. Quality is also great.
I cannot believe this website has NO PHONE NUMBER! I have 2 coats to return and all I get are emails saying they got my request. They provide NO ADRESS to return the coats! The fur on the coats were severely crushed due to the way they were jammed packed into a 2 inch bag, they were super small (almost made for a 5 year old), and they are made of the cheapest material I have EVER seen. I may have to eat the cost of the coats but it's my own fault because I should have read all the bad reviews before I purchased from them. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this site. It's almost as if no one exists on the other end!

After reading so many disturbing reviews, I immediately canceled my order via a ticket submission to the site. I also followed up via PayPal, which was my payment source. Within 24 hours, the company responded. 24 hours after that, I was issued a full refund. Sad to see so many negative posts, but very relieved I got my money back with no issues!
Placed an order over 2 months ago and haven't received anything! This company needs to be shut down asap! I'm even more angry bc the cloths bought where for my nephew for back to school!

Despite posting on here I have still had no product delivered from dresslily! They have asked me to check my address! I think I know where I live. Please all, stay away from this website. Ordered from this company, and although they were quick to take my order and my money, they never indicate that they are shipping from CHINA and that your order may take up to 30 days to arrive FROM the DATE of shipping! It's been 30 days since they supposedly shipped, and no items have arrived. They did provide me with a tracking number, but the tracking info just states the date it departed to the US, nothing from that date forward. So, how reliable is that info! Who can we write to get this company shut down and avoid more people getting ripped off?
