I have tried to contact them and their contact form doesn't work. You can't contact them via email and there is no phone number to call. I ordered 2 tops and got 1. How are we supposed to notify them? I will never order from them again. Note to self: Always read review before ordering from anyone.

I placed 2 orders, one on 19 August and one on 1 September 2015. It is now 12 December and they have not yet arrived. I have contacted Dress Lily about 5 times and am either ignored or asked to confirm my address and check with the Post Office. I have confirmed my address and told them I have contacted the Post Office at least 3 times. I am now really very frustrated and quite angry at the poorest customer service I have come across in a long time.

I ordered 2 shirts and a pair of stylish shoes for my girlfriend. The items actually did arrive in about 5 weeks. The shirts that I ordered for myself looked homemade. Threads everywhere, stitched up clothing. It reminded me of that episode of the Cosby Show when Theo paid his sister to make him a shirt and it was lopsided and uneven. The size that I thought was normally my size, was not even close.

Then when I filed a trouble ticket, all I got was an automated response. I began to read the fine print and although they honor refunds in a 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping (both ways). Overseas, this far exceeds the amount of $$ I paid for the shirts. Hardly worth it. Lesson learned.

Anybody who thinks about ordering from this company, you have been warned! The stylish clothing they advertise on their website is actually a carbon copy of pics copied from other websites to make their products seem tempting. But it will not be the quality they advertise. VERY IMPRESSED

I was really happy with the quality of my order it look just like the picture if not better. It fit just like the measurements sates and it was perfect. I give them a 5 star rating on quality and free shipping is great! I don't mind waiting the few extra days for free shipping its so worth it.the value was better than what i payed as well. Its a top quality item for a very good price. I will continually shop at this online site they have earned me as a customer for life.

Where is my stuff?

October 20,2015 i made 2 orders. As of December 11,2015 I still have not received them. I emailed them and they told me to check with post office, which i did and no they dont have it. They wanted me to wait until December 12,2015 to address this. I guess they are hoping for a miracle but i dont believe i will see one. I have now sent another email about this and shall see what happens. I knew it would take sometime but 2 months is a bit much. I will never buy from them again and have started to spread the word to not buy from them or any of they companies by different names.

Horrible

Don't order from this company unless you don't care when you receive your order. It may be MONTHS before you ever see it! And when you inquire, they will tell you to "be patient" Before you order from them, keep reminding yourself they are in China and could care less about you or your order. I will never order from this company again!

I ordered a sweatshirt from this website in a size medium (the website gave the measurement as 26 inches in length). Once I finally got the item (several weeks later) stuffed in a plastic envelope, I discovered that it was actually 23.5 inches in length and made of very poor quality material.

When I contacted the Dresslily "customer service" department to complain about the inaccuracies on the website and the poor quality, they informed me I needed to (again) describe the issue in detail and send them photographs or videos in good lighting of the defects. I sent two photos which showed the sweatshirt measuring only 23.5 inches in length (versus the described length of 26 inches). This was their response: "Thank you for reply. We sincerely sorry to hear this about your item.As for a compensation, we are willing to refund 20% of cost of the product on your wallet(store credit). It is $4.28." To which I replied, "No thanks, the only compensation I will accept is a full refund of what I paid applied directly to my credit card. I do not intend to every order from Dresslily again as Dresslily's products are of terrible quality and the website is deceitful." Dresslily never responded to that.

Buying experience

My honest opinion on this Company based on my own personal shopping experience is abysmal to say the least! I would never ever even contemplate buying from them again, once bitten twice shy is my motto. They held on to my money for almost 3 months and I never did see the item I ordered I don't believe they ever dispatched it in the first place. After numerous tickets being raised I eventually got a refund but nothing for the inconvenience I suffered, as the item I had ordered was a present for my sons Birthday. When I did get the refund I had to wait 7 days to receive it and I lost out by 31p because of the exchange rate being lower at the time of the refund! I would advise to steer well clear of this Company per se!

When I saw several shirts that I purchased through Amazon.com 50% less at Dresslily.CON, I was excited. I've seen many clothes that Dresslily.CON advertises at Venus.com and Amazon.com but priced 50% less, so I selected items to purchase. However, I began to suspect that Dresslily.CON is a scam because, 1) there wasn't a number for customer service or other contact information, 2) there wasn't a size chart, 3) one-size-fits-all on items that appeared small (I thought, how could that be?), 4) the prices are extremely low which made me think that Dresslily.CON is too good to be true, 5) the prices are odd like $10.03. I decided to check the reviews before I purchased the cute items that I liked because I suspected that I would not receive them after my purchase, or I would not receive what I wanted, and the reviews confirmed my suspicions.

I would contact my credit card company if I was frauded by DBA Dresslily.CON; the Federal Trade Commission, or a Consumer Fraud Protection agency.

Lastly, you'll find some clothes seen at Dresslily.CON legitimately sold at Venus.com and Amazon.com (of course, the prices are higher), and Macy's has cute clothes that are often marked down 50% or more when clothes are on sale. I feel sad that many of you were scammed. Remember: When something seems wrong it likely is. -Mary Ann

I ordered a coat for someone for a Christmas gift on December 5th. I figured that would give me enough time before Christmas. It has NOT been shipped YET! And it is now December 11th. I tried to submit a ticket and it would not work! I cannot submit a ticket asking about when the item will be shipped. It just wouldn't process. It would be nice to have a way to get some kind of feedback without frustration. Now I am worried I won't be able to give my gift on time.

I ordered what looked to be a very nice shirt for my wife. Order status says the item shipped on Nov 2. (10-25 days not counting weekends). It is now Dec 9 after 27 days (not counting weekends) item still never arrived so I left a reply to my ticket (we will respond within 24 hours)... Dec 11 & 48 hour later still no response from their customer service.

I really love this homepage, the clothes and the jewelry is sooo nice and special. It's cheap and I like the quality of the most things from them.

Würde ich jedem empfehlen, man muss zwar ein bisschen mit den Größenangaben aufpassen, aber das ist ja fast klar. Super schöne ausgefallene Sachen und der Versand ist im Vergleich zu Deutschland günstig. Jeder Zeit wieder.

Very happy. Second time ordering items. This is for all you hatters. Yes it takes 3-4weeks for delivery. Dah. Its directly from China. Yes there asian sizes. If you read it tells you what size converts to usa sizes. Read the size chart. The clothes were like any other clothes I have ordered like from kohls as an example. These are great deals. For awesome clothes. Just takes a little longer. Thanks dress lily.

Don't buy from them

I ordered four items, only one has been shipped.
Asked support center, it's always processing, nobody answered.
And the order status has changed to all shipped out which is totally not true.
It has been nearly a month, and still no answer at all.
Bad customer service, liers, don't buy anything from them!
Even one star is too much!

Not Happy!

I normally wear a size 8. I ordered a large sweatshirt figuring it would be roomy. It looked like a child's shirt. I got it on and it was as tight as a glove. When I showed it to my family, they laughed because the size was so comical. I tried to resolve the matter but my email has only been answered with an email stating that they will answer. Hmmm. I will never buy from Dresslilly again!

Don't do it!

Sweater was made of felt. One sleeve was sewn on inside out the hood was pieced together, server edge sewn, one arm longer than the other... Horrible. Can't get back on my passwords and email don't exist. Can't return...
