I ordered 2 shirts. My shipping confirmation claimed they were mailed by Netherlands Surface Post but they actually were mailed from China, and the tracking information provided never actually worked when I went to the website. The "sweatshirts" are made of t-shirt material and although they are both listed on the website as being the same product in the same size (just different colors), they fit differently because they're two different brands of shirt. The construction is also very poor -- there are a lot stray threads and weak seams. Furthermore, both shirts contain a weird logo on the chest that doesn't appear in the website photo, and the color of the strings on both shirts is different from the website photo. The hood on these shirts is also very different from what is pictured online -- the hood on the website appears to be very luxurious and with a unique shape, but the hood on the shirts that I received is just a normal hood. I submitted a review on the website saying all of these same things, but it was never posted. The charge showed up on my credit card as "Hasan." Definitely not a legitimate business.
UPDATE, 12/14/2015:
I sent the email below in response to Dresslily's customer service message, along with the photo that I've used as my profile pic. I received a response within 24 hours along with an offer of a full refund, which I **DID** end up receiving within a week or so, so there's hope for the rest of you! (I was not asked to return the product.) They also attempted to justify the bait and switch by saying, "As you know, our prices are very competitive and not considered expensive. Therefore the quality of a small number of the products may not be the same as full priced, more expensive items." (In my response to this message, I informed them that in the United States, it's illegal to advertise one product and then actually sell another.) Anyway, here's the message I sent that resulted in the refund offer, in case it helps anyone else:
Hello,
Attached is a photo of my item compared to the photo on your website. As you can see, they are not the same. The hood is a different shape/style, the strings are a different color, and a strange logo appears on the chest that is not depicted on the website. Furthermore, the item is advertised as a "sweatshirt" but is made out of T-shirt material. I would like to receive either the EXACT item I ordered instead of this made-in-China knock-off, or a full refund. And no, I *will not* pay to ship my item back; I'm not the one who is in the wrong here.

2nd UPDATE! Now in July 2016, 10 months later, I have received a full refund. Why? Not because of the inferior product I received, but because of my bad reviews on sites like these. While I do appreciate the refund, 10 months is absolutely unacceptable. Thanks, but no thanks.
UPDATE! Although Dresslily commented below and SAID they wanted to resolve the problem - they clearly do NOT! I responded to their email as they requested and in return, they deleted my support ticket, blocked me on Facebook and deleted all of the reviews I posted on the products on their website. I no longer can submit support tickets on their website as they have disabled that feature on my account as well. Isn't that convenient?:-) I will continue to voice my complaints around the internet and dispute the claim with my bank and credit card company until I am fully refunded. This is terrible!

My name is Lisa Carpenter. I placed my order on 10/30/15. My order no. Is L**************. My total order was $113.06. I ordered 10 tops. My order came in two packages. The first package had two tops and arrived in about 3 weeks. The second package JUST arrived, on 12/1/15. Out of 10 tops, I can only wear THREE! THREE! 1 top was so bad I had to throw it directly in the trash - it was that bad. 6 do not fit at all (they were way too small), and of those, 3 were so downright ugly (nothing like the picture) that NO ONE would EVER wear them so I donated them to the Goodwill for material purposes.
I am so disgusted with this company. I have requested a full refund as I absolutely refuse to deal with another month or two of returns, etc. I have also put REAL reviews on every single product I purchased, yet I have yet to see those reviews show up on the company's website. I am convinced that the only reviews on their website are either (1) positive customer reviews, or (2) employee reviews.
Please take this is a personal warning to do business with this company!

I actually was afraid I wouldn't get my order after reading all the negative reviews but I am happy to say I received all of my order in one package and the quality of my items was better than I expected. Yes it took about 2-3 weeks for them to. Be. Delivered but I expected that since they were being shipped from China. Very pleased. Will shop again!
So I ordered this cute looking plaid dress off of this site after being lured in by some Facebook click-bait.
It looked SO cute on the model, and the size chart said they had my size, and since It was only $14, I figured why not!
I mean really, all of their prices are SO good it seemed dumb to not order.
So I ordered, and then wandered to this site and read all of the reviews.
I worried about it a touch, but didn't contact the company over 14 bucks.
6 weeks later, my order arrived, and it was quite disappointing.
I DID receive what I ordered. (kinda)
But the sizes are sooo skewed. I ordered a 2x, and it didn't even fit my size 8 sister.
The arms were so stick thin that I couldn't even fit my HAND down it, let alone my whole arm.
There were flaws in the stitching, and loose threads and holes hanging everywhere.
It came with a waist tie, and it was so poorly made, it looked like they had just tossed a bit of scrap fabric into the bag with the dress.
The fabric quality was similar to cheap colored muslin, and had no weight or drape to it in the least and wrinkled easily. (I own SCARVES from WALMART in nicer quality fabric than this dress)
It was 'technically' what I ordered, because it was sort of what the model was wearing, but it wasn't in a realistic American size, despite the size chart and the tag proclaiming that it should be.
Save your money dudes. It would have been so worth it had I not wasted my money at this site and just gone to Kohls or something.
Walmart has better quality, and that's saying something.
-now, I can only judge regarding this single item I ordered. I have heard that their accessories are pretty great, considering the price. I reccomend doing some research before ordering. Watch some youtube haul videos or whatever.-
I bought some cardigans in October and paid a lot of money. They still have yet to get here! I want my refund! But of course, how do you contact them?!? This is taking so so long! You'd think that a phone number would exist!

