I received my order after about 2 months. Only one item and the item I did receive was the quality of barbie doll clothes... Fabric was more suited for an umbrella instead of a tank top. :(

I didn´t received my jeans over two month, also the Money was not refunded. When I wrote again (two weeks ago for two times) I didn´t received an answer yet. Unprofessional! For sure I don´t recommend the shopping on the web sites of company DressLily!

Awful!

Finally received my order and it was defective. I ordered an XL hoodie. It seems to be made for a 12 year old child, not a grown woman. I could not even get both arms inside the body of the jacket. AND now, forget about returning. You will never get a response from customer service. This site should be removed. They are outright thieves!

In a nutshell, I placed an order over two months ago. I contacted them after one month and was told to wait another month and if my order didn't arrive they would offer compensation. Well, it didn't arrive, and the "compensation" I was offered was to either send them another $12.12 (half the amount I originally paid) so they could reship the package, or accept a credit of $12.12 and extra points in my "wallet". The reason? The package was lost in transit, so it's the shipping company's fault, not theirs, and I didn't purchase insurance with my order. STAY AWAY!

I was browsing on Facebook and saw an add for a sweater. I clicked on it when it looked familiar. Jane Norman was actually the designer of this sweater 2 years ago and it is no longer available to buy anywhere because I have tried to find it. Complete scam. There is no way they have that sweater.

Well I just received my order and Although I read terrifying reviews about this company i was pretty happy with my order. It was exactly what I ordered. But if you're looking for high quality Pay For It then. I knew exactly what i wad ordering Yes it took a while TO recreceive; a little over a month but if yoy want quick delivery Don't order from China. I also knew the order would take a while seeing I've ordered from China before. So don't pay extra for fast service cuz it'll get to you when it gets to you. Cant rush deliver from Singapore

I ordered a sweatshirt in October to have for the cold months. Here it is, the last day of November, and I still don't have it. When I contacted customer service, the sent me an email informing me that I should expect it within 10-45 days. They never even shipped it until 22 days after I placed the order! Here it is, day 50, and still no sweater. This is the worst customer service and reliability I have ever experienced when ordering anything online. I will NOT be ordering from them again!

I had an excellent experience with this order! I received all but one item from the order mentioned, but this is where the truth of this review comes into play. Every item that I did receive came in a prompt matter and every item was up to my expectations! I was incredibly pleased with everything! The jewelry is beautiful! No, it isn't real... but I knew that and the prices on everything were so low I could hardly believe it! The one item that I did not receive was a pair of men's sweatpants. I contacted Dresslily support team and they were very quick to respond and very eager to help me as soon as possible! I got fast email responses, all my questions and concerns were answered and although I did not receive the pair of sweats, I was credited a full refund promptly and given a discount for my next purchase. Each customer service person I talked to was very apologetic, very concerned about me receiving the product, and when we decided that I wasn't able to receive that particular piece (which was on backorder) they let me decide whether or not I wanted to reorder the piece or receive a full refund for the product. I took the refund and decided to place another order and use the discount they gave me on top of the refund. That was the only time I did not receive a piece that I ordered, but I could not have asked for a better experience with that, or a nicer solution to the issue! Their customer support alone gives them a 5 star rating in my book! I highly recommend their site and I have sent several of my friends their direction and all it takes is one look at their incredible inventory and you will be sold. Once you see the prices on the items they have in stock, you will be even further amazed! I know I was and I have placed several more orders since the one listed and I have yet to have any bit of a bad experience! They are very friendly, very fast to respond, and I believe that they are truly about the customer first! I could not be happier!

SCAM!

I ordered a cardigen in october and it is now the end of november and I'm just now receiving it! The package came in another language so it took me awhile to figure out what was even going to be in the package, when I opened it up, I was still just as confused as ever because it looks nothing like anything I or anyone I know would wear. Its a piece of yarn that is poorly sewn and not even finished! One side was left completely open. There is also no dresslily tag on the actual sweater which furthers my belief that someone went to the fabric store, purchased two spools of yarn and sewed them together and then put them in the mail. This is crazy! Ive never received anything in such poor condition. This company needs shut down immediately.

Buyer Beware!
November 30, 2015

I ordered three items and got two of them within two weeks. The third item was shipped a week later and I still haven't gotten it and it's been about 5 weeks. I also paid extra to be able to track my order. What a joke that was. Tracking information was not available. So don't waste your money. If I had read the reviews BEFORE I ordered I would never have done business with this company. Unless you just have extra money you want to throw away, beware and don't do business with this company.

I ordered the beginning of October. It is now Nov 29 and I still have no jacket. I have reached out to the company but the answer was, "Shipped out, no tracking" So my answer is. Refund my credit today please... No response yet...

AWFUL... SCAM!

After reading all of these reviews I should never had made this purchase. However I didn't do my research and purchased a cute shirt online. I ordered and paid $15 extra for expedited shipping. Still took lik15 days to receive my order.

Then when I did, it was NOT the same shirt as in picture. Different color pattern, different material, totally cheap and ugly.

I have written customer service 4 times in past month to return. Each time I get a standard email back saying I will be contacted in 24 hours but I have gotten NO response!

I'd like to know how to shut this company down! How is it still in business hearing all of these stories?!

I ordered 3 "sweatshirts" and only received 2 of them. I left a question on there website to be contacted in 24 hours (as they don't even have a direct email) and never heard a peep back! Mind you, the sweatshirts resembled nothing what the photo showed but the sizes were way off. I still haven't received the third sweatshirt or an email in trying to get my refund back. Such bad service and an overall company! I will never use them again. They should be shut down for these things
