I ordered 3 business shirt here on August 2015, and this is December 2015, haven't got them yet. While contacting them they say that they can't do anything because I didn't pay for tracking no. I lost my money. I will spread this news to all my friends in Facebook as well.
Horrible service! I ordered a gift for Christmas on 11/28 and here it is 12/24 and still no gift. Can't get any one to find out what the problem is. The only process is via email and no one will rrspond. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

My experience with Dresslily.com was great. I ordered the cardigan-coat from them and to my surprise it was shipped the next day. It arrived in two and a half weeks, considering it is holiday season. I like everything about my coat, it is exactly like in the picture and as described. So, I bought another 3 things and planning not to stop buying from them...
I ordered myour gifts to give to my family throw this site. I waited a month for the packet to come in the mall. When I open the packet I found that not all the stuff I bought was there. When I call to tell then what happened no one picks up. I have never been so disappointed and disgusted in a company before!

Worst company ever! I contacted my credit card company to stop payment when I still had not received my order (a Christmas present) 25 days after they charged my card. Had I read all the negative reviews before ordering, I never would have placed it. The customer service is ridiculous. Never a live chat available, no phone # to contact anyone. Found out since it is a China based company so the item would probably have been poor quality anyway. If you have an order pending, CANCEL immediately and take your money elsewhere.

I ordered a hoodie December 4th. My order sat around for 10 days. I emailed them amd instead of replying to the email. It said it was shipped. Now, here we are 20 days later and I can't even see the tracking info. I'll be contacting the BBB about this company!

Worst experience ordering online EVER! I ordered three items 6 weeks ago and one item has still yet to be shipped. Of the two items I received I actually liked one of them and kept I and the other I've been trying to get a refund for for weeks because it's so incredibly small. I ordered an XL and pretty sure it's a medium. I'm back and forth with Josslyn, "the customer service" rep, for weeks over this! Pretty sure I'll never receive my money back nor the correct items. I wish somebody could shut this site down cause obviously its nothing but a scam to people and I wish I'd have seen all these other reviews before ordering from them. What's more of a joke is you can't write reviews on their website or Facebook page, so nobody knows not to order from them.

People I wouldnt advice ordering, I placed an order on Dec 9,2015 and still as of today Dec 23,2015 still no package, I even paid for faster shipping ($20.00) will not happen again. Thank god I went through Pay Pal and I am getting my money back

I received 3 articles of clothing from this company. They were sent in 2 different packages from CHINA after almost a month of my order date. The items in both packages were ATROCIOUS. The quality is terrible and so paper thin you can see THROUGH the "hoodie". The stitching is so poorly done that I'm honestly afraid the clothing will fall apart upon putting it on. One of the sweaters got wet in the packaging during shipping so it smelled like MILDEW and even washing it twice couldn't get the smell out.
On top of their bad products, this company's customer service is appalling and only answered my SECOND request through their website so I wasn't notified that they had replied... I had to LOG IN to the site, go to my account, and check on the ticket status to know they had sent a worthless reply of "please follow these steps to have your question answered." UNREAL
DON'T waste your time, money or energy with this company.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered and it was shipped Dec 7th. Plenty of time for it to arrive right? WRONG! If you try to track the package you cannot, If you contact the customer service, they just send you a form letter basically telling you their warranty and return policy. I have heard from others saying the quality sucks, and I am very upset that I wasted money on this.

Looks like I should have done my research before ordering from this site. After trying to contact them about when my order will be shipped. I get a number and no other response. Its been almost a month and still no sign of the package. Their system shows it was shipped out but cannot track the package. Today is the 23 and looks like I am not going to get it in time for Xmas. If you have some money and you don't know how to waste it, order from DressLily. They disgust me. I ordered 2 dresses for Christmas party on 1st December, it should be here on 14th December. Today is the 23rd of December and I have no dress! Why? Because this site s**ks! Yes! It does! To be honest, I want my money back, but I am pretty sure I will never get it! I ordered two shirts, pants, a cardigan, boots and two pairs of earrings for my daughter and son's girlfriend for Christmas. The shipping is terrible, some of my items are still stuck in customs and I haven't even received the boots yet and the order was processed around Dec. 1st and parts were shipped Dec. 4. I can't even check to see where they are. This has ruined majority of the Christmas gifts also because of the fact that the clothes are terrible quality, the material is very thin or cheap and has a funny smell and the sizes are way off. I'd like a refund for my $90 order but I highly doubt I'd even get my money back by the time it even gets back to China! This is ridiculous. Wish I would've read the reviews online before shopping on DressLily. This has literally stressed me out, I don't have to money to do more Christmas shopping.

I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered! Ordered two items on 12/16 expedited shipping and as of 12/22 it is still in processing. Sent them and e-mail with my order number and they sent an email back saying they would responded within 24hours... How wrong I was to believe that would happen. So long story short, no items for my niece and nephew for Christmas and no refund and no response. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE! Oh I will be posting about this on every social media I can think of and reporting it to FACEBOOK to stop advertising them!
