I ordered a jacket oct. 29 it said it shipped out on nov. 9th and I still don't have it. I had to go to a store and purchase an actual jacket because i was freezing. Now that i've read through all the reviews it seems like this site is nothing but a scam. Never again
The real items are noway similar to what you see in the website. The quality is so bad. Shipment is late and I received 2 damaged product. One of my orders was missing ($20) and after a long correspondence and wasting my time they told me it's out of stock! It has been a year now and I'm still trying to get my money for that missing order but they don't answer me anymore! Can you believe it?.
Ow, I got a reply here after a year! I sent you a message again. I hope to get your reply this time but even if you return my money after a year, my rating will not change...
UPDATE: I send them two messages this week, they didn't answer again and I think they never will. There should be a way to file a claim against them...
UPDATE: I continued messaging them on FB and their website, writing reviews and finally they refunded $10.59 to my Paypal account.

After receiving my order and being sorely disappointed with the lack of quality, size issues, and damaged merchandise, I attempted to contact Dresslily via their "online chat" and customer support link. Online chat IS NEVER AVAILABLE. Ever. I tried numerous times of the day. The customer support link is a joke. After clicking on the link for "After sale services - defective items" and filling in my information with the order number THEY PROVIDED and hitting "submit", an error message pops up with incorrect order number.? This happened each and every time during the 20 or so attempts that I made. PLEASE EXPLAIN, DRESSLILY. I believe this site is a scam, and I believe the error messages are purposefully designed to place customers in a continual loop of errors, and frustrate dissatisfied customers into giving up. I spent almost $100.00 for crap clothing from this site and I want my money back. I finally was able to submit a ticket to customer support via their pre-sale question link, receiving a reply back that someone would contact me. That was days ago, and after reading some of the reviews on this site I'm inclined to believe I will never be contacted. I have news for you Dresslily - I will be contacting the BBB, Attorney General's Office, and my credit card company. I will NEVER order from Dresslily again, and will discourage everyone I know from ordering from there. What a scam.

I ordered $200 worth of clothing on this site and was incredibly disappointed. The payment process was a hassle, but when I emailed the company about this issue, I received a reply within 24 hours and they solved the problem quickly.
However, 10 days later when I received my package, none of the items were true to size and they were all of very poor quality. Also, two of the items were missing, but the website says my order has been processed in full. I have reached out to the company twice in the past two weeks to inquire about return/refund process and cannot get a reply. Feeling like you have been robbed does not make for a happy customer.
Update 12/1:
After posting the above review, I did hear from customer service. They refunded me for the 2 items that were left out of the order, minus the paypal fees, a total of about $35 of the $200. Then they sent an email asking whether size was the only reason I wanted to make a return. I replied immediately, and here we are, another 10 days later, still without a solution or even acknowledgement of my most recent correspondence. This is a grossly immoral way to conduct "business." I'm starting to agree with other reviewers that it's a scam.

I ordered a sweater early October and the item still has not shipped as of today (nob 19). It is impossible to get An answer from his company regarding my ordered item. I emailed several times with a pre set "canned" response with no information for me personally. Of course they have my money but refuse to ship the item. They did end up finally responding and said they may never get the item to ship and I now have 2 choices: 1. Continue to wait for the item. 2. Choose another item of equal value. Are you kidding? If you don't fulfill someone's order- you offer them their money back! Also if you don't have the stock for an order, why would you fill it AND charge the customers account. That is stealing!

So I have ordered from this site and eventually I got my package at the customs office. I have made another review a few time back about this site and my experience and order problems. Facts to consider...
1 Shiping time was 2x times slower
2 Materials used for the coat looked nothing like the picture
3 Size was soo off chart that i could only fit my small brother in it
4 Strings and buttons come off just from 1 wear ( badly made)
5 I have asked for a refund and also sent them pictures to show them it does not fit
6 They replied after 1 month after I send them the pics
7 Its chinese merchandise bought from the local markets and sold here 3x the price its actually worth
Bottom line Never buy from here and never trust what some "happy users" say... they are ppl from within to make you believe and some are not even active accounts just scripts.
Protect your money and time and do not buy from them

I ordered three tops in a Large. None of them fit. One in particular was so pretty in the picture. It had a lace trime. Material so thin like tissue paper. I will not order anything else again. I am now stuck with three items.

I ordered 2 hoodies/sweatshirts from dresslilly.com. I chose flat rate shipping which usually takes 20-25 days. Which was not a problem at all.My packages came 2 days apart, but on time. I loved both of my hoodies! They fit me perfect, very comfortable. They look exactly like the picture advertised. You can not find these styles or design anywhere for the price they offer. I definitely will be ordering from them again
Update - following this review DressLily did contact me and said I could either return the dress or receive a £17 ($25 USD) refund and keep it, I chose the £17 refund (even though I paid £40 for it), it would have cost me £17 to return to China so not much point. I did not keep the coat, I have given it to a charity shop, even though they did eventually sort out the problem I will not buy from DressLily again, very disappointed with the quality of the coat and it didn't look anything at all like the picture.
I was so disappointed with the coat I received from Dresslily, it was nothing like the picture and the material was so cheap. I have requested a refund by sending two messages but not heard anything back so this is very disappointing... Do not buy from this company, I believe they are a scam.

I was very satisfied with the fast service, good pricing and time of processing my orders. As well the quality of the clothes was really good.
The very very worst. I purchased three sweaters mid-September as of today November 17,2015 they have not arrived. I have written customer support for times requesting a refund as I have not received them. Of course they do not respond granting me a refund. They just tell me it takes time to be delivered supposedly 10 to 45 days. This is past the 45 days. I will definitely tell on Facebook and any other media that I can find that they are a major scam.

I didn't even think to look at the reviews before I bought 4 items. None of them looked like the pictures and all are poorly made. Threads are loose and hanging. Nothing fits right. They get you to keep it because to return it is a hassle. I will never order from them again.

My order was received and the items I ordered were great, as promised.
I ordered a knitted headband and was not sure if it would be of good quality, especially after reading so many bad reviews but after receiving the headband I am very pleased with it. Made of good material and well made. I could not have done a better job of making it myself. I took off one star becauswe it took so long to get it... but it really is an excellent product.
I saw their AD on FB and placed an other for two shirts by paying with my Paypal account back in early August. I have yet to receive my order and the Bogus tracking # continues to show it is in LA but no movement. I know import clearance does not take that long unless its either FAKE or the shipment with my order has illegal items and being seized by US Customs. Also since I placed my order both my bank's debit cards got hacked. Coincidence, you have to wonder. Do not order from them. Never again will I order anything from a FB AD.

This is the worst company I have EVER done business with. I buy clothes over seas all the time and it normally take 10-30 days to get to the states, but this is absurd.
