I only give 1 star because it seems I had to select something and I couldn't select ZERO! It took over a month for my hooded sweater to arrive. I can normally wear a small to medium but thought I would go large! This item wouldn't go round my thigh it is so small. I submitted a ticket the day the item arrived for a return and refund - that was 15th November - I have had no response whatsoever other than automated "support staff will be replying... within 24 hours (except weekends and public holidays"). Yeah right, I will never ever use this company again and certainly would suggest others avoid them.

The clothes look cute on their website, but it's time to file complaints to Facebook and any other place that may be allowing this business to advertise. I plan to do so. My order has not arrived, and the tracking information they provided is completely fake. Any business that supplies fake tracking information doesn't deserve to stay in business... it's fraud. I will be contacting my credit card company to advise them of this problem also. Hopefully by spreading the word, other people won't be in the same situation I am. I wish I had seen this site before I placed my order. Obviously I am not the only unhappy customer. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of, and will do everything I can to put this company out of business.

Horrible quality. Shipped from China so can't return without spending a lot. Haven't received everything I paid for. Stuff I received was falling apart when it came in the mail. Both material and stitching are sub-sub-sub-par. Other customers say they don't receive emails back about trying to return items. These people are crooks.

I have previously wrote a review and seems like it not populating. I ordered several products around the holiday. Everything I ordered for me I have to give to my 10 year old daughter. Some of the items were no where the same look that I purchased. Completely different product cheaply made. It took so long to receive it that you don't want to go through the trouble of replacing it. I highly recommend not to shop with this company. They mislead you then will not talk to you. Everything is through emails. I am currently filing a complaint with my police department because this cannot be legal. Stay away take your money somewhere else it is not worth it.

ONly received part of my order, and it was not the same as the picture. Quality is crap. I reviewed it on their website, and of course my comments have never posted. I have been waiting 2 full months for my last item to come through. No such luck. I will never order from them again. They tell me to check with the post office to see if they have it. Their own website shows they haven't even sent it yet..

Horrible

I ordered a dress on October 3. The site says 5-10 days free shipping, so I ordered the dress thinking it would be here by a certain time. When November 3 came around I emailed them asking where my stuff was, they told me the dress was on back order (when it never said that when I ordered the dress) and that the dress would ship out November 25. When December 3 rolled around I messaged them again because I still had not received the dress. They told me that I selected standard shipping and that it would take over 25 days to receive it (when it has already been well over the 25 days) They also told me that I did not select to have a tracking number so there was no way to track the package. I went back through the ordering process and did not see an area to select a tracking number. When I contacted them again, they told me that they would not refund my money and that I just needed to wait for my order. They gave me a coupon code that got me $1.77 off any purchase. I have finally received the dress, it is nothing like the picture and it is already falling apart. It is poorly made. I could have made something of better quality myself. I guess you get what you pay for.

Ordered a hoodie t-shirt and a sweatshirt jacket... both in XL. I normally wear a large, but decided to go bigger in case they ran small. Oh my... based on these items, I would need to order a 2 or 3 XL. T-shirt was very poor quality, but it's my fault... nothing good is ever so cheap. Never again will I order from here... ever! What a waste of money.

Partial order shipped

I received an email that 2 of 3 items shipped. In the my account section it states all three have shipped. This seems like a scam. On top of that I'm in MS, it's been 5 days and package has only moved from NY to NJ... with an estimated arrival date of today. Ridiculous. There seems to be way too many people having issues! I'm sick of reading the "I'm sorry" responses. "I'm sorry" doesn't do anything to fix the problems. This place should be shut down. I even paid for tracking! I'm beyond pissed. I'll give it a few more days and then I'm having my bank return my money... AND THEY WILL DO IT (I work for my bank).

I ordered what was advertised/presented as a sweatshirt. When I received it 6 weeks later, It was a long sleeve burnout style t-shirt. The items come directly from a mail order scam house in China. The quality is horrible, not worth it for free, not worth their hassle. My item is not wearable. Customer service is non existent. I filled out their form on their page and never received a proper response. The only way they responded was for me to file a complaint through PayPal. Dressily.com is a great site with cheap and great clothes. I have bought a few things with them and it has shipped fast and has come in great conditions. As long as you read the details before you buy you will have no problems. I would recommend this site and plan to shop again off of it.

I'm hurt...

