I brought my daughter a princess crown and the detail and quality was outstanding and it would look amazing on a bride! I am also so pleased with my new dress I got from dresslily! I was a first time buyer so thought I would just get one to see what the quality was like and the sizing. The dress fits me really well and the fabric is of a really nice quality. I was so pleased. My friends have commented on all the dress I bought.
I wish I would have read the reviews first. All of the above/below is true for me too. Shipment arrived 5 days after Christmas. Received half the order. Shirt colors are way off.(never knew spiderman wore purple custom, black suit color for t-shirt must have been lost in translation)
I think I'm going to just take this one as a loss and say "you got me, my bad"
Horrible horrible horrible! My order was a month late and it's not even the same thing that I ordered. It's this cheaply made piece of $#*! coat that looks to be worth 50 cents. How are they still in business! I'll make a point of telling everyone I know not to use this worthless site!

I too am totally disgusted - this company is a scam. I spent $65 and never received my order - their website doesn't work. There's no way to contact them. Warning to all consumers do not order from them

I ordered 3 of the same shirt in 3 different colors. The shirt looked adorable online. My order took about a month to arrive. When I finally received it I opened up the package and the shirts were nothing like what I saw online. The cut was very unflattering and not shaped the same as the web image. All three shirts varied slightly in shape and size. The lace detail looked like a a giant doily that was just slapped on and sewn down. There were loose threads hanging. Very poor craftsmanship and poor quality fabric. One of the shirts had a terrible smell! Don't order from here it's a waste of money. I don't even know if I am able to return the items to get my money back.

I finally received the shirt that I ordered after a month and a half and it looked horrible. It was cheaply made and everyone is right about the sizes. I had complained to them about how long it took and they offered me a refund if $5. Really? Thank god I only paid $18 for it but it is a loss now. The top is going right into the good will. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 10 items and received 4! The quality is so bad, thin and smelled funny! Sizing is all wrong. If your a large order a 2X because what you receive is too small for your children! Customer service, THERE IS NONE as when you email you get the same old excuse over and over again! I call DHL shipping to see if they had received my product including a tracking number and they said that they didn't have it! When you call them you can't understand the person on the phone and then THEY HANG UP! They entice you with their photos of they're clothing and suppose price saved but it's Not what you receive and if you receive it at all! They shouldn't be allowed to sell here in the states because it's a SCAM! Never again will I order anything from this company! Sure they cover themselves with advertising that looks good, form letter emails and website but, it's Not what you think! Talk about a VERY SLOW BOAT FROM CHINA GOOD LUCK RECEIVING YOUR SUPER SMALL ITEMS!

I ordered at the end of November. Bought two items for $24. "Shipped ou"t 12/5 with tracking number. Can't seem to find item tracking wise. Filled out ticket and just got the run around. You want a good place for cheap outfits I suggest Wish. Screw this.

As you know, most of Dresslily's clothes are made in China so they have different sizes than say USA or Canada. Simple rule of thumb - order two to three sizes larger than what you are in Canada and USA. For example, if you are a Large then order a 2X, if you are XL then order 3X. Then the clothes will fit perfectly!
Clothes are adorable on the computer, then you order and cannot find your order, so I ordered again. When partial orders began showing up, 1 or 2 or 3 at a time, they are the worst material, workmanship, they should be used as dishrags that is how bad they are. But I am in the middle of a dispute with Dresslily and they will not give me an address to return the clothes so they are in storage. Never, never order from these people and tell your friends the same.

We ordered a mens large, come to find out that according to their size chart, a mens large actually needed to be ordered in a 2xl! IT was so small a 12 year old couldn't wear it, so we tried to return, they wouldn't because of their policy. Don't waste your money or your time.

The quality, materials and colors were not even close to what you posted on line. The "sweater" was no more than a t-shirt. The shirt with fringe edges looked like a tablecloth with a cheap upholstery fringe sewn onto it. The lace sleeves were poorly done and the only one that resembled the online picture was frayed by the collar. I would like to return them and get my money back but their site keeps rejecting my request. This site is a total scam!

I ordered one dress on 9/11/15. It is now the end of December and I still have not received it. I filed a claim two times with them. The first time they tried saying that I gave them the wrong address like I don't know my address! I'm still waiting for a response on the second claim. I will NEVER shop from this site again! HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. Was so excited to try on my dresses that I had my husband order from Dresslily for Christmas. First one I unpacked had stains all over the front of the dress. SOME SORT OF BLACK SPLUGE. I was so disgusted it took a lot of guts to even try on the others but I did. Black lace dress backing is so see thru that if I were a lady of the night it might work but I'm going for elegance not cheap s____. The bathing suit, supposedly a small is about 3X too wide and the straps super long, a joke. Other dress would be fine if I wanted to wear a potato sack to a gig. All material is so thin that goosebumps would show making you look trashy. CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP. I tried to contact customer service but got hung up on. Feeling like a loser because I didn't check the reviews. DON'T GET BURNED LIKE I DID. They should be made to close.

I will never order form this site again. I ordered two items and after 15 days I still had not received my item. The tracking link provided did not work and when the items finally arrived they were way two small, 2-3 sizes too small. Their return policy requires several steps and is much more difficult than an American company. While their customer service is quick to respond, they are typically automated or canned responses leaving you more frustrated than you started.
If I had known this was an international company and had so many poor reviews that said the same thing over and over, I would have not ordered from them.
Be aware when ordering from this site. The shipping will take some time and if ordering clothes, make sure you double check the size as returning or exchanging will be very difficult.
This is not a company that should be advertising or shipping internationally, they are not on the standards of a US company.
