Where the heck is my order? Customer service is of no help at all. Its been almost 2 months since i placed the order. Not sure about this company...
I ordered in August but I had no idea this was a scam company. My product never came of course. They keep telling me to check with my post office but they conveniently don't have a tracking number. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY FROM CHINA.

Never received my order, can't get a response from Customer Service, live chat is always off line, can't get anyone to contact me, no refund apparently, and merchandise never received. Total Fraud. I will tell everyone I see and I will post this on Facebook. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. EVER.

This website is a scam. I placed an order 35 days ago and received no package. When I requested a "ticket" I was told I would get a response in 24 hours. 48 hours later nothing. The "tracking information" provided a conveniently blurry picture of my package and shipping label to "prove" they sent it out, but the picture is fuzzy and the text on the shipping label is totally un legible. There is no email to contact and no phone number and the "live chat" option is conveniently off line all the time. This is a very elaborate scam and I hope the creators of this website get shut down and penalized for what they are doing. I am currently trying to contact my credit card company to cancel payment.

Ordered one item. Received something completely different that looks like whoever packaged it stole it from her grandmother's closet. There was no receipt in the package. Opened a ticket to get what we ordered. Received an email saying they would respond within 24 hours. Now it has been a week, no response, the link on the original email says there is no ticket associated with the code they gave us, and we can't login to the account. There's no contact information on the site and no way to access our original order.

These guys are a con, thankfully I have paid with PayPal and have now opened a dispute. At least I will get my money back this way.
Word to the wise. Pay with PayPal for anything online. It really is worth it when it comes to con men like this company.
I ordered a dress on expedited shipping.
A week later... Nothing. The order is still stuck on processing. When I email them directly, no reply. When I open up a ticket, no reply. After another 2 working days I opened up a PayPal dispute for non arrival of items.
They had quoted 5-7 working days for the expedited service. I'm well over that.
Anyway, I'll have my money back in 2 days and will stay clear of sites like this in the future.

I ordered a t-shirt at end of September; it is now mid Nov at it has still not arrived. There is little to no tracking information and customer service have yet to advise me on the whereabouts of my item. If it ever arrives, I will never use this site again..

Ordered 2 different items, a low high chiffon dress and a cute top, the dress was so short it didn't even cover my butt (size chart was incorrect) sizes run extremely small- made to fit Japanese. Contacted customer service, had to show pictures of the dress not fitting correctly and was never given a clear instruction of how to send this back, my options were 1: order a different size, 2: store credit (at this point I dont even want to try and find something that MAY fit) or 3 keep the item and receive 20% for store credit... Im just going to take the loss and move on with my life, I don't have time to wait for this item to take months to get back to China and months waiting for the next step. I ordered these items in July... another ticket was made out because I still had not received the cute top a month later. The customer service stated that some items will take up to 45 days... it is currently NOVEMBER 10, and no order has arrived! I wish I would have read the reviews to find that everyone has issues with this site, even my best friend ordered the same shirt and hasn't received hers either. PLEASE save YOUR money, don't WASTE your time. Good luck
We should have checked here first. We ordered 2 items, and now 2 months later we have nothing. First attempt at creating support ticket would not work. 2nd attempt said the support ticket was generated and we would hear something in 24 hours. We have heard nothing. This is looking really bad. We cannot recommend anyone do business with them. Hopefully we can fight through reversing the charge on our credit card.
Placed an order on 10-19-15. Disappointed that my order arrived with an item missing that I paid for.
Sent a 'support ticket' on 11/3/15 advising DressLily of their error and have not received a response.

My first experience with Dresslily was very pleasant. Item ordered arrived as described. A second item ordered was not shipped, contacted support. Was advised item no longer available. Dresslily provided a quick refund and an additional percentage off of a future order. Will be ordering from Dresslily again.
It has been TWO MONTHS and still NO package! I can't even submit a ticket because it "security code" won't ever let me. How hard is it to type in 4 numbers? NOT HARD! I think they made it impossible because they didn't want to deal with the incoming complaints! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I wish I had looked them up before my purchase because EVERYONE says not to buy!
I can't update my previous review so I'm just going to add a new one - After going back & forth with tickets, I finally received my missing items so don't give up, say a prayer & keep responding to tickets until you get what you paid & if they close it, open another one - that's what I did. I ordered/purchased a cute hoodie from DressLily on October 4,2015 and still have not received anything! My tracking number says it's been shipped, but unable to further track the package (which makes no sense). I put in a "support ticket" with the company and still have not heard back. What a scam! Now I understand how they can do "free shipping," because they never actually ship it to you.

After Making sure I ordered a xl Shirt. I recieved an invoice saying i ordered a Lg. Well Thats the least of my concerns. I havent even recieved my order that was shipped on The 17th of September it's the 11th of Nov. Now. They say if i dont recieve by the 20th they will refund my money but not putting much stock in their story. Buy something from in the States stay away from these Liars! Why hasn't something been done to keep them off the Internet Here. I have never seen so many Bad reviews. I'm going to speak with a Paypal rep soon. Only got me for 1 shirt. I should have known better!
Put a order in 10-26-2015 said it would be 7 days still do not have it and no number to call. When doing complaint says not correct order number is this a scam
So I ordered a white sweater from Dresslily October 11th, created two tickets asking when I will be receiving the product as they took it from my bank account on October 12th, no problem right? I have not received any response and they say that they get back to you within 48 hours. I have friends that are asking if they should order from them and I am extremely hesitant to have someone else go through this. These reviews are mind-blowing. If it is on back order, then just tell me. Good communication makes for better business and this looks horrible! Dresslily quote on their site: "Your tickets will be replied in 24 hours except weekends and holidays."
I placed an order last week. It says that my order has shipped and gave me a tracking number, but the tracking number is invalid. I have gone to the XFL Surface Mail to try to track it, but cannot. I have gone to international mail and cannot track it. I have tried China mail and cannot track it. I would like to know how I can track my items. I have two and they were shipped on separate dates.
You do not receive your merchandise and no returned email's. Total scam!
