I got a response from my complaint I filed here about this company. Got the same response from them. What a crock from a crooked company. I decided to be proactive and opened a complaint with my credit card company. They have opened a dispute file on these parasites and hopefully they will charge the company back for the items. Then maybe this company will be a little more responsive to customer complaints instead of being the blood sucking Chinese Scumbags they are.
Ordered a simple scarf on Dec. 1. Last known whereabouts was on Dec. 9. Still in transit. After reading the reviews, I knew I wouldn't get it in time for Christmas & not putting much hope in the quality. It was a gift. Not worth the wait & hassle no matter how good the prices seem. It isn't even worth one star. DON"T ORDER FROM THEM!

It's the start of a new year. I ordered a shirt way back in August. Delivery was said be less than 28 days. 5 months later I have received NOTHING. No one responds about to my emails regarding my order it's a absolute joke. Avoid Dress Lily like the plague. They are a thieving company who don't fulfil their obligations as a company. I've already warned family members and friends not to purchase anything from Dress Lily. And judging by the amount of bad reviews I'm reading they have disappointed alot of other customers. REFUND ME MY MONEY FOR THE COST OF THE SHIRT.

I purchased a peacoat from dresslily... a company i saw on facebook. I liked the coat... so i went on the site in late november of 2015... completed my order... and thought that was going to be it... its now jan 1 2016... still no jacket... no way to track it... bogus shipping number... no reply to my email to customer service except to be told i now have a ticket number for customer service... F**U***C****K them. If your thinking about ordering from them... dont... its a huge waste of time and money..

I ordered a coat almost two months ago and still have not received it. On their website there is no phone number for Customer Service, just automated emails. I've asked for a refund twice but still get the automated emails asking for my order number. I've written off the $$ I paid. This has been the most frustrating online buying experience ever.

My husband bought me a few things off of the site, paid extra for a faster delivery and they shipped my stuff to Singapore! It's been there for almost a week now, the E-mail doesn't show an expected delivery date. It's been almost two weeks now, it literally took a week just to process the order. If we don't get a refund or my products in the next month we will be seeking legal action. This is bull$#*!.

After reading many bad reviews online about DressLily, I decided to give them a try anyways. I can honestly say the people giving bad reviews were wrong, I had no problem at all. I ordered a shirt, a watch and a hair bow and each arrived in a timely manner.
The quality of the shirt was amazing, I have owned it for almost 6 months now and I wear it quite often. There is no sign of wear and tear or any damage at all, especially where I wear it often. The lace sleeves are amazing, I do not wear long sleeved shirts often but I love my shirt.
I also ordered a watch with a hand woven band and a cute little cat charm, the quality is amazing and I absolutely adore it. I am a big lover of cats so the little cat charm on the watch makes it absolutely perfect. The quality is wonderful, the watch is not to heavy to wear for long periods of time and I wear it quite often when I leave the house. I absolutely adore the coffee colors in the woven watch band, I am not a big fan of neutral colors but this watch changes my perspective on neutrals.
I also purchased a blue and white hair bow, one of the ones with the longer ribbon piece. I have not had a chance to wear it yet due to it being winter but love the quality. I absolutely cannot wait to be able to wear it. Honestly, my hair bow from DressLily is my very first hair bow that I have ever owned.
Customer service is wonderful and they get back to you in a very timely manner. I have never had a problem at all with shopping at DressLily and I would recommend them to my friends.
I ordered it on Dec. 18th paying extra for shipping to receive it before Christmas and it is now Dec. 31st and I have yet to receive the package. I dont know why I paid extra for something I didnt receive within the time I was told it would be here. Now I am reading reviews from people who never even received there package. I hope I am not one of the ones who dont receive what they ordered. I would like my shipping back since I didnt get it in the time I was told.

I've never had an issue with this site, the clothes are a good quality for the price. I've place two orders from here so far and Im very happy with the items I received. They're true to size except for the dresses which run a size small (they state this) and everything ive ordered has fit so far. Would buy from here again.
Despite a response by the above company to my previous review here, saying that they were reviewing the case and were awaiting my response through their customer service 'ticketing', there was no response at all when I checked. My dispute through paypal was responded to, saying that I should check with my post office to see if my package was being held (if they'd bothered to read my complaints they would know that I had already done that). Customer service are now ignoring my complaint (it has been 6 calendar days since my last ticket to them) and I still do not have a refund. I have escalated this to a claim with Paypal and informed the company. Seriously, it would just be easier to refund the money than go through all of this!

Seriously... good customer service is hard to get... STAY AWAY... Ordered a "cardigan" - all reviews about it in their site were 4 or 5 stars. (Questionable!). Comments were that it was "thinner than expected". Normal price was I think $60 and I got it for only $13! Was expecting at least a jersey knit material. Couldn't believe it when I received it! Have never seen an article of clothing made out of such a cheap material and so poorly made! The dollar store wouldn't even put this on their shelves! It was a see through crinkly stiff tissue paper like material. I usually wear a small but ordered medium and that was too small. Not that I would wear it anyways.

I would never order from this place again. It's the first time I was scammed into ordering from a site that I thought was legit. I ordered a top that was pictured on their site and got a piece of crap that looked like it was sown by a monkey. They they wanted me to take a picture, send the measurements of every part of the top. And make sure that all the photos were clear and measurements showed on the pictures. It was insane. Since I didn't pay very much, I"m just taking the hit and giving it to a charity. They problem won't want it either.

Contacted them on 3 occasions with no reply. Luckily i ordered through paypal where my money is insured. After 11 days they replied saying my item will be 25 days delivery and has been posted out even though the site says 7 days delivery. Have left with paypal where i know i will get my money back. I advise everyone to use paypal

Just an FYI. If you ever feel tempted to order from dresslily.com save yourself the hasle and don't. Their merchandise is not only cheap and poorly constructed, their sizes are all over the place, and their exchange/return policy is ridiculous. They actually ask you to take pictures of the product next to a measuring tape & send it to them as proof. Like WTF. First and last time I purchase anything from them.

I had trouble originally with the delivery dates - which were a little longer than they were supposed to be. But eventually I got the items. I had to buy new ones from a local store for the occasion I needed them for. So that was a bummer BUT the customer service was amazing! My issue was addressed and I was given compensation. I mattered as a customer and they were so incredible to make me feel that way. The items although not used yet and will not be used for a while are beautiful. They look better than I thought they would, the material is great and the shape is wow! I feel taken care of by this company and now with my knowledge of shipping times I feel comfortable to buy again. Thank you!

My mother ordered clothes. Arrived AFTER Christmas after being told it would arrive before. My clothes were wet and smelled like piss. Probably the worst online store ever. DO NOT use this website. Everything runs small. One of the shirts was ripped. Poor quality. Put these peoplw out of business.
