After I posted my review about Dress Lily, I received a message from them. I gave me their phone number, which I called tried calling to resolve the issue. No one answered then. I tried several times calling the phone number again and left several messages. Needless to say, they still are not answering their phone or returning calls. I have to say, though I did not expect them to answer or turn the call in the first place. Watch out for this company and all their sister companies. You will know them because all their websites look the same. Also do a review search on google when you find them. You will see they all have the same rating. 1.2 to 2.0. If you are looking for discount clothes that are stylish there are so many other sites that would love your business and want to make sure you are happy with the product. I only gave Dress Lily one star because the rating does not go any lower then this.
I ordered $90 in product from the company. I issued a complaint with he company when I recieved only the 2 cheapest shirts. I was sent an response to take pictures of the defective products. The defect is I was missing 3 of the most expensive items. I will not do business with this company ever again. Still waiting for response on the portion of the order I didn't not receive. They had no issue immediately withdrawing funds from my account. Simiply ridiculous!

It appears that i have the same problems as most everyone else. Payed for expedited shipping but order is still processing. Tickets are not being responded to and no contact at all made. Shouldve read the reviews first. Wont make this mistake again. Contacting paypal for a complaint claim.

I ordered my item weeks ago and still have not received it. When I check the tracking number it is all in Chinese so I can't even read where my item is even at. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I ordered. I guess sometimes you take a hit. I hope this "company" gets shut down, or the word gets out before more people get scammed.

I ordered a sweatshirt from them on November 27, which said it shipped on November 28. Plenty of time to get here by Christmas, right? Nope. It's Dec. 22nd and I can't track the package or get customer service. Will I be able to get this Christmas present? Probably not. Will I ever order from them again. Never. Do NOT order from this website... there customer service is diabolical. They never get back to you. I ordered 3 tops and the fabric and workmanship is cheap and poorly made. I want a refund, but hesitate to pay for return shipping, because i don't have any confidence that they will send me a refund. I don't want to spend anymore money by sending it back.

Do not order from here! Complete scam! Paid an extra $30 for expedited shipping and didn't even receive anything at all! No replies to email complaints and no one answers the phone. Complete scam and should be shut down!

I placed an order on 12/9/15 for a Christmas gift for my wife and I have yet to see any status on shipment on my order. I have been in contact with their "customer service dept" multiple times now and still have not received any concrete evidence that I will be receiving my package before Christmas.
I will be requesting a full refund if I don't hear back from them TODAY.
This company is a complete waste of time and money. Their "deals" sound legit, but their customer service lacks greatly and is jsut a waste in general!

I ordered a dress and sweatshirt on Dec. 13 and got an email on the 14th stating it was shipped. I have tried to track the shipping, out of curiosity, to see just how long it would take. The tracking info on the site says that it hasn't been updated yet. It's been over a week! I tried tracking through UPS and it says "NOT FOUND". I have contacted customer service and it's like they didn't even read my ticket. They wanted me to state the defects in detail and send pictures. I said, "I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE YET. I'd like to know the status of it, as in it's location so I can estimate it's arrival." I'm wondering if it was a bad idea to order from this site. I thought it was great because shipping was free. But I'm thinking I'll go back to Zulily instead! At least they were quicker in responses and shipping.

I order a package on December 1st 2015. My status still says processing, and here it is December 22,2015. I sent four tickets already asking where my package is and I get the same reply but no real answer on when I will receive my package. I ordered a shirt and coat for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered it on November 29 it shipped about a week later and said to wait 7-10 days for delivery I didn't buy my self a sweater because I waited for the file very so ended goin to school with no sweater n lost the 40 dollars I spent on it. About to spend more money on a sweater at a actual store

I ordered a few items at the end of October and have still not received them. Customer service is god awful... I have asked for a refund and was told that the items had been reshipped, instead of giving me a refund for services not rendered. I have not received the refund that I want and have never even received an accurate tracking number. I would like to add that I purchased a tracking number and insurance at the time of purchase. Seems like a big scam to me. STAY AWAY!

We ordered two orders. One was shipped right away, other order is in "processing." After a few days of "processing" we put in a customer service ticket, and it has been in "processing." It is now been over a week that the customer support ticket has been in "processing" We paid for expedited shipping... a total of about $45 dollars of expedited shipping for "3 to 7 days." This hasn't ruined Christmas, but we are very disappointed because most of Christmas was through DressLily.com. In short, I probably won't order again! I wish I had checked reviews before ordering. Lesson learned!
After writing review, in the afternoon, the order status has changed to Shipped.

I had a great experience shopping with DressLily. Their customer service was excellent. They were timely, genuine, and very considerate. I received my order within three weeks. I love, love, love my sweater and scarf. I had a few reservations as I had never ordered from them before. I am so glad I did. I would recommend them to anyone.
