I ordered 1 item, on Dec. 24th I was notified it was shipped, today is January 12th and after 3 e-mails I am still no closer to a tracking number, to which I was told sometimes items are sent with out a tracking number, and I still do not have my merchandise.

What reputable company does not get a tracking number when shipping something, REALLY?!

Do NOT waste your money or your time, you will not get what you ordered and from what it looks like you will not get what you expect. Unless you expect to get a piece of nothing.

Cheep / scam

The whole dress was see through, and I'm 5'3" and it was almost a foot to short on me. Sewing was poor. Fabric was not even fabric, and the quality sucked to be perfectly honest. Not even close to the image shown on the site! Total waste! And a total scam. Do not buy from dress lily.

I received the product two months late and a month and a half AFTER Paypal took the money (even though I had requested "Pay after delivery"). The product is a complete piece of crap and won't zip because there are teeth missing from the zipper. My only choices are to send the product back to China at my expense (which is more than I paid for the product) and get store credit at a store i would never dream of using again. I paid $35 to learn to never buy anything from China again. I'm very disappointed in Paypal because I thought I would have some protection through them.

I ordered a wallet on December 3rd, the ship by date was within 5-10 days. After ten days with no shipment i contacted them 5 times with 1 automated response sent back to me. It would not even allow me to cancel the order. Then after clicking on my item again the ship date had changed from 5-10 to 7-15 days. Finally on December 20th (more than 15 days later) they sent me a picture of a shipping envelope. Today is January 12th i have still NOT received my item. The entire reason i chose to order from them was because of the fast ship date which was a LIE because the item was a Christmas present.

*UPDATE* 01/21/16
Dresslily gave me a partial refund, followed by a full refund. And after I made this review they did respond to me and were pretty helpful. I am glad to have my money back, but would have much rather have received the wallet in a timely manner.

In November I ordered a mens XL jacket. It arrived early December. I couldn't even get my arm in it. I had my 100lb daughter try it on and it was very tight in the sleeves for her. Dresslily wants me to take pictures to confirm that they shipped the wrong size even though there are no size indicators on the jacket. They had no problem pointing out that I would have to pay return shipping to China so I may want to decide if its worth it.

Very satisfied

I have placed multiple orders and have received all exactly as ordered. Any problems were superficial and were handled in a satisfactory manner. I can only vouch for watches, jewelry and wigs. I have never ordered clothing. I am very satisfied with Dresslily.

Just can't believe the amount of complaints about DressLily and the worse of it... is their answers to their clients, just copied and pasted, all the answers from their CustomerServices R. Are the same to each complaints!
Clowns! Low standard!
I placed an order on the 9th of November 2015, still waiting now the 12th of January 2016.
VERY SAD that institution like this one are just plain thieves and they are not the only one on the internet and they get away with it!

I ORDERED 2 DRESSES AND A SHIRT FROM HERE. THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZE AND ONE OF THE ITEMS WAS COMPLETELY WRONG! Their support team keeps sending the same email asking me to take pictures of the items and the size. I have done so numerous times, then they keep telling me they are not getting the pics when the system clearly says they have. They provided me with a direct email to send pics to so i sent them to the email and still the same emails back from them. How unprofessional of a company to make you pay for shipping return when the screw up was on them. I will not return or ship anything back i refuse to. What i will do is contact the BBB, and write an extensive review on my blog page warning people to never never never never ship with this wack company! I would rate a 0 if that was an option. This company doesn't even deserve a 1

Ordered on 12/5/15 and received part of my order 12/23/15. Packing was weird and the material on one was stiff. Still waiting for 4 more items that were Christmas presents for my girls. There tracking info is useless. I emailed them and did get a response quickly telling me it could take 25 business days. Had no idea I ordered from China. Shame on me! Never again.

I ordered 2 items from Dresslily in early December. When I placed the order, it was never clarified that shipping would take 10-25 business days! My credit card was charged on 12/23/15, I received an email that my order had shipped on 12/31/15. Why was my credit card charged before my items were shipped? It is also not made clear that there is no return policy, that the items were coming from China and therefore to return them would cost more than the items themselves. The shipping confirmation email also stated that the tracking # could be accessed on their web site. I couldn't find tracking info anywhere! You can only "chat" with a rep when buying, after your order's been shipped you can only send them a message. Had the terms been made clear when ordering, I wouldn't have placed an order at all. This is the worst retail site I've ever seen. I have to admit I'm afraid to see the quality of my items if or when they arrive.

