I ordered now for a second time from here. The blouses were very cheaply made and the sizes do not correlate to US sizes. The first time I ordered large. Neither blouse would fit me or my teenage daughter who wears a small. The second time I ordered 2x. Again neither blouse fits either of us. Can't even get it over our head! I won't ever order from them again
I placed an order and it was shipped out on Dec 5,2015. Today is 12/28/15 and I still have not received my shipment. I have sent several emails with a response saying that someone would contact me back within 24hrs and still have not had any response. They were quick to take my money out of my account but are taking their sweet time shipping my order. I will never order from this company again.

Cute off the shoulder white dress. Arrived about a month and a half after I ordered it. Only problem is it has no arm holes. Would make a cute pillow case! Kind of hard to wear off the shoulder if u don't have arm holes huh.

They are thieves! Will steal your money and you won't get your order... or recieve only a partial order of crap!
This company deletes all negative comments on Facebook... Check each picture you'll see "x" amount of comments then when you click and there's only a couple... that because there are so many negative ones and they keep deleting them. Then they block you. If you order from them and did not get your order in full they will deny it and not refund your money. This company is a total scam please read comments via the Internet they cannot delete those. I wish I had researched

I love the products that Dress Lily sells. They are cute and I would love to buy more from them. I can't attest to quality of the items because I haven't gotten them yet, and this is where my complaint is. They were with multiple "middle men" to ship the items to customers so their approximate arrival times are off, sometimes you won't even be able to track the item, even if you contact customer support. I'm very unhappy with the service and even thought the products look great, I will never order from here again and don't suggest others do unless you don't care when it gets to you because you'll have no way to gauge it's arrival date, really. I hope the two things I have ordered are good quality because if not I'll be extemely frustrated with how much money I wasted on such bad service.

I ordered dress lilly clothes for my daughter because they looked so cute. The arms are to short on 5 out of the 6 things I ordered. 2 of teh body lengths are short too and barely come to the waist but are pictured as hitting at the thighs. 2 of them are see through, but on the models look like cute cotton shirts that you can't see through. Be sure to read because most of them are made out of a super cheap polyester that's see through and that's not at all what the pictures look like. SON'T assume American women sizes and be sure to look at their size charts because they are not the same! It's impossible to return because you have to mail it back to China and pay for it yourself. Shipping costs more than some of the shirts I bought. They are poorly sewn too and the thread from the tags shows though on the back of the shirts and stands out because it's a different color. Very cheap looking. Save your money and time! Their customer service you have to send an email and wait 2-3 days for them to respond.
A very long process and not worth it. 1 out of the 7 things I bought was ok. Sad and won't do it again. Buyer Beware.

They need to have a 0 because 1 is too much for this web site.DO NOT suggest anyone to order from this company! I placed two orders, the first order my things were on back order ok, the second one finally shipped a month later and not all my things were in my order so they shipped it out two months now and I am still waiting and there's no way to get in contract with no one u have to fill out this thing on the web site and u get a ticket # and good luck on anyone getting back to u.My back order has shipped and I am still waiting three months later! I ordered $178 worth of merchandise. I ended up sending $150 worth of merchandise back due to sizing issues and quality issues. I spent $60 to ship my package back to China. It's been over a month and I am still waiting on a refund. I am worried that I got scammed and will never get my money back. Not only am I out the money for clothes but I am also out the money that I paid to ship the clothes back. I've talked with several customer service representatives and they won't help me. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company.

I spent over $100 on Cyber Monday from Dresslily. It's been almost a month and I only have two tops so far. I was surprised that they came from China, but anyway... the quality of the tops was awful. They are as thin as a Kleenex. I don't think that I will pursue a refund because I don't want to deal with the stress nor hassle. So, Enjoy my hard-earned money, guys!

I bought a few things from DressLily and it was defintely a mistake! First, the order takes way too long to process and ship. I ordered four things and two are still processing, even though I ordered it a month ago. It's understandable since the shipping is free, but they should make that more clear in their policy. I ordered things on Cyber Monday for Christmas and two of the things haven't even shipped yet and it is after Christmas. I thought that was the point of Cyber Monday... but whatever. Secondly, the two things I have received so far are not at all like the pictures on the site! Both are very poorly made. The stitching is terrible and there are unfinished seams at the ends. The colors and patterns are obviously different from the picture and the material is uncomfortable and cheap! Lastly and most importantly, the customer service is terrible. I inquired about my order and didn't hear for several weeks even though their "policy" is to respond in 24 hours! When they did reply to my very nice inquiry about where the order was, they asked me to send pictures of the clothes. Apparently they didn't read my message, because I was asking about when the order would be shipped! They do not care about the customers and just sent some crappy automated message! And now, I have no way of getting my money back or returning the clothes! Also, I pretty sure I'm not going to receive the other two items because the site says it has shipped the order, but I only received two of the items! It was a huge waste of money! Do not order from here! I'm surprised they are still in business because it is soooo terrible!

My experience with Dresslily has been great. They have such cute stuff for decent price and the material and quality has been fine too. I ordered a jacket and leggings on 18th November and got them around 4th December. I had chosen free shipping and so it arrived earlier then expected. Have another jacket in shipping right now.
The biggest issue I see other people having with them is that they can't track the item since it's in Mandarin. Maybe my way will be of help (if you want good stuff at cheap price, then you should not be scared of a little work). I just googled the Mandarin word. Usually it was name of some city... the rest was usually in English like "太原Transit Station import customs scan". If anyone wants is curious, this is the site i use to track my package "track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php"
Now, on the topic of customer service and tickets. I do not have much experience with that but 2 out of 3 of my tickets have been resolved and the third one is a work in progress. Dresslily people have talked to me politely and quickly. Their English hasn't been perfect but it was understandable. On 1 ticket I did not receive reply but after sending a reminder, the next time I logged in, my issue was resolved (I couldn't see the status of invitation to friends earlier).
So overall, my experience has been great. The dresses are totally worth the price and wait. Just use common sense and I think you'll be fine.
Terrible service. Ordered a coat and boats in November in hopes it would get here before the snow hit(silly, I know, considering I'm from the Midwest). I figured they would because it said they would ship within 15 days. It's been over a month and it is still processing. I doubt it will ever ship. $72 down the drain that I could have used for Christmas gifts. Very disappointed.

I ordered 6 shirts in plenty of time for Christmas. I even paid $25 for expedited shipping. 5 items arrived a couple days ago and the last one did not make it. Being told I need to wait up to 25 days because they did not ship all at once there was not enough shipping money to expedite bot like it was my fault. They offered me an 8% discount on my next order. :/. Also out of the 5 that arrived between stains, wrong colors and does not look anything like the picture I am having to jump through hoops to get a return done. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. All by email only. Plus I have to pay for the return shipping. Probably won't see a return for months if at all. Not to mention I have opened up like 5 complaint tickets an they vaguely answer your question then close it.

Ordered items 6 months ago, nothing received, initially no responses on email, only after a bad review here. Then they answer that it will be solved, and then nothing happens anymore. Amazing how it seems that dresslily takes your money and the product that they deliver is a few emails with empty promises. Save your money, do not buy here
