Definitely have to order larger than you normally would.,.,(too late for me.,., i didn't)., material is of sub par quality and looks very little like picture on website.,., do not pay extra for faster shipping cuz it doesn't matter.,., they seem to ship all items at 1 speed.,., and no speed is fast.,., pony express would be faster.,., including crossing the ocean.,., took 18 days for my purchase to arrive.,., would love to return my purchase., but.,., that would take an interpreter and 6months to accomplish.,., i am biting the dust and chalking this up to experience.,., do not.,., by any means buy a product from this company.,., it will only raise your blood pressure.
I had ordered some shirts and a jacket
Shirts arrived bad quality material and children size. It was not made for men. I still haven't received jacket and no where to be found. I will have to contact my credit card bank or my attorney to get a refund.

I ordered a really cute black top with lace V neck and peek a boo sleeves. Very happy. I came in the time stated and the quality of the material was good and was to size. I would definitely order from here again. A very satisfied customer.
Stupidly I decided to pay the almost $18.00 to have my items expedited thinking I would get them within the 3 to 7 business days. I ordered them on a Sunday so I knew it would take until Monday to send the order out. I and a friend both ordered some other things on the next day, Monday, she did the free shipping, as did I on that order. She got an email saying her were sent out on Wednesday. Two days after the order was placed. I didn't get an email saying my FIRST order, that I paid extra shipping for, until Thursday! Today, Saturday, I looked at the tracking to see were it was at, it hasn't even left the shipping place they use, 2 days after the email! I haven't heard anything on my second order yet. DO NOT pay the extra shipping unless you are willing to wait at least a week for it to actually leave where it is being shipped from before the 3 to 7 business days! What a scam!

I ordered something back in October. When reading the reviews after not receiving anything in 3 weeks, I advised my buddy who is a federal agent who investigates sites like this for fraud. I'm glad to know they are already investigating this site and will be sitting them down soon. They probably made their millions off of people. But they messed with the wrong one with my order. I advise you to keep all email exchanges, your receipt, and hold on to them. You may be reached by a federal agent to help them investigate this site and scam further.

Unfortunately I didn't look for reviews before I ordered, I hope no one else makes the same mistake. DO NOT ORDER from this webpage! I ordered 4 dresses and it took more than a month to receive them. Only one of them fitted me so I tried to email the company but it took them one month and 6 days to respond. It's only one month return policy so I don't get my money back. Worst company ever and lesson learned, always check reviews first!

I ordered something 3 months ago and am still waiting. When I emailed them they told me to check my local post office. Since the tracking number is not applicable in Canada there was no way to trace the order. I was told they were resending the item but it has been almost 4 weeks and I have heard nothing as to if it was even shipped! Total scam!

I wish I had a way to post pictures of this PATHETIC sweater I bought. On their website, the sweater is the cutest pink and gray southwestern print. What arrived in the mail looked NOTHING like that pic. It was the ugliest hot pink, black, and white print on fabric that feels like a Brawny paper towel. This company is horrendous... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You would get a better deal on a better product from a trailer park yard sale!

Unless you are a 7 year old asian girl, or a 3 year old with an eating disorder, the largest of larges are not your size. I promise. I waited 3 weeks for my order, and I gave both "flowy" dresses to a co-worker for her 4 year old.

After waiting three weeks for my order, I checked and it hadn't even shipped out yet, so I cancelled it. I've now been waiting a week, and the order does not show as cancelled, nor have I received a refund. They did say it might take 5 days to get it cancelled, so five business days would be today. Update: I went through my charge card company and DressLilly made it right. They also sent nice notes. I think the company has a good attitdue, but needs to improve their shipping time. I will still not be ordering in the future.

This site is a front for an international scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Yes, they provide you with tracking numbers and pictures of packages, but from my experience, and a vast amount of other reviews, this is all a hoax. Many complain of never even receiving items. Personally, I ordered 2 sweaters and a large winter coat for Christmas gifts this year. I tracked my package diligently, for it was after I had already ordered that I saw all the bad reviews. I was skeptical through the whole process, and was disappointed when I found out the truth about this company. Only a $12 sweater arrived, and the other expensive items were no were to be found. Upon trying to contact the company numerous times, customer service was non-existent. PLEASE, do not get ripped off by this SCAM!

I have become a great fan of the Dresslily website. I expected a long wait since the clothes had to be shipped from China. Quality and price were ok.
I ordered a bunch of shirts for my wife and the ended up being too small. I ordered XL and they ended up being like a Medium. I contacted the support and they gave me the run around. Don't Order from them, I guess I am going to be out the money this company is horrible and not good at working with customers!

I placed an order for 1 item, just 1 item last Friday, I understand maybe not as long as some people have been waiting, but when I place an order and my money has been taken I expect that item to be shipped as soon as possible. So one week on my status is still as processing. Why? I have emailed twice got the autoreply stating I will have a response within 24 hours and heard, yes you guessed it, absolutely nothing! What does it take to get a response? If you can't fulfill my order of 1 small item, then at least return my money!

I wish I would have checked here before I ordered a sweatshirt for my sister. I paid extra to have it here quicker, and that didn't happen. Wasted money. I never got the item I ordered and now they are just not taking care of it at all. They told me to wait for months and when the time was up they told me to go to the post office like they would not have delivered it if it was lying there? I'm sure they will not give me my money back. I will not buy anything from them. Watch out!
