I ordered 2 shirts. One arrived damaged literally coming apart at the seams. The other I never received. I filed a ticket, no response then suddenly the ticket is closed.
I have outstanding shopping experience with dresslily, the product is of good quality and impressive style. It is worth for the price. The dress fits well. Moreover, with no shipping cost, I received the dress pretty quickly. Overall, satisfied with the customer service.
I ordered a sweater for my wife's birthday. Her birthday has come and gone. I ordered it over a month ago. Why do you ask us to wait 10 to 25 business days for something to ship? Must be using a slow ship from China... I suspect these are made overseas. This is the last time I use this site.
I loved all the items an the lengths of the dresses were exactly as promised. The woolen items were thick and chunky as per the pictures.
In September 2015 I ordered 2 items of clothing. One item arrived over a month later. I'm still waiting on the second one. I have sent at least 5 emails, but only get a standard response.
The quality of goods is not great, but then you get what you pay for; and in my case I didn't even get it! Would advise look elsewhere.

This is an awful website. The sizes are awkwardly small and weird compared to normal USA sizes. Although the prices are cheap, the actual product is cheap too. You get what you pay for... total crap.
I ordered 2 dresses and 1 top. I received the first dress almost 2 months after I ordered the total purchase then the top 1 month after that. I never received the 2nd dress. After reaching out to the company they said I can pay an additional 50% of the dress cost and get a reorder the dress or they will refund me 50% of the cost of the dress. Either way they were crappy options and completely unacceptable.
After several e-mails back and forth I finally got them to give me a full refund. Although it is not a lot of money, it is now the principal of it all.
Now I just sent my 4th e-mail back (7th total) about how they can give me my money back. They asked me to set up a paypal because they said they couldn't refund my credit card. I set it up and sent them what I thought was the correct link, apparently it wasn't. So I just sent them a screen shot of my paypal and told Dresslily that they can send me a paper check refund my credit card, or figure out how to use my paypal.
This process if pretty insane and unacceptable but I'm in this for the long haul!
A while back I wrote a review about how amazing dresslily is, and I'm ashamed to say they paid me in store credit to submit a good review. In all reality, their clothing is cheap, customer service is not that great, and they falsely advertise a lot of their products. I have not always had a bad experience with them, but their clothing is cheap quality.
I ordered a shirt on October 13,2015, and I received it October 22,2015. When I put it on it unraveled but I got a hold of Dress Lily through FB Message and they refunded my purchase price and gave me extra points, and I had a friend sew it up for me. I love it it's so cute and comfortable.

They tell you on as a reply on this website that they resolved the matter and that they issued you a refund to paypal. And to check in 24 hours. It's been 72 hours and I recieved NO REFUND to my paypal account.
They even CLOSED the ticket. So you crooks just reply nicely just so you can show people you resolved issue even though you did not and have no intention of resolving?!
YOU ARE CROOKS!

I ordered a jacket 2xl but the people's review about sizes making me worried as my sizes are 2xl uk size and I'm not sure the jacket will actually be uk 2xl

UPDATE:
These people are real crooks, when I opened a paypal dispute, they started communicating with me on their own website instead coming through paypal. They offered me $30 partial refund which I reluctantly agreed but then they asked me to close the paypal case FIRST before they can offer me the refund. I asked them to refund me the money through paypal and that I will not close the paypal case without getting the refund. These crooks kept repeating that I have to close the paypal dispute FIRST otherwise they are not in the position to refund me, when I refused they offered me a partial refund of $9 through paypal which I have declined and asked paypal to make a decision on the case.
I would advise everyone to avoid these crooks at any cost,, just imagine how much money they are making from around the world by selling sub standard clothing and then giving partial refunds to disgruntled clients.
I bought and paid $40for a Mens Winter coat on 5th October, received the item on 7th November. They do not advertise that the item will be shipped from China.
I wear small size in UK, the coat sizes advertised on their website start fro m Medium to upwards. I thought a medium would be a little lose but should still be fine with extra clothing in winter.
This Coat arrived after a month and it doesn't fit me at all as it is so small... Their advertised Medium size is in fact a XTRA SMALL in UK sizes.
I have opened up a dispute with PAYPAL to return the item on the company expense as the description of the item was Misleading and comes under misrepresentation Act 1967.

I placed an order last week. The same day I was "issued" a refund. No reason why, cant get ahold of anyone. Looks like money was refunded but PayPal shows a "pending" status. Still has yet to hit my paypal account.

I ordered from dresslily over a month ago, 3 items ordered, only 2 received, I have sent messages to their customer service, no response. There is no contact number on their site and their 'Live chat' feature is NEVER available.

There is no savings worth the hassle of dealing with a company that does not ship what they have listed as inventory. The sizing on their charts does not come close to matching the real items. The packing will ruin many items. Some of the items are shipped from NY and NJ but they want you to send returns to China. Continually ask for pictures, measurements, etc. as if they don't know what you mean by inferior sizing. Finally received $40 refund for two coats. Truly a terrible business/purchase experience. Please do not waste your time or money. While you occasionally see a positive review, the majority are very negative. With good reason.

It took some effort, however, in the end they did refund my money for missing merchandise. I can't lie - I will not order from them ever in the future as it took nearly three months for a resolution, but am happy that they finally responded appropriately. Posting on SiteJabber was the key to getting their attention.

Hello, I ordered a total of three shirts a few weeks ago. I received two of the three shirts on Wed of last week but the 3rd shirt has yet to arrive. One of the two shirts received is the wrong shirt. I completed and submitted a ticket to the support center on Thursday of last week. I do not have an "order number" and I have not heard from anyone. What do I need to do?

I wish that I had read the reviews for this website first.
I placed an order on October 5,2015 and was charged for the order on October 9,2015. The order says it is shipped, but it does not include any tracking info. I figured that it would take a while because it shipped from overseas. It's been over a month now. I should have received the order. There is NO customer service. There is no phone number to call, the live chat is NEVER available, and they do NOT reply to the tickets that you send in. (I have sent 3) I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with this company and will NEVER order from there again.
I have been trying to get a refund, or my order resent, but no one is helping me.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
