DressLily, is a great company that sell great products at a very affordable cost. Great fashion styles and with a great customer service. Every time that I reached out to them, they would always take the time to get to me back.
This website is a total scam. I ordered my shirt November 23rd, it is now January 6th and there is no sign of my shirt. It was allegedly mailed out the second week of December. When following up they said it could take 45 business days to ship to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous!
The item I received did not look at all like the one they showed in their picture, which looked chic, but what I received looked frumpy--different cut, different placement of buttons. They would not give me a refund, only "wallet" credit, plus I had to pay for shipping BOTH WAYS! The upshot: I would have paid the same amount for shipping as I had paid for the whole item--I wrote it off to experience, but will NEVER, EVER buy from them again!

I ordered 3 tops from this company on 12-5-2015 and I only received 2 of the items. One was labeled as XL but it actually fits me and I wear S. The second item was very poorly made. It has strings hanging from every seam. It looks as though the whole item will fall apart if the strings are cut or if you wash it! The third item is MIA! Oh yeah, they are keeping my $, though! They offered me $3 for the item that is poorly made. Ha! Warning to all... don't order from this company!

My experience has been awful! First, the items are definitely sized wrong! I ordered an XL based on the sizing on the site. My items are almost 4 inches smaller than stated. I cannot imagine what a size small is actually like. Secondly, I really don't think they want to resolve any issue. I have had to open several "tickets" because they respond to my first inquiry and ask for information and when I try to reply I get "support@ Dress Lily says this question has been deleted". I think they have blocked my email from any kind of support tickets or correspondence! This place is just out to make $$ from offering "free shipping" on falsely advertised items. These are knockoffs they probably make for a couple bucks... Wish there were negative stars! DO NOT waste your time with this place! Any good review is more than likely from their own site to try to counter the hundreds of negative... horrible reviews! It's a game they are making tons of $$ at! I should have known better!

I wrote a service inquiry on October 26th; it took more than 50 business days for them to reply. I did purchase from them without the coupon (because the coupon code did not work) and the sweaters arrived after WEEKS of waiting; the sweaters are very thin and I do not anticipate them lasting long. I will no longer purchase products from this site.

My wife and I ordered some things from this company last Christmas and it took forever to return, and I had to go back and forth with them before they would even accept a return, even sending pictures and measurements of the items that were the wrong size. Then I had to send them to China, if we would have known they are in China, we never would have ordered. Then before Christmas this year, my Wife ordered some more things from Zulilly (same company, different site) and we had an even worse experience. Thankfully we paid through PayPal because we ended up submitting a case with Zulilly, never heard anything back for a month, so I submitted a case with PayPal, and after three weeks finally got a partial refund. Then almost two months after submitting the first case through the Zulily website, the responded. I responded back with a laugh, and some comments about never buying from them again, it took them two weeks to respond to that comment and all they had to say was this:
"Dear Jon
We are so sorry for the delay to reply your email.
Our company has been built for a long time and we enjoyed good reputation. Please be assured that we will be responsible for your order.
Please tell us the item number that you want to return. For the after-sale problems, we need to judge the photos first, if we sent the wrong item, we will refund or resend them for you. Please send us the item photos"
What a joke...
NEVER BUY FROM DressLily, ZuLily or any of their websites. The clothes are not even close to what you see online, and the sizes are made for tiny oriental women, not normal american sizes.
If I could give them 0 Stars, I would.

This was my first time buying from this company and the clothing is AWFUL quality and doesn't look anything like the photos on their website. I've tried setting up a return and their site won't work and there is no option to get in touch with anyone. I had no idea the company was in China or I never would have ordered from them. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. You couldn't pay me to wear the clothing I received. Now I'm going to have to eat the money I spent on this crap.

I received my item today and it is total crap, to be polite. Too small, color off, looks feminine (for a guy). Quality cheap. Get better stuff at a thrift store. I never write reviews, but had to this time. Took forever to get. DON'T EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. You will be SORRY!

I ordered from this site after seeing an ad on facebook... sooo sorry I didn't check reviews first. Ordered 1 women jacket medium, 1 Men's jacket X-Large. Mens' jacket received but it is probabaly a small/medium. The women's jacket is still in transit.
Contacted the company via email. Sent detail explanation and photo of the little men's jacket. After 3 Messages, they now say they need exact measurements of jacket. The other is in the mail
Only process that goes smoothly with this company is the credit card payment

On Nov 20th, 2015 I purchased a hoodie for my wife as a Christmas present from Dresslily.com. It said allow 7-10 days for shipping which I thought perfect it will be here in time. Well after i got all my confirmation, yes 2 of them for some reason, it then said 10-25 days. This seemed crazy to me but i said ok no big deal. I also had put in the notes section that I needed it shipped to a different address then where I had in my billing info because we had moved but it still had said it was being shipped to the one that was in the billing info. I had emailed the customer service staff and asked them to help fix my issue and they said i will be getting a response in 1-2 days and its been weeks. Its coming up on 2months since ive ordered this thing and yet to recieve it. No way to contact them by phone only email and when you do you dont get a response. I would never reccomend this site to anyone. Total scam artists.

Order #L************** was placed and paid for on 5th December thinking it would arrive for Christmas. Its now the 5th of Jan and I have no updated shipping since the 10th of December. No response from Customer Service about updated tracking. Would not recommend this business if you need your items quickly.

Ordered one dress during last week Nov15. It's now first week of 16. After several try's got someone to send me picture of my package on a shelf. You advised it was shipped on 12/04/15 but picture was date stamped on 12/28/15. How does it ship on 12/04 but remain on warehouse shelf on 12/28? This is fraud. Wanted dress for Christmas present but am guessing all I did was give government of the Peoples Republic of China a $70.00 gift. Never again, and I encourage others to stay away!

I ordered a jacket from dresslilly for my sister opened it and it had holes on the inside jacket. Dresslilly will not refund the money to you. After you get the item just sell the item to someone that wants a jacket. Shoddy craftmanship on this website. The app might look great but it is a lie to you.

I placed an order on 12/09/15 for 3 items and paid additional money for insurance, two items came. I've sent the company multiple emails trying to get a refund for my last item and I'm told to go to the post office (did that) they don't have a record then told it may take a few more days (25) its 01/05/16 still no item and I've emailed them 2 more times with no response. I feel like I've been robbed, the items were ordered as Christmas gift for my daughter at this point Christmas has come and gone don't need/want the item, I blame myself too because I should have did research... My first mistake was in not researching that the company was overseas. I placed my order on 11/17/15 and I still have not received it. The shipping info claims that orders may take up to 25 days. Ok, worse case scenario, I was prepared for that. After contacting support 50 days later, they changed it to 25 'business' days then later up to 45 days due to peak season. I'm sorry but if you want to be the acclaimed 'leading global online retailer' you might want to get your stuff together. Your service seems more like operations out of someone's garage than a retail leader.

I ordered 2 coats for my 15 year old daughter. She normally wears size 2-4. I ordered large so they would fit over sweaters. They were so small they didn't fit my 6 year old niece. They were crappy quality and nothing like what was pictured or described. For example, one coat was supposed to be leather when in reality it was carnival stuffed animal material. It took 6 weeks for the coats to arrive. They demanded that I send 23 pictures showing the sizing was wrong. That didn't even satisfy them. They refuse to refund my money. They refuse to send appropriate sizes. They refuse to cooperate in any way. Total scam. Terrible.
UPDATE: They posted on this site that they wanted to help me. They gave me the same customer service contact that I have spent a month fighting with. They are lying on this site to look like they are responsive. They are total liars. BUY NOTHING FROM THEM!