I order 4 dresses from this website. Two of them are fine. One more is defective and the other one would fit a 12 years old girl. I've tried to communicate with their "Help Center" with no success. The "Live Chat" never works, and they don't have a number where you can call. I asked for a refund for the defective dress and an exchange for the one that's small... they never answered. The honest way to shut this business down is to file a complaint in the Internet Crime Complain Center at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (US residents). I'd like to know, where are the Chinese authorities? Why do they allow this business to operate and defraud people from all over the world? Don't they see how bad this is for their reputation?
I placed a review last week and all of a sudden I received a response from them on Saturday with an email with a working link. They asked for a picture so I started to do it tonight, only 2 days after the response, and the link is invalid again and I still can't log in so now I'm back to square one. This seems to be the only way I can contact them and get some sort of response. It shouldn't be this difficult to resolve an issue.

Ordered a jacket and the sizes are not the same posted, I reviewed the measurements carefully, they are not correct. Plus it's a different color. I have emailed through the site several times with no reply at all. Trying to dispute through Paypal now. Stay far away from this business.
Of course, my review of the item didn't show up either. Not only are they a fraud, they bury negative reviews on their page to scam other buyers.
I disputed my purchase via Paypal and will be getting a partial refund. It's better than nothing for the crap I received.
I would love to know why my review of the product doesn't appear though. No way to let other potential buyers aware of the wrong color and sizes.

I ordered 4 items over 5 months ago and still haven't received 1 of the items. The items that i did receive looked like they were made out of material you would use for a bed sheet cover. The amount of time it takes for dresslily to respond via their "ticket" system is shocking. They have offered me a partial refund but 2 weeks down the line i still haven't received. As soon as I saw the name of the PayPal receiver of my payment I thought DressLily was probably some kind of scam. I was surprised to actually receive the coat I ordered. As I was afraid of, even though I ordered size 2X, it was far too small, perhaps a US size L, if that. Plus, the web site advertised it as made of wool, but the customs declaration on the bag it arrived in claimed it as made of rayon and cotton. Their web site makes it clear that they would require me to pay shipping to return it. Since it only cost $40, which is why I thought it was too good to be true in the first place and allowed myself to be suckered, I would just end up throwing good money after bad to try to send it back to China and actually get any money back. I'm going to donate the coat to a women's shelter.
The thing that makes me even more unhappy is that the advertisement for this fraudulent business is on Facebook. I'm going to do my best to get them removed from at least my FB ads. Just one more reason to not trust FB and their use of ads to manipulate people.

The company contacted me through this review asking for resolution. This is their final justification for false advertising (not to mention the poorly-made clothing and solution:

This is not really surprising, since the information that was also on the customs declaration sticker on the bag claimed the value of the contents, the coat, to be at $19.12. The company has received far more money from me still than their product is worth.

Dress Lilly is a scam! I was scrolling through Facebook and saw one of their advertisements and thought the clothes were REALLY cute and reasonably priced so without doing any research I purchased 4 hoodies/jackets. The first package came about one month after ordering and was an EXTREMELY cheap knock off of what I originally ordered. It was way too small too, I ordered mediums and received a size that only a child could wear. I started to research the company and realized I had just been scammed. Dress Lilly takes real pictures of clothing from other companies and makes their own super cheap and ugly version of it. I zoomed in on some of the clothing to see what brand it was and was able to find the real clothing from a company called Fat Face (and other companies). I live in the US and FatFace is based out of the U. K. I purchased the REAL clothes from Fat Face and I'm very pleased.
Again Do Not buy from DRESS LILLY! If you want the clothes that they claim to sell... try zooming in on the picture to see what brand it is and Google the brand online to see who sells it legitimately!

I never received my order and there is no phone number for them, it will not except my password and doesn't give me the option to change my password for my account so I cant even send them a ticket. This is horrible! It is now December, I ordered in October, and I needed my sweatshirts, its now freezing out. What a waste of money!

I ordered something over a MONTH ago and it still hasn't got here. I've written tickets on their website and NO ONE has answered. This was more than a week ago! I will NEVER EVER shop at this site.
