Ordered a coat over a month ago. Never received my coat or a refund. Would never do business with again!
I ordered 3 items. It took 1 month to arrive at my door... missing 1 item! Paid for in full... contacted them 5 times asking for an explanation. No one has contacted me... also both items arrived are NOTHING like the photos on the Web... sizes are for children and quality is what u would find at ur local Chinese cheap shop! OVERALL HORRIBLE! A HUGE SCAM... basically robbing people of their money... they need to be reported and shut down
Since my review, dress lilly responded and tried to smooth it over with nice words in there response...
But the bottom line here is that... i am now still waiting for their email they state they sent to me! Lol what a load of crap...
And i am still out of pocket 73.25 usd! For 2 items not worth 20.00 and 1 item i never even received...
You people are pathetic... and truly are scamming people of their money... I am reporting you to mastercard as a complete fraudulent company who has literaly stolen my money online.

I ordered a coat a month ago still not recieved and it was a christmas present ive tried to contact dress lily 4 times, 3 by email and once on facebook. Wish ide read the reviews first really not happy and going to citizens advice bureau about it as they owe me £30 or a coat asap.

I ordered over one month ago 2 coats in wool/cotton fabric. They looked really great at the website but when I received the tiny packages and unwrapped those jammed items they didn't only look like crap but they were made entirely out of cheap synthetic! Since then I try to get a full refund form Dresslily but the try to fool me with bonus points or just discounts on it.
Till now I haven't received their money and I only can post my story on the web to share this with future customers. I don't think I am an exception; be aware to shop at Dresslily!

Looks great, but really NOT! I ordered just two items I thought I was gonna get from this same website, & come to find out that these items I received were cheap & smaller than the size I usually wear. Literally like kids size. Called & emailed for a full refund -NOTHING, no response back. Nothing! Luckily, it was only $60 down the drain. But, just the fact that I got played, that simple! I am so frustrated. I have been waiting since the beginning of November for a item. I had originally ordered 3 items. The first item came in and did not look as I thought and did not quite fit. Have been trying to find out how to return it since before Thanksgiving! I finally place a complaint and thru Trip Advisor and then got a automated response but never told what I need to do to return it. Still pending is all it will say. I am also still waiting for the last item since before Thanksgiving. Never again. I am really going to try to do all I can to make sure this place does not continue scamming people. Obviously by looking at the reviews I am not the only person having trouble with them. I should have read the reviews.

I ordered 2 items: a jacket and what appeared online to be a 3/4 length gray coat with brown faux fur. Both were ordered in size 3x for plus size women. When they arrived the first jacket was actually equivalent to a size 10/12 for women. The second was not 3/4 length gray with brown fur but a black waist jacket with black faux fur way too small - in fact it fits my 5 year old daughter! You can't return these things because the shipping back o China is more than you paid for the items themselves! My advice don't buy clothes from them... maybe you would have better luck with the accessories.

Awful, they still haven't shipped a jacket I purchased in OCTOBER. Essentially they sold me an item they didn't have in stock. I'm disgusted by the poor customer service - they haven't refunded me nor have they shipped the jacket. AVOID THIS RETAILER AT ALL COSTS, they lie, they sell things they don't actually have, and then they toy around with you for two months trying to get the item shipped. I am calling my credit card company tomorrow if they do not ship within 24 hours to do a chargeback.

Should be zero. Ordered 3 sweatshirts in the XL attempting to allow for the size difference. The items were too small. I requested a return authorization, and they are insisting on pictures of me, the clothes, the Barcodes, etc. What is with these people. If something does not fit, it is returned in original condition in original bags. This is not hard. They keep asking for pictures? Just found this review page. Wish I had checked for reviews first. Never order again.

First of all the web site isn't user friendly at all. I ordered a sweatshirt that said " priority dispatch" however when it came to " checkout" it gave me options for express delivery. Mis leading as I didn't know which option to choose. After the whole checkout process there was no confirmation at all that my order went through. Thinking I may have missed a step, I did it all over again and next thing I know I have 2 orders placed. You have to dig into thier website to find customer service but there's no phone number. You have to submit a trouble ticket. Totally stupid. I've been burned before on websites that offer incredibly good deals, and this is one more. Thank goodness I was able to cancel my orders before payment was processed. Seems as though this company offers a lot of apologies but doesn't rectify a thing!

The shirt I ordered had an obvious defect which made it unwearable. I submitted a claim including pictures of the defect but was told I would have to pay the shipping to return it to China. The shipping charges far exceeded the original price of the item. By the way it took almost a month to receive it and it was cheaply made, So bottom line if your item if defective then you are just screwed. I would give zero stars if I could. You have been warned! Don't do business with DressLily. Save your money.

I would never recommend this site for anyone! I ordered 2 things that took one and a half months to ship to me. I can deal with the wait, but when I got them they did not look at all what the website showed. So disappointed! At least it was cheap (just like the clothes) and I learned my lesson.

You get what you pay for. I thought it was a good sale but the shirt I got is worthless. The "sweatshirt" I ordered is flimsy, see though and looks like a child made it. I wish I had researched the company more. I tried to make a return request and it says my email is invalid. The same email they used to send me the order info. Lesson learned the hard way.

This website is a scam. I ordered a shirt that never came. I filed a complaint. They first told me my refund would be only $1. Then, they said $10 (the item was $15). I never got a refund. And now, even though I still have the complaint number in my email, they say there is no record of my complaint. Ridiculous.

I purchased a sweatshirt in October. It took TWO MONTHS to receive it. When I received the shipping notification (a month after I placed the order), I received an obtuse response back about shipping times (I note that long shipping is acceptable, but NOT taking a month to even fulfill the order).
When it arrived, it reeked of chemicals. The size is much smaller than advertised (NOT the measurements they predict) and the overall quality is unbelievably cheap. The threads are coming loose, the stitching is weird, and the material feels odd. I suspect that the chemicals are some cheap flame $#*!ant or something. I aired it out for a week and it still smells like this. I had intended this for a gift, but it will not be useable at all.
When I tried to post a review, the site wouldn't let me. Can't help but feel that's on purpose since the reviews there are all glowingly positive. I can't believe no one else noticed the crappy quality, poor sizing, or shoddy construction.
