I have order a sweater a month ago and have since received my order. I checked my account and the status is still in process. I ordered thus sweater on Nov 16,2015 and it's now Dec 9,2015 and still nothing. I reached out to customer service and received no response. I am going to every site to keep consumers from getting ripped off by companies like this. People trust that this is a reputable comment and it's not... BEWARE!

Still waiting for a refund on an order I have never received. They first told me I waited to long to ask for a refund! Are you kidding me... I waited almost month because I never received it lol! I kept thinking it would take longer because it's out of country and was giving them the benefit of the doubt lol! Then they told me they hope I get my product soon?! Wow. It's been about two months now.

Not worth it
December 9, 2015

I placed my order on black friday, I have yet to recieve my package. The tracking information they give u just seems weird, its a site i have never heard of. When i try to track, it takes forever to load and then times out. I will never order from this place agian. The whole process seems shady, not sure exactly where its shipping from. I figured since its everywhere on facebook, it would be some what reputable, but think again. Still waiting...

Order not received

I placed a order on December 1st at 9:30 am. I paid to have that item expedited. (almost the price the of what I paid for my item). I have not received my item and I already emailed you once and got no reply. I contacted DHL and they informed me that even tho a tracking number was issued... it has not been picked up as of yet. This is crazy. This is the first time that I have ordered from you and it will probably be the last. Not only do I want my item that I purchased... I want the $17.00 that I paid to have it expedited back as well. I did not have to pay to have it expedited, I could have just went with standard shipping. I would like a reply as soon as possible as well as my purchased. Your website says it was shipped but DHL says it was not picked up. Please get your act together and get my purchase to me. I will be looking for a email from you.

GREAT SERVICE

Dresslily is by far the best on line shop I have ever delat with, I have order for over three times now and every time its a pleasantly different experience with a twist. 1. Their client service rocks because you get timorous responds on your queries loaded with them, 2. You can immediately track your order when its send out in a day or two depending on the variety of items you offered and the complexity or lightness of items, 3. They keep in touch if you send a ticket requesting for additional information. The best part is the quality of the products are outstanding. I am a self proclaimed fashionista and I like to look presentable in every item I wear. Dresslily just made that happen. One of the best things I applaud them on is Client service, Accessibility via the net, response on queries and their forthcoming behaviour in their clients are first! Dresslily is just the best, no hazzles, no complaints and definatly good on product choice. I will definately be their client for days to come... Their Brazillian hair quality is the best I have ever tried. Having been selling hair since 2013 and this is the best so far, I only order one pack to test quality and its good. Apart from that I have ordered shoes and bags and all are just awesome!

Had to wait far too long for order to arrive and wen it did it was is was packed so tightly that the coat was badly creased the button holes were too small for the actual buttons and the garment the wrong size and far too small. Over 3 months later I have just got a refund enforced by the credit card company because they refused to make a refund unless I first withdrew my complaint to the Credit Card company.

Will never buy anything from them again.

I got my package. Much later than I hoped (2 months later) but I only paid $20 or so, and I'm wearing it now and it feels and looks great. I read the reviews on this website so I actually didn't really expect to get a package and when I did, I was convinced it would look horrible. Looks good now. We'll see how it handles the washer.

I shop online often and this has to be THE WORSE site I have ever ordered from. They lied to me after they took my money and told me the item was not in stock, after I complained, they shipped it the next day. I paid extra for tracking that I couldn't even track. They had to track it for me. The sweatshirt that I bought was disgusting. It was falling apart before I even took it out of the package. It's such a terrible site. Do not buy from here.

Horrible

All of the reviews speak for themselves.
I ordered three dresses, all of which look terrible. I submitted a ticket on December 5th, asking how I can return the items and receive a refund. I have not heard back. There "telephone" number does not work--when you call its just a busy tone. I am so disappointed and upset I ever ordered from this company. This has to be the worst purchase I have ever made. Do yourself a favor, and spend your money on something worthwhile.

Item sucks

I wish I had done my research on this company. Ordered my shirts in September, and as of Dec. 8 they still have not arrived. Customer service will not give money back or resend the items since I did not purchase "insurance." Also, the shipping company that they use (Which I have never heard of before) does not seem to have a reachable email address. I tried contacting them to find out if my order can still be salvaged since Dresslily will not return my money (I can get a percentage back only as store credit, apparently), and Hotmail is not recognizing it as a valid email address... and there is no phone number or messaging system. Really frustrated.

Darn... I should have checked out the reviews on this site before ordering my item so I would have known that DressLily is an extremely lousy company with poor quality and poor customer service. I ordered an item a week ago expedited and it still has not shipped and the customer service email does not reply with an answer. Well - at least I am only out $24.

Ordered 2 things from them October 30th, nothing. Tried to reach customer service. Nothing. I suggest contacting your credit card customer service. Then face book as that's where I saw ad. That's what I am going to do.

Poor Customer Service
December 8, 2015

Unlike many of the reviewers, I received my order in a fairly timely fashion. However, just like the other reviewers I was disappointed with the merchandise I ordered. Terrible quality, poorly made, and the sizing was WAY off. I took the measurements and ordered a jacket in size XL (I'm typically a U.S. M) and I can't even get a sleeve on my arm. All that is fine. This is is where it get's bad. I've opened a ticket per their instructions, to start the return process. I received an auto-email saying I'd her back in 24 hours and it's been close to 2 weeks. My ticket is still "processing." - Where is the customer service? How can I get this item returned?

Run Away!

I have had nothing but problems with this company! Ive been trying to contact them for over a month to return a coat that is child's size rather than the woman's large I ordered. I had the same trouble with a shirt I bought from there, but fortunately my 10 yr old likes it. It fits her perfectly! Their customer service site says it will address the issue within 24 hours, which hasn't even come close to happening! I would strongly recommend that you save your money and run away from this company as fast as you can!

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING

The fabric is so cheap and thin and such bad quality, that's why so cheap cause the clothes are horrible, nothing like the picture AT ALL, sizes is all wrong on and completely off.

Do Not order from them!

Ordered clothing. Sizes are too small, poor quality, not as pictures, cannot return. $75.00 down the drain. Came from China! Should of researched company first! The on contact information on their web-site is an email. When you do email, they say they will get back to you within 24 hours. That did not happen. I emailed them everyday for 15 days. Still no response.
