I PLACED AN ORDER ON 12/2/15 AND GOT TOLD THE SAME THING,, 7 TO 10 BUISNESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY,, I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS E-MAILS AND GOT NO RESPONSE,, TRIED EVERY WAY TO COME UP WITH A PHONE# TO CONTACT THEM AND GOT NO LUCK. THEIR # ON HERE IF YOU CALL ALL YOU WILL GET IS A RECORDING... THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A CHRISTMAS GIFT. SO I GUESS CHINA DOESN'T CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS. THIS IS JAN, 9 2016 AND STILL NO ORDER,, NO WAY TO TRACK IT OR ANYTHING BECAUSE THE # THEY GAVE ME FOR TRACKING IS BOGUS... SO I HAVE TO GO TO MY BANK AND GET MY MONEY BACK AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN... THEY ARE A JOKE!

Still waiting

I've never written about an order from any website before, but like many others here, am disappointed enough to warn others. I ordered an in-stock sweater on 12/12, the same day that I ordered items from many other websites. I received everything else within a week, many items coming from China like this order. This company must transport by row-boat. I've inquired 3 times on line (each a week apart), receiving the same answer, "to rest-assure it is on it's way". I fear I'll receive the sweater after the cold weather blows over. I'm just grateful I'm out only 1 item.

I made the mistake of ordering 162.00 in clothes and everything was cheaply made. I was extremely unhappy with the order and contacted them to send the order back. I have been told to take pictures of everything with the serial number visible in the picture. I have sent them the actual order with the pictures and serial numbers and they state that want a single picture of every item. I am out 162.00 and I will generate 100 times that in bad publicity. Don't make the same mistake I did. THEY ARE FAKE AND DISHONEST!

Short human hair wig

I ordered this wig thinking it was so cute. I received it and it's all flat, can't tell the front from the back. It looks like something you'd wear for Halloween. I don't think it's human hair. It looks too silky to me. Will not order from here again.

Believe it or not I've ordered from them 4 times. Each time something different would happen.
First time, I Ordered a medium jacket that did not fit right.
Second time, the close fit even less, even when I went one size bigger.
Third time, the gave me odd tracking methods and was almost impossible to find out where my items were. And didn't send one of them until I prodded them by writing a review.
This fourth time they only got half my order.

Contacting them is a joke! First off there is no phone number, I imagine you'd have to speak Mandarin and Cantonese just to get through to them. And thier support page is useless. After filling out the fields and listing the problem the "submit" button does nothing! It won't go anywhere.

Ordered on 12/08/15 hoping to get in time for Christmas. The DHL tracking numbers that were provided showed "tracking not available". I emailed the company 4 times and each time received an automated email message with the same information. I could not get through with the number I found on the Internet and they would not call me as I requested in my emails.

I received my order today, 1/08/16, ONE MONTH LATER, through US Mail, not DHL. The order was wrong, I was double billed for two items, they were very cheap and can you believe WET!

It isn't worth the frustration and effort to try and get a refund. It does not state that the order will come from China when you order. Very misleading and horrible customer service!

I wished I'd looked at reviews before ordering. I did receive my item... unlike many others. The item looked better on the site than what I received. Like many other complaints, I ordered a sweater that is super thin. Not the quality that it appears to be on-line. I will not be ordering anything else from DRESSLILY. I will order within the USA from now on.

Paid for expedited shipping/ promised within 3-7 days - order arrived 18 days later- Cost paid for expedited shipping was not refunded. Order arrived and we were shipped the wrong products, wrong styles, wrong colors and the sweaters that did arrive would not even fit my high school age daughters - way too small. Customer service is terrible! I don't think that they speak English as they never understood the problem and would never call me to discuss and refused to acknowledge there was an issue.

When I asked for a refund they continually asked for the SKU numbers which were not even provided with the clothing when it finally did arrive.

Worst service ever!
January 8, 2016

Do NOT order from this organization, it must be run out of someone's basement, and it couldn't be worst. Their orders take forever to get to the United States. I could walk to China and get my package faster than they come by mail. I don't know what the mail service in China is like, but I do know that in the United States it doesn't take a package a month to get from one side of the world to another. I am still waiting for a package to get to me I ordered 12/18/15 and its 01/08/16. In 10 days it will be a month.

