It took over 2 months to receive my order of (2) Large Mens shirts. I tried to contact Dresslilly customer support multiple times and never heard back. The shirts finally showed up and they are total $#*!, they fit like Mens small. I don't even want to try and return anything to this company, I would rather eat $20 than waste my time dealing with this BS company. DONT BE FOOLED, read all the other reviews.
I saw the ad on Facebook and placed the order for the advertised special. The "stylish hooded long sleeve gingham slit womens hoodie" shirt. It arrived 4 weeks later with Asian writing on the return address, in a 5"x5" envelope. The shirt could fit a small child, not a woman. The quality is that of a middle-school sewing project. I am so disappointed and will NEVER order from this site again. I don't even want to demand a refund. I don't want to deal with DressLily EVER! Stay away!
Received a response from the company. They offered for me to mail back the item at my cost, or refund a portion of the price and I keep the item. So, I agreed to the refund and I'll give the shirt to Goodwill. Let's see if they send a refund. I'm not going to count on it.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Ordered 4 tops... POOR QUALITY. Contacted customer service to return and got a support number... T*******591. Now what? I have tried to contact them to see what I do to return these poor quality shirts and I get no reply.

I love dresslily the quality is great and it is just as they pictured it on the site. The shipping was a little long but it got to me when they said it would. The only thing is I would let everyone know make sure that you look at the measurements not just the size because they go off the measurements so it might be a bigger size than you are used to but it will fit perfect if you follow that. I will deffinantly order from them again.
Ordered weeks ago still don't have it, emailed multiple times without and response. It has been processing this whole time and I paid extra to get it delivered quicker but I still don't have it. Terrible company. Never again

I tried their site & great sales only to be fooled by their shananigans. I paid for an order that I did not receive and I was back and forth for months w/ their customer support trying to resolve this issue. Needless to say, I never received my purchase nor a refund. It was a complete waste of time and loss of money. I would only refer people to not shop with them.

Clothes look nothing like the pictures. Sizes are snot accurate. I ordered 2 shirts in the same style but different colors. Not even near the same. Do not order from this China based company. Horrible.

I think Dresslily is the same company as SammyDress... They sell the same crappy products! I ordered this same shirt on SammyDress website: http://www.dresslily.com/long-sleeve-lace-spliced-lace-up-blouse-product*******.html
After two weeks of waiting, I finally received the shirts I ordered from the SammyDress website. From the minute I opened the package, it was one disappointment after another. They do NOT look like the shirts on the website!
For starters, I ordered both purple and black of the same shirt. I got a wine colored one instead of purple and an off black which looks more gray than black. The quality of the fabrics used are very cheap and flimsy, like a shirt you may find in a dollar store. The cutting/sewing of the shirts is really crappy too. I am a beginner when it comes to sewing and I could make a better quality shirt than these!
Some of the stitching is starting to come apart in some places and other places the stitching isn't even straight. The ribbon they have to lace up the corset part of the shirt is too short so you can't even lace it properly, but if you don't lace it up it falls down at the shoulders. Size wise I went with XL but it looks like it's a Large.
Being the bargain shopper that I am, I was hoping these shirts would be a good find. I buy inexpensive clothes all the time, and I've never come across such poor quality as this. My experience with SammyDress was such an utter disappointment that I will no longer order anything from them. And since DressLily is the same, I won't order from them either!

This is an amendment to my original review.
Dress Lily, upon reading my review, quickly swung into gear to resolve my issues. They gave me two very workable solutions. I chose one and they followed through to immediately make it happen. So, although sizing is still a BIG issue their customer service to resolve the problem was very good.
Original Review:
Sizing is so far off the mark it is ludicrous. I ordered a 2XL assuming the sizes would run very small. The tiniest girl in my circle of friends barely fit into it.
Quality is not as shown. The materials are substandard and everything has an unpleasant "chemical" smell.
Returns are a joke. You may as well forget it their policy is so stringent. They do not allow returns if the size is wrong.
All in all a very bad on-line shopping experience.

Clothes look like they were made by children. I ordered a woman's size medium in case they ran small. My daughter who is a size extra small couldn't fit into them. Quality was by far the worst I had ever seen. Very disappointed.

RUN. NOW. This is a SCAM. Do NOT give your credit card info. Seriously. Friends had "liked" it on Facebook. But that was just from visiting their site. They were NOT happy with their orders. I wouldn't know, I never received mine.

I ordered a dress from here, I love the style of the dress. It's gorgeous. Except I ordered a specific shade of green to match my daughters wedding colors. The color they sent was not even close and they absolutely refuse to send me the right color. I was so disappointed in the false advertising of their color chart and their web site. To make things worse, they were incredibly rude and could not care less about me or fixing their mistake in sending me the wrong color. Do not buy from these scam artists

I ordered a top before reading the reviews here so I expected not to receive my item or for it to be cheap and crappy. I received my item in about a month and it is WAY better than I expected. Most of the reviews here claim that it took several months if they got their item at all but you are getting FREE international shipping - it can take some time.
I do recommend that you pay the extra $2 for a tracking number and pay through PayPal so you are covered if something happens.
Overall, I'm satisfied and I would purchase from this company again.

I've orderded 5 itens on this website and I regretted SO much.
I wish I had researched more about them. All the itens are completely different to the pictures and VERY poor quality and ridiculously poor made. The costumer service is absolutely a joke. I never got my refund even after sending all itens back (Paying £52 to ship to stupid China!)
After 4 months I am still trying to get the refund (which won't be the full amount I've paid for their clothes as I already paid £52 to post it back.
Lesson learned. NEVER use this site EVER again and I recommend you to do the same.
I have reviewed the itens on their website but it doesn't show it online (SURPRISE!) They prob show fake reviews as China has no more rules on the whole industry I can tell. They label what they want and do what they want. I'll look into the UK buyers rights for this kind of scam and try to sue them and stop them to scam people over here. Disgraceful.
I have pictures to post on their website too but couldn't upload them over there as they are jpg (as most of pictures taken from iphones) and they just allow jpeg, gif and png images.
JUST KEEP AWAY FROM THEM.

I ordered 4 shirts but only 2 shirts were sent. I tried contacting CS but no one ever responded. It's a shame because I like the 2 shirts I received. The material is cheap but that's what I was expected at those prices but the fit was good and they are cute. I would spend a lot of money on this site if they actually sent my whole order.

I purchased a white "dress" looked like a white t-shirt with black stripes on the arms. After about 3 weeks I received it. My first impression... WOW... what a piece of CRAP! I only paid about $13.00 but I would not have $1.00 for it had I seen it first.
The quality is SO bad! I ordered a 3x and it fit like a large or XL Super small. I tried to write a review on their website but it wouldn't let me stating I did not purchase that item. I contacted them but never got a reply. Their photos look so nice on the website and the products look like great quality, but that is an illusion! I will never order from them again and I advise anyone else to NOT buy from them--save your money.

I have tried contacting Dress Lily about my order a few times regarding my order. I have used the contact information sheet, but have not received a reply over a week later. I received an automatic reply that stated I would be contacted within 24 hours, but I was not. It keeps asking me to login, but I don't remember registering. If I choose "forgot my password" it states that it will send the password to my e-mail, but it doesn't. One of the shirts I ordered came with a hole in the front, and I am just requesting a replacement or refund.
