It took 3 weeks to receive my order, not to mention I couldn't track it either. I am a 5'2" woman and weigh 118 pounds. I ordered a size medium ladies jacket and it fit my 7 year old niece. Can't return it unless I lay it out on the floor and take a picture with a measuring tape to prove it doesn't fit... I will never order from here again. I suggest no one else does either.
My order was suppose to be here Monday and I still haven't seen it

Same reviews as everyone else. Ordered in October and still nothing. I sent an email with order number and was told it was my fault for ordering standard shipping. They said they couldn't track it. That is totally BS! I definitely want a refund! Ridiculous!

UPDATE: Previously was 1 star, now I gave it 2 stars since they finally got back to me and refunded my money... 5 months later literally. It was in direct connection with this review that they refunded my money. I told them (among other things) they shouldn't be waiting for customers to complain about the service in order to receive a refund, but nonetheless I got it. Based on my direct experience I am not planning on buying from them in the future, but looks like they are starting to actually TRY to make the customer happy. Maybe their service may change down the line given this info, but I'm still not going to take that chance personally.

I ordered a superman shirt and there was no tracking number to see how far along the shipping it was. That was ok though cause I could wait. But when the shirt came it was a purple color instead of blue as it was shown on the site. I emailed them back twice regarding the issue and nobody has responded over the course of these couple months that just past. There was no phone number contact to get in touch with them
I would never buy anything else from this merchant! Waste of time and money! I'd give it zero stars if I could!

I would like to update my previous review in which i complained on Dresslily and apologised for the first approach and judgement based on my impatience to receive the watches i ordered and the fear coming from the fact it was the first time ever i did order goods from overseas online shop and of course some negative reviews although there are also a lort of good and positive reviews about Dresslily.
I thought i had some issue with the postal adress of my parcel, in fact i thought they wrote an incorrect address and that i will never received my parcels. I Thought that way bc of sthe picture taken of my parcel by Dresslily... in fact the bad lightning of that pic of my parcel had me believed they wrote incorrect address and i was very upset but in fact everything was ok. One thing is that the delivery of my 2 orders was fast and the customer service once i launched a complaint on this site really really endeavour and did their best to help and to make it good and even offer to refund me money if i didnot received the watches and even they first send a partial refund that of course i returned to them as i have receive the items. So for sure i really appreciated their spirit of really doing their best and humility. That is why i came back here to delete the first review based on incorrect datas from my part and to share with you they way Dresslily agents surprised me with their problem resolution efficiency.
I definitely recommend Dresslily... Great service... Fast service... Good and efficiency customer service. I will definitely keep on doing business with them

Sorry for the bad spelling: couldn't be happier (I meant in my previous review)!
I forgot to mention that they send you a picture of your package when they send it to you. You can see the adressticker and you can see for yourself that there really is a package coming your way. It definitely gave me a good & safe feeling about my purchase!
I ordered clothes for Christmas presents for my friends weeks ago and tried the tracking number and nothing! It does not even say it has been dispatched! Now I am concerned it will not be here for the week before Christmas when I travel to visit friends. Very disappointing as I spent so so much money! Still no refund and it is over a month ago now, spent so much money too!

All these clothes are VERY poor quality & this company is out there under a variety of other name like "Jolly Chic, Rosegal, Sammydress" etc. I spent around $250 on a dozen or so pieces of clothing and everyone of them is terrible quality. The sewing/stitching is ridiculous. Every piece has threads that are unraveling. I've tried to contact the company by putting in two tickets requesting a return authorization and even though it says they will response within 24 hours it's been over 3 days and with no response! When I initially placed this order I had trouble with my credit card info going through. My credit card company actually turned my card off since they thought someone had gotten a hold of it. I submitted a ticket to Dresslily to try to run my card again & of course they addressed this issue the exact same day! SHOCKING! Every time I try to do their online chat they are never available. No customer service number to call. These companies is CRAP! Its a SCAM! Do not waste your money or time! I don't even want to give them 1 star I am so disappointed...

I made an order on DressLily for a few items. I did receive all of my items, and in an acceptable amount of time. However, one hoodie I got in a large fit perfect. The other shirt I got in a Large fits like an XS. It is a button up shirt, and I cannot get the buttons even close to actually buttoning up. I nonchalantly emailed DressLilly (thinking that every company I have ever dealt with always responds to emails within a few days) and I did not have time to sit on the phone to simply ask IF I am even able to exchange this item. I have now sent 3 emails, found a number (after a loy of searching, cause it's def. NOT on their site) that is always just busy, tried "live" chat on their site on multiple occasions on different days AND at different times... yet, they are always "offline". They seem to just completely avoid talking with their customers. Very, very low thoughts on this site now that I know how they actually operate. Better hope everything you ordered comes in and is perfect, because you will never get to ask them for assistance with any issues.

It's been more than a month since my order was placed and the tracking number doesn't even exist or show up on postage websites. There's barely any info to contact the company. I am disheartened and disappointed at the customer service at Dress Lily. I ordered a dress on 11/22 and paid for expedited shipping so that I would have the dress within a few days. It is 12/2 and I do not have the dress. I also did not receive a response when I sent an EMAIL to the company (and received a "ticket" number) asking for a status update on the order. At that time, the "shipping" information on the website was blank. This morning, it shows that the order is in Singapore as of 11/25. Today is 12/2. That was 7 days ago. I specifically ordered this dress to use as a costume for a play I am in, and the play opens 12/4. Unfortunately, I had to purchase another dress because I simply did not trust that this company would honor the expedited shipping and get my dress to me on time. If I had known about the terrible customer service at this company, I never would have ordered from them.

I ordered a dress from them for a special occasion and I then had to pay for expedited shipping just to get my dress here on time... I should have known by their extremely low prices on everything. So I then sent in a ticket so I could try to understand why I paid all this money but my dress was still in singapore... which i live no where near... there response was not helpful. Everyones getting the same reply back because its a computer answering. If they won't refund you theres a really good chance you can call your credit card company tell them what happened they will refund you and go after them for fraud. DONT ORDER FROM HERE.

Normally I vet an online site before ordering but for some reason I bought first and looked up reviews later. After reading the negative reviews I figured I had probably kissed my money goodbye! Not so. Thank goodness I had paid the nominal amount ($1 or $2) for a tracking number. I got an email immediately explaining that my order would be sent through Netherlands Postal Service. There was a link to same. I checked every few days and couldn't believe it when the status of my order said "Shipped to destination country - Canada" my original order date was November 5 and my two items arrived yesterday, November 30! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of one garment, and certainly satisfied with the other! I'll certainly be ordering again!
Dresslilly. If I do not receive my jacket within the next week, you WILL be paying me my money back. There is no question about that. I have my tracking number and everything. Will do what it takes to either get my money back or my jacket. Its up to you people.

Ok so over I ordered my two jackets on October 25th. I knew that it would take awhile seeing as though it was coming from China! So finally towards the end of November I decided to put in a ticket and ask where my items were so they finally get back to me after a few days and say it was held up in Toronto customs and should be released soon! RED FLAG! I went along with it so a few days later I inquired some more and they said the items had been sent back to there warehouse! They gave me two options. To get them to resend or get my money back so of course I said I would like a refund! Here it is December 1st and I've heard nothing about my money back. I want a full refund I held my end of the bargain and even had shipping insurance so I don't feel I should have to pay anything and it doesn't matter whose fault it was rather it was customs or shipping issues. I paid insurance so I should receive a full refund right? DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM DRESS LILLY!
