After ordering an XL coat, when I wear a U.S. size 10-12, I received 2 months later a Jacket of hip length rather than knee length Coat as pictured on their website.
Not only was the length wrong but so was the size. The size was equivalent to a U.S. Jr. 7-9
When asked for exchange for larger size I had to actually twice send "actual photographs" of me wearing the jacket because the first photos only showed shoulders to bottom of coat. Was asked to send full head to toe photo, UPC, actual measurements of the sleeves, hips, and bust, for the jacket and myself.

After four emails and sending all requested info, I was told that they would only exchange it if I paid the return postage or they would give me $3.50 for a $25 dollar jacket and some strange amount of points.

Return postage would have been $23.00 worth it? Absolutely not.

I was then actually told that I should have read the size chart correctly and buy the right size.!.

The website had clearly indicated that XL was equal U. S> sizes 12-14... which is why I thought that it was better to order too big rather than too small.

Now I have a jacket that would fit a U. S> size 7-9 teen and know no one that it would fit.

What is this company doing with this many complaints on this site alone and still they are not providing adequate service and quality of products and honest advertising?... upon...

I ordered a coat in size large and paid an extra $17.64 for expedited shipping. The website does not state that the item ships from China. Expedited shipping is supposed to be 3-7 business days. After 7 days, it had JUST arrived somewhere in the US and the shipping company stated it was unknown how long it would take to clear customs before being sent on. It arrived at total of 16 days later, 14 business days. The size large is about a 10, if that. AND NO RETURNS! They will accept exchanges if there is a defect with the item, that is all. When I demanded the refund of my expedited shipping they refused, stating they sent the item in "good faith", but they knew it would ship from China and in no way arrive in 3-7 days. I am now out about $50, an expensive lesson in shopping with cheap discount hucksters.

I ORDERED A WATCH IN NOVEMBER AND NEVER RECIEVED IT TO THIS DAY... ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THE SAID THE WOULD CREDIT MY WALLET IN 24 HOURS, THEY CLOSED THE TICKET AND I CHECK AND THEY NEVER CREDITED THE MONEY, THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

I ordered 6 items on 1st of December! It's now the 19th January! Only one item arrived, and they sent the wrong size! Every attempt made to contact dress lily has been unsuccessful and when finally did, they refused to refund me for the items I do not have! DO NOT SHOP HERE, They take your money without getting you your items!

Products are misrepresented in pictures. The quality of the fabric is horrible. I have not even received my full order and I am already extremely disappointed.
I paid an extra $2.00 to track my orders and neither of the tracking numbers work.
Will never purchase from this site again.

Fun, affordable clothes

I have been shopping at dresslily.com for the past two years. It takes me a long time to find clothes that I like in the store and this site saved me from having to go shopping again. Most things I bought were nice and of affordable price. Some I wore at work and some for vacation. Like with all online stores, some clothes will not fit or will not look like they did on the model, but this a risk worth taking.

I ordered a dress from this place for my bday and paid for expedited shipping the dress NEVER came smh I had to spend more money buying something new b/c of this bs company! I will NEVER shop with them again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone! Unless you want to wait months for your package to arrive do not shop with this company! Then I'm emailing them telling them I want a full refund and they had the nerve to deny me a refund but instead offer a coupon! Why tf would I want a coupon to buy more stuff that's never gonna show up?! That makes no sense! As soon as this package arrives they will get it right back and I want a full refund this makes no sense I've never went thru this with any other websites before! I should have read the reviews before ordering from them smh! Please listen to these reviews and do not waste your money with them!

To be fair, FINALLY, I have received an email from Dresslily that they are refunding me. It has not yet happened, but I am appreciative that they have at least attempting a refund. Beware though, it took many hours, days and months to even get to this state and again, the refund is NOT yet received. Once it is, then I will repost and update. BEWARE WHEN ORDERING, I was a long time customer of theirs. Unsure what happened in the last 6 months of 2015, but shipping went down the drain and assurance left the building. Yet to see if the refund comes through. I hope so!

I just received an order from them and most items do not fit at all and they make you walk through fire to get a RMA ticket. You have to take pictures of everything with a tape measure and send and then they will consider whether I can return. I ordered 8 items unfortunately. The armholes on an XL could maybe fit a child. It's ridiculous. Not one thing fits. The garments are of horrible quality. I fear I have been scammed big time. The site says you have 30 days for returns so I figured they were legit. I will probably donate items rather than deal with this horrible company. Already driving me crazy with their stock e-mail responses and horrible customer service. I wished I had come here to read reviews first!

ORDER L************** - PERHAPS YOU CAN PROVIDE ME WITH A RETURN LABEL AND FULL REFUND HERE. YOUR BUSINESS IS RIDICULOUS AND ONLINE SUPPORT IS NON EXSISTENT! The above order was placed as a Christmas gift to me. Upon receiving the items they do not fit and are extremely unattractive and not at all what was represented in photos. I want to return for full refund which is GUARANTEED per your return policy. I am 5'10" and asian sizes do not always account for this. I have attached photos no further explanation is needed. The going back and forth of what someone ordered is not necessary. You know what I ordered, I say they don't fit me and I want to return for refund. THAT'S IT! Your "support ticket" process is ridiculous, the original ticket we entered was deleted by you before we could even respond to it, We've made several attempts to create a new one with no success as it NEVER recognizes the code entered. No online chat is available at ANY hour! VERY FRUSTRATED and will never order again unless this is quickly rectified!

SCAM ARTISTS

I ordered a knitted sweater and received something COMPLETELY different, a very poor representation to what they had advertised. Pattern wasn't even the same and in no way was it knitted. I contacted them through their email several times with no response. After a month I contacted them through Paypal with no response. I had to open a dispute through Paypal which resulted in getting a refund if I returned the item, with the shipping charges being my own responsibility. Shipping was more than I paid! I would have ended up paying more for nothing! Any positive review on their website must be paid for, there is no other explanation.

Poor customer service (they do not actually care about customer satisfaction)
False advertising
Scamming, con artists

Please beware, do not order anything. This company needs to go out of business, this is wrong.

I placed an order for a sweater on 12/16/15, with the funds immediately coming out of my account. I have yet to receive my order, nor did I ever receive an email with a confirmation. There is no customer service number on the website, so you can only contact them via email... and only if you have an order number.

This is a SCAM!. Marketing on FB and other popular sites. They steal your money & probably sell your credit card info to identity thieves and Hackers around the world.
Facebook should be liable for getting advertising money from these criminals

Worst online site ever!

Ordered a sweater and received wrong color. They won't allow a return because they said they won't guarantee what color you will receive. Also, the quality of the sweater was not good. As with another reviewer, I wish I had seen the negative reviews before ordering.

Do not use this company

The clothes are shoddy - cheap- wrong size - badly made -unwearable -dreadful materials AND there is no return address. You get what you pay for and I recommend that nobody uses this company. I think it is a scam - the clothes modelled differ greatly from what is received- you might as well give the money straight to charity rather than through giving them these awful garments which I am about to do -many young people using this company cannot afford to lose their money -it is shameful that they are allowed to continue trading

The Xlg shirt I ordered for myself I didn't even try on, it looked like it was an xxs. So obviously they are sized for Chinese women that are much smaller than American women. The quality was bad, fabric was paper thin. Second item never showed, not even going to go through the hassle of trying to get it. Cancelled my debit card just in case because of their shady business practices, like charging you for tracking, are you kidding me? Whatever you do don't waste your money and save yourself the frustration. DO NOT SHOP THERE. THERE ARE MANY OTHER WAY BETTER ONLINE RETAILERS! Thank goodness I spent hardly anything.
