I ordered from them in mid Sept. Didn't receive my order in the allotted time they said. Emailed them. They emailed back saying they would close the ticket on NOV 21st and give me a remedy. I've emailed three times since Nov 21st and STILL have yet to hear from them. This place is a JOKE! They try to blame it on the US postal service when in reality it's THEM taking your money and NOT sending your product. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. There's a reason they offer things so cheap. It's a bait and trap SCAM! I will be filing reports with whoever will take them regarding this company! They need to be shut down!
Ordered a few items, all arrived in around 3 weeks (China -> Norway). And that is the only positive thing I can say about this site. Nothing was as described, measurement chart was way wrong on all of them - even on a bracelet I ordered. Was refunded for one item, but then the stalling game started, completely $#*!ed replies to my messages, and was eventually offered a pittance as a refund for one other item. Stay away from this site, it's nothing but trouble.
I haven´t received my order yet so I called my bank to solve the problem. They will give this company 10 days to deliver my order but if I don´t get my stuff, the bank will solve a refund. This website has got false phone number, all my mails are undelivered because they are frauds. Their work is illegal and they will pay for it.

You show us a great product! You are quick to collect money! What happens next is ridiculous... so many people disappointed by this company! I placed an order in the beginning of November- tried to track it after money was paid... tried to place a ticket with your web site, and it kept making an error. Tried t contact Customer Service, and to no avail. If you are going to be in business- make a great impression! Not a negative one. I will not be ordering anything again.
This is how business's go OUT OF BUSINESS!
I ordered a cute shirt on October 29th, my account was charged immediately. A couple days later I found another sweater so I ordered that as well, once again my account was charged immediately. I have yet to receive either item. The second item is listed as shipped. But it has been listed as shipped for about three weeks now. The first item I ordered is listed as still processing. I'm not sure if I will ever receive my orders. And they do not give you the option of being able to track your packages. Never again, boy did I learn my lesson.

The products look like the picture. They are worth the money you spend on them. The products are good. Not only are their products fantastic, but they customer services is amazing. Any time I have had an inquiry they have done their best to supply me with the most useful information at the soonest available time. I'm on DressLily Support Site and was the other day and have to enter a code which I did to question where my orders are. It wouldn't work so I picked another code, etc. Can't even get the site to work and a big white blank box comes up blocking most of the site. I placed 2 orders, advised they received payment right away & they emailed me that the items have been shipped a long time ago but cannot track through a China Post service mail. Just today I started checking them out & it doesn't look good at all with very few exceptions. What to do? I feel like I've been scammed like other customers...

Ridiculous... never ordering from these guys again. Ordered a month and a week ago and still have yet to receive it. Also, please be aware that they ship your order in pieces so that you receive some of the order one day, and the rest (hopefully) another. I highly recommend any other company.

I ordered two hoodies for my daughter. They say they were shipped out mid-October and I have yet to receive them. I submitted an inquiry to customer service and have never received a response. They did however take my money earth get sick. I will never buy from them again. I wish I'd of never of stumbled on to their website! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

To be honest, I clicked on dresslily.com by mistake from a facebook ad but I am quite happy that I did. All the clothes and great prices that I saw just made me want to order everything that fits me :D. I have ordered few times since then and do not regret any of them. It is really nice that what you see on the picture is what you get live. They offer free shipping internationally which is just perfect. Definitely will continue to order more, great stuff dresslily.com people!
My items arrived fairly quickly (2 weeks), but one was an item I didn't even order. I didn't receive the item I did order. Of the other two, as many reviewers have stated, the L and XL were of a child age about 7. I have to give them to my 12 year old niece and see if they fit. When I opened a ticket to complain and arrange to return it, they never got back in touch with me. I opened two tickets. Nothing. Reminder to self: NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
