Ordered a wig from them cheap it was shipped and arrived promptly. Love how easy it was to pay for it and the colour all in all the site did exactly as promised.
I wouldn't even given this website a star, I'd give it 0 stars. I bought an item and I want to return it because it is wayy to small, but no one replies to the support tickets nor does their online chat thing work. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE BECAUSE EVERYTHING YOU BUYIS BAD QUALITY AND YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO RETURN IT
My items took about 2 months to arrive and when they finally did, the quality is horrendous. Some necklaces I ordered arrived broken and the ones that weren't broke soon after. The materials used are of the cheapest quality and look nothing like the pictures shown on their site. I had no idea that everything was shipped from China. Probably made by children in a sweatshop. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Please do not use this company, they are not a legitimate company. They will take your money off you, not deliver the goods you have ordered, not respond to any help tickets that you submit, they are not contactable via telephone and they will not provide you with a refund when demanded. I saw an DressLily ad on Facebook and decided to place an order. I ordered two sweaters. After waiting a very long time, 6 weeks or so, I received my order. I have never seen such poor quality in clothing before. I bought one of the sweaters as a gift. I could NEVER give this as a gift. It's a joke. It looks unfinished and has strings hanging all over the place. I wish I googled DressLily before I ordered. Live and learn.

Ordered 2 tops. Took ages to come, so put in a dispute with Paypal. One top came a week later. Nothing like what was pictured or described. Changed the Paypal dispute to 'not what was described' Eventually, got my money back from Paypal. Never did receive the second top. Probably would've ended up throwing that one out too. Wish I'd read the reviews prior to ordering from them. Trying to get the word out so others won't get burnt. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Obviously, when the item went through customs the package was sliced open and retaped. In the process the blouse ended up with a big hole.
The blouse I ordered was a small but this was way bigger and the shoulder width was so wide that it will just fall off my daughter's small frame.
I would order again from them if they were based in the U.S. but never again will I order from a company that ships from China. The only plus was that the item arrived just a couple weeks after it should have (I had given up)

Why do you take money but don't send the item? Its been over a month. Is this a scam? I cant get you to respond other than auto messg one time. You don't have a locale ph# to call. I placed my order Aug 08,2015 and now were in November and still nothing! I wished I would have read the reviews on them before I placed my order! Let's just say lesson learned! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!

I ordered a jacket around this time last year. Never received it. Never got my money back. Customer service emailed me saying they could not find my order. Well I had a screen shot of the confirmation (because that's how I save them). My order was then found but I Never got it or a refund. After months of reminder emails, I stopped getting any response.

Well I wished my daughter had read the reviews before ordering from this company. We are having the same problem as everyone else. They took our money with no product to show for it. So as everyone else says; don't bother, save your money and headache don't order from them! After months of waiting for two shirts, they arrived. Threads everywhere, dreadfull material quality, stitching all loose and coming apart. Contacted DressLily via their complaint form and have heard nothing. Tried to post a review on their own site and it won't let me so I know know that the reviews that are there are fake too. When I sign in and try to review, a notice says "Sorry, please come back to write a review after you buy this product from us!" Well I have already bought it! Horrendous quality and should be reported to trading standards!

I placed my order ages ago, and still nothing! After two weeks, my order still was not marked as "shipped", so I tried to contact them. Their chat never works, and the never replayed to my emails. So I contacted them on Facebook. After several days I received a message saying they were sorry, but the item was not in stock... A couple of weeks after that, they said that the order was shipped... Two weeks after that, the order is still not here, and it's not tracable! So where is it?
I consider my money as lost, and guess I'll never receive the package, but I can guarantee you this:

I ordered an item on 11/08/2015 and still have not yet recieved the item that i payed for 3 months ago. I have sent emails with no response back. There is only an overseas number listed which would cost more to call then the item cost and probably still wouldnt get a response. I wish that i had of read all these reviews before making an order, 'LESSON LEARNT'. They seriously are getting away with fraud and theft. Im truely discusted that people like this exist in the world they r a waiste of space and good air. I dont recommend for anyone to deal with these theives. I rate them -0... Rant Over...!

I went on the Dress Lily site and found a bunch of stuff I liked and added it to a cart. I found a coupon and had to enter my email and such. I entered my shipping address and then thought I'd better read the reviews on this place first. Glad I did. The reviews were very poor and I found out that the merchandise was coming from China. That cinched it for me. That said, I closed the window and didn't place an order or give them my card information. Then I got an order confirmation email and I never even submitted the order! I'm concerned that these Jag offs got my PayPal account information or something. Anyway, I went on their site and canceled the order. There is no evidence of how it was supposedly going to be paid for. Don't order from these people. They are a major scam operation.
