I FINALLY got my order that was placed on November 16 and it is complete CRAP! It looks like a 5 year old sewed it by hand. After dealing with customer service on requesting a refund on the extra shipping fee I paid, it's not worth sending it back and dealing with them again. I will accept my loss and use the piece-of-crap dress to start a fire in my fireplace. This company is such a JOKE...
OH... and Dresslily... don't even offer me your apologies... because that's worth the price of the crap you sell... just saying...
I have never had a worse experience anywhere. I am an avid online shopper. I bought around 10 articles of clothing, this is just an example of ONE of the horrible products I received. I generally wear womens size 0-2. I am 110lbs 67 inches. I ordered a small, and received something that should have been marked a large or extra large... tag said small, yet I received a tent. Was going to return it, before I realized how incredibly DIFFICULT they make the return process. Tons of correspondence that I DO NOT have time to waste my life with, in order to even get considered for a refund for wrong sizing you have to measure the bust, waist, hips, etc, TAKE A PICTURE of the measuring tape on the product, and if the product doesn't have at least 3 inches of unaccounted for material, THEY WONT GIVE YOU A REFUND. Last time I buy ANYTHING from this website. All my other products (around $140 worth of clothes) either fit just as badly or were largely misrepresented by the picture. Oh, and i placed my order on Nov 14 and they STILL HAVENT SHIPPED 2 OF MY ITEMS. I only received a partial order. NO reply to my email, asking where my stuff was either. So unbelievably unethical. Do not shop here.

I bought 2 sweaters on the same day. Have received one and tracking for one, that you can't even track. Quality of sweater is cheap and not worth the cost and trouble. The worst part is I was billed for my original order plus an additional $100. Trying to get it off my card and not having any luck. Do not buy from this company.

Took my money and never sent the product.
I ordered from Dress Lily in early August.
They sent inaccurate tracking number that only works in China
Now it is December and still nothing. I contacted the company but not only no replies back but now when I try to put in another ticket to complain it blocks you from filing one.
Horrible lack of customer service.
They are just thieves plain and simple!

I ordered a pair of shoes earrings, and a cardigan on November 29 before I read all of the reviews. I haven't been waiting too long but I'm a little worried. The tracking number sent me to a website that said it had departed the warehouse but I'm not sure what or where that it.

They sent entirely wrong color product and to try and deal with customer service is a joke. Phone line is constant busy, live chat doesn't pick up, email is 3 or 4 days each time, and there have been 4 emails back and forth since mis October, it is now Dec 6 and they will not give me an address to ship item back "at my expense' to China. They have offered 15% back to be added to a "wallet', but will not explain what the 'wallet' is. INSULTING. I believe this company and sammydress.com are the same outfit as I am running into the same problem with a wrong color item shipped from them. NEVER will shop these two places again!

I realize you pay for what you get but I ordered 3 sweaters, only 2 have arrived & I paid over $20 for expedited shipping. The 2 I have received are terrible quality & look nothing like the pictures. NOTHING! I will never wear either of them. They are so poorly made, plus look nothing like what I thought I ordered. The other says it's shipped but when I look up the tracking # there is no actual page for this. This is absolutely the biggest rip off ever! Believe me, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I'm getting pretty nervous that this is a scam. I placed and paid for my order on Oct 2 2015 and still have not received the shipment. I was not given a tracking number that was valid to track the order through China Post Surface Mail. As of today, I still have not received a valid tracking number. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered and a few days later I decided to look Up the reviews. I was afraid I wasn't gonna get the stuff after reading all these bad experiences. I got my shoes, joggers and watch. The only complaint I have is that the joggers are way to small. They're supposed to be XL but if at most they're a medium. The shoes are perfect. I got a size 44 & according to their chart a 44 = 10 U.S. But I fit a 10/2 - 11 U.S. And they fit perfectly. The watch is good too: :) the shipping was normal. You get what you pay for. The stuff isn't high quality. It all comes from China. Plus the tracking number they gave me did not work. I
Placed my ordered on Nov. 18 & got my stuff Dec. 3 that's my own experience. I was satisfied but for sure I won't make another purchase from them.
I ordered a hoodie 10/17 and it is now 12/4 and have received nothing. You can't call and speak to an employee but have to submit a ticket on line. The website is awful but I managed to file one ticket in which I was told to wait for the merchandise. At this point, I am unable to file a second ticket because the website wont take the information. I am giving up at this point.

Why has this company/farse not been charged with defrauding people and why have they not been removed from facebook, perhaps once facebook receives the reports as has my credit card company been given this information the site will be closed down, if not I think customers need to join in an action law suit for being defrauded!

I ordered a sweater and although I did not expect top of the line what I got was no more than a rag. The quality is the worst I have ever seen. Material is unraveling, neck line cut crooked, and fits poorly. I will never order again. This is a scam. The product I recieved is not even worth my time or money to send back. Dresslily is a fraudulent account and scamming people
For there money if you google them there are tons of complaints also I ordered from them they took my money and didn't ship items. They keep removing the tons of complaints a ton of people have left on there fb page I have contacted them many times and no response this page needs to be taken down there are tons of police reports filled and fraud reports filled. This company is stealing money from your Facebook clients among tons more. They have been reported to consumer affairs and tons of complaints to the BBB. I'm asking for there page to be taken down. They do not advertise they are over seas when u buy from them either. They tell all the people leaving negative feedback they will report as harrrasment to fb. This company is horriable. I have requested many times just for a refund and do not want the items.

The dress coat I ordered arrived 3 weeks after I ordered it. It was shipped from China and stuffed in a very small white mailing bag and tapped shut with excessive mailing tape so it would stay in the package. There was no invoice inside package. I ordered the size I usually order but the coat was so small I couldn't even button it.
I did a ticket asking for instructions to return as coat is way to small. They asked me to lay coat on floor and measure length and bust and to send pictures of the size label in the coat and label on package. The pictures had to be under 2mb. I can't get the pictures to send as they are each over 2mb. That is where I am at now trying to get this coat returned!

I ordered a long sleeve cowl neck shirt from Dresslily on October 3rd. It FINALLY arrived today (Dec. 5). I contacted customer service three different times because I had not received my order. Not once did they reply to my emails. I opened a claim on paypal to request a refund but it never happened. The shirt that arrived today looked nothing like the shirt in the photos. This shirt looks very sloppy - not dressy whatsoever - and the colour is a very, very light grey, opposed to the dark charcoal grey in the photo. DO NOT ORDER FROM DRESSLILY.

I ordered a cute top, it shipped from overseas which takes longer to get stateside. Package arrived in time frame that was listed. Love my top it is super cute and have never had any issues with dress lily. Love love dress lily!
I bought 3 things in August and still have not received them, thank GOD I used my paypal account and opened up a claim and got my money back, they should NOT be in business! Do not think they will last very long. DO NOT buy from them!

Item - gorgeous black lace dress - was delivered within 3 weeks. Quality is not the best, but certainly not horrible for the awesome price. Will definitely buy from them again. :)
