I purchased 4 sweaters from this company. I had issues with my payment from the very get go and when I submitted the support ticket I never got a response. I finally had to link my card to a friend's paypal to even be able to order.
The items I ordered were nothing like what they were described to be. I will be getting rid of all of them as they were not what I thought I was ordering.
One sweater that I ordered was on back order. I realized that I ordered the wrong size and since it hadn't shipped yet I did another support ticket to see if I had time to change the size. When I was told I couldn't change it I was not upset as it was my error. I was however upset but their reasoning. They said that it had been shipped yet it still saying that it was on backorder. They then proceeded to CANCEL MY ORDER without my permission because I expressed frustration with their site.
The live chat is never available. I cannot locate a phone number anywhere on any site to actually talk to a live person to solve my problems.
I have never ordered from a website that caused me so much headache and frustration. I have never been so displeased. I am STILL searching for a number so I can talk to someone.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
I ordered a pair of boots and a leather jacket at the same time, however they only gave me one tracking number and they refuse to respond to my messages. The boots arrived but the jacket was lost in post. I paid for insurance so i should get a full refund, so I asked them to refund my money and nobody answers my ticket... I'm fed up with this website. Do not order from here its a scam. STAY AWAY

I ordered a pair of pants in May. When I hadn't recieved them by July, I wrote a support ticket. They told me to wait. I waited two more weeks, submitted another one, same thing. So now it's December, I still haven't recieved a refund after submitting three more tickets. They just don't care.

I put 2 orders in the last week of October. It is now December 8th and I still have NOT received one of the orders that were put in at the same time. The 1st order was already too late for what I needed it for and I'm not getting any response about the return (however depending on the price it cost for me to ship back to China might not even be worth it). The quality looks NOTHING like it advertises online either. I seriously don't understand how this place is still up and running. I ordered a hoodie shortly after I had made the other purchase of which I also have not received and after reading reviews about sizes I already know I'm screwed. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING WITHOUT READING REVIEWS. I thought they would be somewhat good being their advertising is everywhere online and on FB.

It's been 10 business days since I submitted a ticket regarding my order that was defective. This ticket: T*******955 which was submitted on November 25,2015 is still being processed? If you state there is going to be a response within 24 hours then I expect a company to hold its word and receive a response. If there's one thing I hate besides spending good money and getting defective merchandise is being ignored which irritates me a lot! There are almost 1,600 people who rated this company 1 STAR (no surprise here). There needs to be an oversight committee for this company regarding ethics and if there was a Better Business Bureau in China you'd already be reported. There is enough complaints about this company to put you out of business. MAKE RIGHT WITH CUSTOMERS!

I ordered a dress from the site Sept 5, and waited almost a month before I started to inquire about my order, to which I was replied with emails about longer processing times. Then once I was done waIting over 2 months for my dress, I decided I just wanted a refund and sent several emails to them with no reply. This site is a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Do not order from this company. I ordered a sweater Oct 27, I still have not received my order as of today Dec 07. I was told shipped out Nov 27 and it would take up to 10 business days, now they are saying up to 25 business days. I will never order from dresslily again.

Ordered a hoodie. The material is like something you would find on a cheap Halloween costume. It barely resembles what I ordered. I had to peel it apart because apparently the design on the back was screen printed and still warm when they packaged it. Ordered a medium and it is probably really an XS. It took a month to get it because it came from China. I sent 2 messages through to their customer service people and have still yet to get a response. Don't waste your time or your money! These people are a joke

The item I received barely resembled the item I ordered. The item I ordered looked like a sweater and I received a t-shirt. I have no idea how to return the item. No return instructions were given and the shirt came directly from China. I placed my order October 29 and just received my item today, December 7th.

All 3 items were way too small. Ladies top size medium more like extra small. Ladies size large jacket more like girls large-even too small for my size small adult daughter. Returning items is like jumping thru hoops! I'd NEVER order from them again... NEVER!

After purchasing, and realizing the tracking numbers didn't work in the system to look up, I started to get very worried. I ordered in Nov 22 and today Dec 7th everything arrived.
You know it may be a company from China and the quality may be delicate, but I am very happy with everything.
My arms are a little thicker than average right now, so it's a little tight but over all, you get what your paying for. If you want cute cheap apparel, be happy with it.
I know I am. Because my order arrived im sure I'll order again when I find more of what I'd like to wear.
I had to stop myself from worrying, and pray my package would arrived and it did!
What ever you do, don't place an order with this company. Not only is the quality CRAP, the customer service is even worse. I ordered 8 shirts ($100.+). Not one of the shirts fit and the quality was the worst I've ever seen. I went back and forth with customer service and FINALLY received the ok to send the shirts back. Of course, they have to go back to China, which costs almost as much as the shirts. PLEASE, PLEASE don't be as stupid as I was. Read the reviews, no one has anything good to say about this company.

Its a cheap Chinese product. Every thing about DressLilly and Sammy Dress questionable.
1) Delivery - is one of the worst. It take ages to reach. For me it took 50 days to reach.
2) Size - These products are made keeping an eye on Chinese body size. You need to order double the size than you wear. As per chart I have ordered XL, however I find this is too tight and not fitting me properly.
3) Quality of Product - Absolutely not worth
4) Finishing - Very poor. Open stiches are all over the jacket.
Since this is not fitting me, I don't know what I should do? Looks like there is no replacement policy and the jacket complete waste to me.

I ordered the batman hoodie. It took over 2 months to get to me. I'm also worried that the first time I wash it it will fall apart. Strings everywhere, thin material, fabric that isn't quite stitched together. Junk junk junk.

This is my review update. I posted a review last week, livid in my situation. Because I could not contact them directly, this was my only way to get their attention. Less than an hour after posting my review, they sent me an email saying that I would not get my dress in time for my event because the dress making company wasn't responding to them. Whether or not this is true, I am still extremely frustrated with the whole situation. Instead of waiting for me to threaten an investigation, they should have sent me an email to tell me this information as soon as they knew. Instead, I have to complain a month later to get any information. Regardless, they gave me a refund. Good thing I used PayPal, because the refund was within a few hours. I have made sure, however, to let others know to stear clear of this site, unless they don't mind waiting months for their order, or getting a mystery garment.

I placed my order 4 days ago and it is still being processed, no option avail to do online chat, even though there is a tab for it, always unavailable and the screen for feedback is not avail as well, the submit button is disabled on the screen after you enter your question. Lousy format and not having a phone # is very poor service!

I too placed an order on Nov 29. My email confirmation said that it had shipped that day and gave me attacking number, which always shows "as an invalid page". So no tracking. Now I have to wonder if my order was ever actually shipped or if this is a scam to get your money. I made the mistake of paying with paypal because I thought it might be safer than giving a credit card #. But now I have to wonder if they will honor a paypal dispute if item never arrives. They definitely need a new shipper with a valid tracking system. Would not recommend and after reading other reviews of quality of items rec'd, I wish I had never placed this order.

Custimer service is horrible! Tried to find out where my order is after over a month of waiting and I keep getting told its shipped I just need to wait longer! It said it shipped out 2 days after ordering so how does it take over 6 weeks to get delivered? If any one seen this, please do not purchase from that company. Just FYI, I received $#*! quality clothes and 1 item out of three was never shipped to me and after 6 months or requesting a refund from the company they never lift a finger. This company does not care about customer and doesn't deserve to have any.
