Scams all scams! I Bought from this site on 11/29/15 paid expidite shipping which clearly said 3-7 buisness days I recives partial of the order on 12/13/15 what and $35 extra for expitide shipping!. Now I wonder why I did not read any reviews! I have sent 4 emails to the "custumer help center" which absolutely doesnot exisit all the ticket numers just say prossesing... Theres no way to contact them no number no nothing I orderd 8 items and only got 4... yes very horrible quality clothing! I want my $$ back... Im absolutely contacting my bank for fraud!

There is nothing good about dress Lily, from shipping to the quality of clothing. Just as everyone has stated, took 4 weeks for delivery. All items in my order were way undersized, and terrible quality. Customer service is aweful. I emailed them several times after receiving my order so I could return items, when they finally answered I was told to take pictures of the items and measurement of the items and send to them and THEY would decide if I could get a refund, WHAT! All they want is your money and once they get it they are done with you. I urge anyone reading this review NOT to order from them, there are lots of other sites that are reasonably priced with good quality products and the company's stand behind there products. My next email is to the better business bureau.

Why didn't I read the reviews before ordering? Unless you pay for expensive "extra" shipping, your order will be on a slow boat from China - and when it finally does arrive many weeks later, an extra large sweatshirt will only fit a small ten year old! Since you have to pay the return postage... to China... good luck with that!

I have never seen such cheap and terrible quality in clothing material! It looks like someone sewed table cloth material onto a cheap thin material with strings hanging everywhere! One of the shirts I ordered smelled like it was so musty! I am going to send all of my entire items back even the cheap junky plastic they call jewelry! I better get back my 141 dollars that was paid through paypal or may get them involved as this site is a scam! Nothing looks like the picture of the items that was ordered! It is all Garbage! Also sent me 2 of same top? What is your return address for refunds?

The sizes were not true to size, the quality is so terrible, the colors don't even loom like the photos, the material is so cheap you can see through it! It is the worst purchase I have ever made and there are no returns! I order 13 items and none fit! They are so cheaply made strings are hanging from them! I can't even try to resale them cause they are so cheaply made no one will buy them to even get my money partial back for my purchase!

I ordered 4 items on 11/27. The tracking number they gave me didn't work at all. When the package did arrive, it only contained 3 of the 4 items. All the items are of pretty cheap quality and are not exactly as pictured (i. E. dress MUCH shorter than photo). I have contacted the email support 3 times with absolutely NO response. There is no phone number and nobody on live chat. Useless customer support options. Do not order from this company. I am considering contacting my credit card company to report fraud, as they did not ship my entire order, have not responded, and yet I have been charged the full price.
UPDATE: Dresslily responded to my ticket after seeing this review. Funny that it took lambasting them on a review site to get ANY communication. The item that is missing from my shipment is out if stock. They offered me the choice of another item, or a refund. I chose refund and have heard NOTHING back, yet again, after 2 days. Even their attempt at correcting the issue is crappy. I bet they never would have even told me my item was out of stock if I hadn't posted here.
UPDATE 2: I finally received a refund for the missing item for my order. It only took me over 2 weeks and going directly through Paypal in order to do it. This company only took care of this because I went through Paypal and had them moderate the situation and take over an escalated claim. Even after sending a message via Paypal I had no response. It was not until Paypal stepped in that there was any resolution. And the company finally got back to me on their own website (via my MANY tickets), only to beg me to update my negative review to something more positive, Yeah, right! This company is the worst online transaction and company I have EVER experienced. So, Dresslily, here's your updated review! You still suck and are not worth anyone's time.

Ordered two Christmas dresses two weeks ago. The order is still processing with no indication of when the item will ship, despite that we are well beyond the 6-8 business day shipping time. Since there is NO PHONE NUMBER to call for Customer Service, any questions you have are posted in a ticket forum that they answer kind of whenever they want to. When they do answer, they give you vague responses and refer you back to that 6-8 days (which is silly because they were only pointing out that they were lying to begin with). After receiving no response as to whether or not the dresses would actually arrive from CHINA in time for Christmas (which we all know is a big, resounding NO), I decided to go ahead and just cancel the order. Contacted my bank and disputed the charges and will not be doing business with them again!
UPDATE: Was contacted by the person you see responding to all of these complaints, the DressLily "rep" and told that the items were being shipped out and to check back on the DressLily site under my customer service ticket for more info (I did, included was a tracking # to say 'we're so sorry, here, your order shipped just now').
The tracking number hasn't showed any movement from China for over a week. HAHA WOW!
So thanks, but... no assistance and resolution is better than fake assistance and fake resolution. I would give a negative star at this point, if I could.

I bought Christmas presents for all of my girls, what I received didn't look anything like what it showed on their site. One of the sweatshirts I ordered came with a wad of string for me to string myself. I don't want or would give any of this to anybody!

The sizes are way off. The picture you see is not what you I ordered at all. It was to funny. Sleeves were made out of some sort of plastic material on a sweater. I am still waiting on items to ship after 2 months. I log a ticket, they respond a few days later then a few weeks it shows up. And what shows up is way to funny. Deal is to good to be true. This is my second review of this junk store. See my first review from 12/15/15. Since then, Dress Lily has offered to refund only PART of my money for THEIR defective merchandise. They don't even want the clothes back... that is how bad it is. My total order was over $90 and they are offering a refund of $29.88. Never... EVER... have I dealt with a business like this that doesn't give a full refund for merchandise that you are not pleased with. And I have no use for the clothing because all of it is sized wrong or the wrong color or has a hole in it. How can I use merchandise like that? Seriously, this place needs SHUT DOWN. Can you say CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT?

I ordered one cardigan to check out the quality. It took awhile to receive but the website did say it could take up to 20 business days to get. I was happy with it. Pretty good quality, good price, and fit well. I ordered another one. This one came faster, but was not the same as it showed in the picture. The way it was made no one could wear it. Very disappointed. It's a gamble to order. I would not order again after reading all the bad reviews.
