Wish I had checked here first. I was sent wrong size on one shirt, the other shirt i couldn't even get past my shoulders, actually i got stuck in it. The quality of the items was extremely poor, strings hanging off. Forget about returning items, the submit button is not working. Will donate this crap to Goodwill. DO NOT ORDER from them!
Much like most other folks here, I ordered a product, it took forever to receive, and when it arrived, I was sorely disappointed. I loved the look of the jacket in the photo, but when I received it, it was made of cheap materials that were already coming apart, there was already a hole in one of the pockets and the extra pockets that I loved in the photo turned out to be just cheap zippers that lead nowhere or buttons with no snap closure. What a rip off.
Oh, and they'll inundate you with e-mails trying to get you to buy more cheap crap. NO.

I have been searching for Vintage Dresses or Vintage Style dresses. I love the look and the class of them. I am also on a budget. A strict budget. I happen to come across DressLily's vintage line of dresses and fell in love. The pricing was amazing, especially for the one's that are on sale. I found one in my price range and ordered. I made to sure read the sizing and shipping information as I am usually weary of ordering clothes online. DressLily was very clear that their sizing runs small and the shipments can take a while to come in. I was very pleased when this dress came in. It was delivered in the specified time range and it fit beautifully. I received SEVERAL compliments on it and I can't wait to wear it again. I have already started looking for another dress to order from DressLily!
I was very desappointed to receive a product that I didn't order. When I wrote to their Customer services to tell them I received the wrong item, they tell me it was a minor issue and gave me 2 USD to buy something else. WHAT? They refuse to give me back my money, It will be my last order with them.

I ordered a hoodie thing that took two months to arrive. It was on backorder for a month, but they still kept advertising it as "in stock." The item came from China, so the tracking mechanism didn't work. When it did arrive, it was garbage. I ordered a medium, but it's toddler-sized. It doesn't fit on my body. AND, the zipper doesn't work. To return it, I needed to provide my measurements, the garment measurements, pictures, and a small dissertation on the defect. It's just not worth dealing with this company so I threw the thing out. Only order from them if you're a gambling sort of person. Ridiculous

Hello,
I tried to go to the 'Support Center >> Submit a ticket' on the DressLily website in order to ask about my order, that has been shipped out 3 weeks ago but that I haven't received yet.
Unfortunately, it seems the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom of the page has no effect.
I triple checked that all mandatory parts of the form including the code are filled correctly, but despite this, the button has no effect, so I cannot even submit my ticket; and the same happens with different browsers.
This seems like a bug that could be easily corrected.
Would it be possible to double check this?

I am extremely disappointed with the product I received. Honestly, the jacket I ordered looks nothing like the picture that was advertised. The fabric isn't cut straight, there are multiple threads coming out, and I was disappointed that I have to thread the strings through the jacket. It didn't even come to me completely put together. Product is of very poor quality. It took over a month to receive the item from the time I ordered it. This is the first and last time I've ever ordered from this company.

I ordered what I thought looked a very nice top online. As it took a long time to arrive I was excited to receive it and was looking forward to wearing it at Christmas. Well when it came... I can only say that it wouldn't absorb much liquid when I use this shoddy piece of material they sent me in the disguise as a top as a cleaning cloth. I paid about $10 for it. I know this may not seem like a lot of money but believe me it is when I wouldn't pay 10p in a jumble sale for it and I would be much too ashamed to wear it myself. I was told that after many conversations with them that they would very kindly give me 2 dollars back so I could buy more disgusting clothes from them (Don't think I will be doing that any time soon)! And I had to return it and they would refund me with the postage to Japan - ha ha - all this for a grotty top! Please don't spend your hard earned money with this Company
This is my update - I have persevered with this company as I have always thought I should be refunded. I emailed them virtually every day since I purchased the item and they have always responded. They eventually agreed to me getting a full refund which would be refunded to my Paypal account and true to their word this happened immediately - I am now happy.

I ordered quite a few things from DressLily for my past winter and loved them all when they arrived. I chose the free shipping option which does take up to a few weeks, but I had this is mind with the items coming from overseas, even though is free I was still provided with a tracking code for this. The clothes are really cute, keep in mind the sizes are really small and different from western sizes, im normally a size S, and still looked carefully at the provided measurements of every item, so as long as you read the details on what your buying the sizes are good. I would def order from dresslilly.com again.
I ordered a ton of stuff last night and completely regretting it not that I read all of these comments. Trying everything I can to cancel my order and get my money back... wish I would've seen these before ordering :( unfortunately I think I've been screwed...

I ordered $223 worth of clothing from Dresslily.com back in October. They finally arrived to me late November. All of the clothes in the bag were poor quality and way too small. I returned them to the address that was listed as "Return Address" on the bag. It ended up being a complete MESS! After using the return address THEY had on the bag, Dresslily says it was the wrong address. Long story short, they have not refunded me or as they say "Find a solution". It's been over two months now. Any input?

Never order from this company if I had known the reviews before buying I wouldn't have wasted my money. I placed an order on December 2nd and I even paid expedited shipping. I just got my order yesterday thinking it'd b both of my items and it was only 1 of the 2 items I had ordered. Everytime I try contacting customer service no one answeres or gets back to u. Like what the $#*!? These are Christmas gifts and Christmas is now one week away and now I won't have my gift in time. I will never ever order from this company again

I ordered from Dresslily.com on 11/19/2015. I was sent a shipment email that day with a tracking number that goes to a website that says the link has been REMOVED! Is this a scam? The sweater I ordered was for a Christmas present for my daughter and I cant seem to get a response from this company. Now, I'm going to have to call my bank and dispute this charge to get my money back! SCAM! I didn't want to be disappointed, but I am -- With their measurements, I had to order an XXL coat even though I am a normal 210 pound 6'4" guy. Usually wear a Large. I put it on and it was like two sizes small but labeled XXL. Also the sleeve was sewn wrong and was screwed up. The lining was sewn shorter than the outside material, making the sleeve look bunched up and not smooth. It was $33 so it isnt' worth sending back -- we will donate it. I would still wear it, but it doesn't fit.