The poor reviews here are accurate. It took nearly a month to receive my order, and despite ordering a larger size after seeing the suggestions, the item was still too small. When I inquired about returning the item they said it's my fault for ordering the wrong size. The item was a gift and I could not go and measure the person.

I have ordered with this company and did not receive the order and its going forward and backwards with support on this without a resolutions, this is going on for a month and has still not been resolved, so I am out the money but did not got the merchandise unfortunately so I cannot make notes on the quality of the products they are selling since I do not have them. I reported this issue to paypal I used to pay the order with. I learned my lesson never order from them again.

Placed one order for two shirts for Christmas, and it was so slow to arrive that I thought I didn't place the order. (The cc entry is "Hassan", at it's not apparent that Dresslily was the vendor). So I placed a second order for the same items plus one more shirt.

I received my first "order". One item was missing. I then received my second order. Got the first two shirts I ordered, but not the third. To add insult to injury, one of the two shirts I did receive was not the right size.

Seriously, their prices are low, and there's a reason for it. They're making up for it.

I ordered a pair of boots and it said my total was $40, but later on I received a package of two sweaters I never ordered. They charged me an additional $40 for something I never ordered and when I asked for a refund they told me to sell them to either my friends or family. After I asked to send them back, they offered me $30 less then what they charged or want me to send it back which costs more than the sweaters themselves. They are very unprofessional and scammers.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! They scam money from you! The clothes are cheap, broken, ripped and not kidding, even WET! They are a horrible company! Spend the extra money at a REAL store! I am disgusted and appalled by them!

A few days after writing my first review about this poorly runned company, they contacted me and apologized saying I needed to send them a private message. They said I had the wrong order number which is weird due to the fact that was the only order number they gave me when they closed my order. I told them I only wanted my money back, and I haven't heard a response from them. Funny thing was prior to asking for all my identification information they deducted the funds right away, Shouldn't they have waited till furture response? Now, they can't refuned my funds, as quickly as they deducted them. Unbeliveable it's been over a week more than enough time for a refund.

Eu comprei dois itens e como não havia shipped eu mandei email perguntando o que havia acontecido, me informaram que não há mais os produtos, eu paguei e quero meu dinheiro de volta, mas não consigo cancelar ou ter o dinheiro de volta, a loja é uma porcaria, não responde aos clientes e ainda vendem roupas que eles não tem em estoque, e agora? Eu não quero ficar no prejuízo, quero meu dinheiro de volta, dreelily nunca mais.

This is an update to a previous review. I only gave them a 1 because you have to. Not only did I send a Facebook message to Mark Zuckerberg, I sent a complaint to the better business bureau. I tried going thru the proper channels to get my money back but they refused, once I started posting bad reviews on this site they refunded me $11 for the $100 order I placed. Big deal! Now they are asking for my order number to see if we can come to an arrangement... well guess what? I already resigned myself to the fact that I'm not getting my money back so I am instead going to keep posing negative reviews until no one purchases a darn thing from you! I saw last night on channel 2 news their report on these scam websites, dress lily,
Rose gal, and Sammy dress and they specifically mentioned this website,
SiteJabber! So everyone who had issue with these sites keep on posting your negative reviews... its working! Don't forget the better business bureau as well.

Do not order from this company they sell inferior quality products and their customer service and warranty departments s**k.

I ordered 7 shirts from this company. 3 fit perfectly but unfortunately the "Turn-Down Collar Bleach Wash Plaid Lining Long Sleeve Pocket Men's Denim Shirt" is so small that I was unable to close the shirt at all. I contacted this company through their website it took them weeks to get back to my first email and then they required me to send pictures of the shirt. I sent an pictures of the shirt as well as a picture of the shirt on me which looks frankly comical. They then want me to give them measurements of my chest biceps and waist. All I wanted them to do was to exchange it for a larger size but apparently they will not do that unless I meet all of the ridiculous requirements which quite frankly for the $17 I paid for the shirt is not worth my time anymore. The other shirts I received were of marginal quality but as the saying goes you get what you pay for.