I placed an order for about 200.00 and received about 1/3 of it. I found the clothing to be unsatisfactory. Now, that is not the problem as it is my opinion on the make and value of the clothing. And your opinion may not be the same as mine. HOWEVER, once I received the 3 out of 8 items I immediately canceled my order and asked for a refund. I received a rather generic response stating how, "committed" they are to the customers satisfaction. It's been a month now and I haven't received ANYTHING. I'm a fair person, and I really don't want to go the route of taking to social media and having my just under 800,000 followers make #dresslilly_scam a trending topic. But if I'm not reimbursed, simply what is owed I will take several steps to be sure the public is aware of this companies incomprehensible customer service.

Paid $12 USD for a shirt that I didn't recieve. I complained that I didn't recieve my item. The company sent me an email saying that I should check the post office (I had several times). There was also no way to respond to this email or any way to contact them again without starting a new complaint. 4 months later I have given up, will never shop there again and will warn others not to shop there.

Worst Experience Ever

I wish I had read this prior to trying to purchase on this site.

I bought 3 items total 2 different orders on 11/30 thru Paypal, charged just fine I excepted the slow shipping and then I decided to check my paypal account only to find an additional charge made from them on 11/26 with a order number so upon researching the order number on Dresslily the order number does not exist? So I sent them an email asking for an explanation and refund of the amount only to get one of the legit orders cancelled and refunded and not a word on the bogus order and charged amount and that was 2 weeks ago, no items have arrived either. Do not by from this retailer. I have also filed a complaint with Paypal and suggested they not associate with this retailer

I have ordered many items on dress lily so far and there will be many more orders to come! I love the website, there is a huge choice of clothes and everything is so cheap. Delivery time / customer service - Most items arrived within 1-3 weeks of ordering them, for the few items who did not arrived i asked a refund and the very friendly customer service were always really quick to reply to me, they were always very polite and every time i got my money back if i did not get the item. Clothes quality - I have to say i was pretty well impress about the quality of the clothes, for the price i always expect the worse quality but it is actually quite good material so no complaints here. I would have paid much more for some of the clothes i ordered just because of the good quality. Are the clothes true to the description and picture shown? I have to admit that some clothes are not the exact same as what i ordered. I mean you have to expect it to a certain extant for the price you pay your clothes, you can't expect designer clothes! 1 dress was actually completely different to the one originally bought but it turns out i like the one i received better so i am very happy with that mistake! Also with a bit of imagination you can turn the clothes that don't fit perfectly in something just as nice and unique which i love doing. I have turned a dress that was too small into a great top that suit me really well and is now one of my favorite top. I ordered a skirt that was too tight around my waist but after removing the elastic band the skirt now fit me perfectly. One dress was a little bit too long but that's not a big deal to fix, with an open mind this shop is awesome for turning clothes into something really unique. Of all the clothes i bought so far (25 items) there was only 1 that i didn't like and won't wear but that's pretty good when you think about how much i have saved by buying my clothes on dress lily instead of a proper shop and by taking the risk of buying something without seeing it and trying it first. Reward points - Another thing i love about dress lily is the reward points you get for ordering more clothes and for posting reviews. I have written reviews and posted pictures on the dress lily website of all the clothes i have bought so far. You also get more points if you add a picture of the clothes you bought while wearing it (which is great so people can actually see for themselves what the clothes really look like) and people can see it is not a scam and the clothes really exist and fit really well if you make sure you order the right size. Payment - Paypal is so safe and easy to use, i use it to pay for everything i buy online. Overall i highly recommend dress lily as a cheaper option for good quality clothes!

Ordered 2 sweaters in OCTOBER- received the first sweater, then submitted a ticket for my missing item on 11/19/15. They claim to respond to tickets "within 24 hours except weekends and holidays" it is now 12/9/15... STILL not response after 3 replies to the original ticket I placed. What kind of company does not respond to customer requests? I attempted to track the package with the tracking number- its invalid. I am beyond frustrated and will be calling my bank to dispute the charge. DO NOT purchase from Dress Lily- they are happy to take your money, but you will not get your order and they won't respond to you!

Dresslily is where it's at. Cute styles and fashion, all super cheap too. I find myself spending so much on the website without even realizing it because the sales are fantabulous. The shipping is a bit slow, which should be expected because the products are coming all the way from Asia. But I'm happy with all the products I've bought from there.
