Ordered items... 3 months later I still do not have my purchases. Have spoken with customer service multiple times. They "don't know" where the package is other than it has been shipped. What kind of shipping method doesn't allow you to track a package or even know where it goes?! I have asked for a refund multiple times... Got no response. Even if it's overseas, it shouldn't take this long to receive products! They can sure take your payment right away, but getting your purchases or replying to inquiries is a joke! This company is a JOKE. They are not even worth a (1) on the rating list...

At this point I feel I have been robbed. The clothes came very cheap materials and several sizes smaller than they are marked. I can't wear any of it. I tried to email to return products but so far no response at all.

It took forever to ship! When I finally got it I was quickly disappointed, the top of my dress is uneven, the color is messed up and so are the straps! It wasn't true to size either! I contacted them several times and they haven't even responded DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Also my friend bought $70 worth of stuff from there over two years ago and never got a thing!

I bought the little black dress (http://www.dresslily.com/round-neck-sleeveless-solid-color-hollow-out-lace-dress-product*******.html) for $16.16. I ordered it on 12-14-15 and got it today 1-4-16 so about 3 weeks which is good, coming from China. I ordered it is small for my 17 year old daughter, and it is a little big but she is very tiny. Over all I'm impressed! Other than it seems fragile (the material) it is pretty darn close to the pic. So for all those bad reviews about it being too small and that it could fit your toddler. Well maybe you need to seek help for your obese child or maybe you are a lot bigger than you thought. Just saying!
I have ordered a jacket back in 2014 and I haven't received it yet. They have confirmed the shipping of the product and later they informed me about a re-fund. I dont feel that Dresslily is a trust worthy company.

This was my first time ordering from the company and was very happy.The quality of the clothing I received was great and I have had numerous compliments.
A few things to keep in mind:
Pay close attention to sizing when you are making a selection, as each top is different on size conversions. My suggestion would be to be sure and look carefully at the size chart and perhaps even go one size larger.
Quality is good, but handle garment with care. My blouses were rayon and very delicate. Hand wash and iron on a very low setting if you need to get the wrinkles out.
Customer service is good and very efficient through email communication.
Great selection and I have ordered more items. Love all the styles!
I ordered items off of this website after seeing some that I thought were cute advertised via facebook. I wasn't in a huge hurry to receive them but the 3 months that it took for the items to arrive was a bit ridiculous. When I did finally receive them, 2 of the items (theoretically sweater type tops) were completely see through as the fabric was so thin. The third item was a hoodie made from cheap fabric with a zipper that already seemed to be broken. I contacted DressLily for a return and was required to upload photos of the defects which I did. I was offered an online credit at 30% of what I paid if I would keep the items. I declined and said I did not want additional items, just a refund. I was then told that I could get a refund if I paid the return shipping back to China - at 2x the price I paid for the items in the first place! I will NEVER order from them again and am planning to file a complaint with the BBB in my area. Please please do not order from this company!

So to those wondering about ordering from DressLilly... DON'T DO IT. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB on this company, horrible products, takes forever(I get it is coming from another company) but ordering on Nov. 30, not getting what I ordered and what did come, was after Christmas. Now, I have sent at least 6 emails and get a generic crap response. Sent the wrong shirt and want me to pay the shipping to return it, and then pay shipping again to maybe get the shirt I ordered. I ordered a mens black shirt with a purple superman emblem on it and got a womans super small shirt with lacy sleeves... ummm I don't think so! What happened to making it right with the customer?

I wouldn't call them a company personally, absolute waste of time emailing them about enquirers i made an order 14 August 2015 and still haven't received my item. I haven contacted them 4 times and heard nothing back and wont even re-fund me!

When I ordered from this site, I did not at that time see the reviews that had been posted, I wish I would have. My order took months to arrive, when it arrived I opened the package and took the shirt out and out fell several little pieces of extra material, which I thought was very strange. I tried to try on the shirt but of course it didn't fit, any other place in the world that I would buy from, a extra large would fit, but oh no not from dress Lilly. The workmanship is shoddy and some of the edges are not even hemmed. The return process is insane so what's the point of even trying. I guess I'll use it for a dust rag.

I have been communicating with someone but I keep getting vague answers one thing that is clear is they want me to wait until the 25th of Jan. 2016 to do anything... Huh? Ordered before Christmas. Paid extra for 3-6 day shipping. Tracking number says it shipped. Never received it. Can't email them on webpage it keeps telling me they have blockers up. No updates where my package is. It is now January 3,2016. Where its my package?

Ordered "sweaters" from Dresslilly for my daughters for Christmas When they arrived I should have known immediately they were trash. The package contained 3 "sweaters" and maybe weighed 1.5 lbs. poor quality, so very thin, and threadbare seams with strings hanging. I didn't give them as gifts I'm too embarrassed. Shoppers beware! Ordered 3 shirts. All three were lacking normal clothing tags that describe the fabric content and country of origin... pretty sure all were made in sweatshops somewhere and I'm so sad I was suckered out of my money AND I unwittingly contributed to sweatshop labor. Items that arrived do not match the picture or fabric content description on the website. One shirt smelled so badly of toxic chemicals I was afraid to put it on. The cut and style were also quite different from the picture on the website. Second shirt had a seam all the way up the back of the shirt that was not pictured on website. Third shirt was a medium but didn't fit, looked more like a small. Can I rate zero stars?

Absolutely love Dress lily and the products I've ordered from them. Prices are great. Items are adorable.
Only problems I've had have been missing out on some of the stuff. The product sells out to fast. Other than that, I'd highly recommend them!
And Customer service is fast to reply and fix the problem. Never had an issue that they wouldn't fix for me. Best customer service experience! A++++
Everyone complaining about 2 months to arrive. HELLO you are ordering from China, does have to go to customs before it arrives on US soil. If you want it quicker, use something other than FREE shipping.
The four items I ordered came in two separate packages within the timeframe they promised. It was obvious right away the quality of the items was not what was pictured on the website. It was made of polyester blends and had the worst feel of any fabric I have ever touched. I let this be a learning experience for me as this is how it goes when you risk ordering online. I did look into returning the items, but could not find how to after extensive searching. My only hope is they take advertisements off Facebook so others won't be fooled as well.

Got a pair of jeans - unfinished seams and they fell apart. 7 weeks to deliver - now refuse to refund unless I ship it back. $16 shipping for a $18.88 item. Second item zipper did not work on arrival. Same crap. DO NOT BUY! This garbage is not worth the rags they send you.