I am extremely frustrated that I didn't do better research and find these reviews before I ordered from dresslily.com for the first time! I ordered 3 items totaling about $70 in mid December. Today I received the last of my three items. There was a skirt, and two jackets. Not a single item looks anything remotely close to the item pictured for sale! I spent $30 on one of the "leather" jackets and it looks like a short brown vinyl raincoat. I have been going back and forth on the whole stupid policy of having to pay to ship it back to china. Absolutely ridiculous to be expected to pay what I paid for an item, or more, to ship back something that isn't what I was given the impression I was buying! The other sweatshirt looks the closest to what was advertised, but is visibly cheaply made. Thin and low quality. The skirt... I can even explain how frustrated and disappointed I am. The one thing I was most excited about. And it looks like it would have cost $3 from Family Dollar. It looks like they took what was a stitched design in the picture, and just printed it on a cheap material. Total knock off! I am so mad about wasting that money! It was a Christmas splurge on myself which rarely happens and I get nothing now. I have yet to find one negative review on their actual website. I should have realized! I will tell everyone I know, never to order from here! I would have given negative stars if given the choice!

Terrible quality and customer service.

I ordered a shirt that came with rips and tears. No one would talk to me on the phone so I emailed customer support and said I would like to send back. No response for 2 weeks and then they just sent a link to the return policy.

I explained I did not want to pay to ship it back to China since it was their issue. No response for ONE MONTH and then they just said I had to pay for shipping to China, but they would give me store credit.

I don't want store credit at this terrible company. I threw out the shirt and will never try them again.

I ordered a few dresses from this site for my daughter, even though the dresses arrived fairly quickly, they were the wrong size. I did not receive an invoice with the order, nor are there any SKU numbers on the dresses. When emailing the customer service department, they have repeatedly asked me for SKU numbers and if I used the size chart when I ordered the dresses and to please measure the dress in question and take photographs of the dress and send them with my email. I never saw a size chart, never used one on their site, I don't have any SKU numbers to reference in the email, they keep sending me the same email with the same requests. They have nothing on their site regarding returns, no address to return items and no policy for returns or exchanges. Luckily, the dresses I purchased from them were only about 13.00 and 16.00 dollars each, but the customer service is bad and the quality of the dresses are poor and made of cheap material. I will never order anything from any websites like this one AGAIN!

Still have not fixed it!

On Price Jabber, Dress lily got back to me to say they resolved the issue, It is a lie they have not resolved anything. They offered me $15.00 back, how am I suppose to get two new dresses with $15.00. They said. The only way I could get my money back is if I send the dresses back and pay for shipping. The shipping cost more then the dresses. Do not buy from this company, they do not stand behind the product. The make cheap copies of the pictures they show you on line. The dresses were also dirty and smelled funny. Don't be fooled by this ripe off company!

After ordering on the 30th of November 2015, I finally received my package today after a long email war... it would be an understatement to say that there has been a gross misrepresentation of product. Extremely poor quality, detached hoods, strings hanging, with a very bad smell... denim? More like faux denim.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this site for the first time. I was searching dress coats for my 18 year old daughter for Christmas and the coat I though she would like was from this site. I had no issues with receiving the coat, although it was late it was on time for Christmas. Unfortunately, she wasn't in love with the coat but the bigger issue was it was far too small. She wears a medium in every other item of clothing consistently, but this jacket was clearly not a typical medium. The arms were incredibly too short and the back was ridiculously too tight. It took two inquiries before I heard from a customer service person and then they referred me to their return policy. Which states basically they have no return policy. Your options are to pay to return it to them (entirely cost prohibitive), and receive a store credit only which is called your "wallet", and even then you do not receive a full refund. So basically once you get it it's yours and if your not happy with it for whatever reason your stuck with it or pay a fortune to mail it back and then only receive partial refund as a store credit. I will never order from this site again.

Worse company

Ordered on this site 1/8/16 and now today on 1/10/16 my bank is calling saying I made purchases on Hong Kong and France using my credit card number when I was home sleep in Nevada! And it won't even allow me to track my item online even though I paid for it

I paid over $160 for three dresses. The first two came fast and easy within a month. It's almost been two months and I am still waiting on the third. I've tried to contact the site multiple times, and I still have yet to hear back from them. I would never buy from this site again.

I have ordered back in September for two mens shirts. I have never received them. I have contacted the company three times to no avail. Each time I have (tried to) contact them, I receive a canned response stating to "contact your post office over there to see if they can find your package". What?!?! I have requested a refund and have never received the refund or another response. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS P. O. S. COMPANY! You have been WARNED!
