I bought a "love" & a "dance" (+a few others) of their low neck sweat shirt because the style was so nice. I now suspect that these are all young "girl" sizes - although they advertise them as teens or women sizes.
An XL just barely fit my 74 LB 5'1" sister-in-law. I got them for me (usually a size 10-11). Couldn't reach sellers, so I just gave them all away and stupidly ordered more -but this time I got size 2XL. Unbelievably, I can just barely get them on. The sleeves aren't made quite right - making it even harder to get on. They still look too tight. I'm 5'4" and weigh 130. I sometimes buy an xl size when I want a really loose fit, but, but this was ridiculous. Don't know how other clothes od theirs fit, but I will NEVER buy from them again. Too hard to return stuff. Just plan on giving it to charity (or a little girl) if it doesn't fit.

I wanted this dress since I randomly saw it in a Facebook post almost a year ago, I was so excited once I finally found it on dress lily and purchased immediately. Almost 2 months later I finally received the dress! As most of you can imagine, I was extremely excited to see the tiny package... Wait that is rather small. Oh man they probably sent the wrong size. I open it up and it indeed is crumbled into the smallest possible envelope, at this point I'm thinking oh it might fit. Then my face saddens and I say, well my step sister will enjoy it I guess. But wait. It's completely see through. I can't give this to a 12 year old. Lesson learned, cheap quality, extremely long delays, with exchange rate came out to $20 for a $12 advertised dress and it doesn't fit. Sizes are not true. It's now hanging in my closet and I'm disappointed..

Ordered 2 pairs of pants august 3rd 2015. Received only one pair today and it's is now Jan 21st 2016. I have sent several msgs. The worst company I have ever dealt with! Not only that they r not willing to refund me the money for the pants they didn't send! Scammers!

All I want to do is to return the coat that, while advertised as a large, is more like a small. I took pictures showing how I am unable to close the coat and button it up. However, their email customer service is more concerned with what size I ordered as opposed to the size I need. They want me to measure the coat and send pictures of that. Really?!?!?! Awful, and I have no one to blame but myself for not realizing before purchasing what an awful retailer this is. Read the reviews first. First of all, don't buy from CHINA. PERIOD! There is no customer service, no response whatsoever until you resort to investigation through PayPal (if you were smart enough to pay that way, thankfully, I was). I got all of my money back, but had it not been for Paypal, I'm sure I'd just be another angry customer.

I placed an order in early November 2015 and I'm still waiting for the remainder of my order. I received 2 pieces of a 3 piece order on December 22,2015. The 3rd piece shipped on December 20,2015 and it's now January 21,2016 and I'm still waiting. I can't track the piece either because the email they sent me doesn't specific who the shipper is.
As for the sizing... I'm normally a size M / L, depending on the style. These clothes are definitely for younger women, not a 50 year old. I got their XL and thought it might be a tad too big, but it's too small. Not sure how their sizing works. I ended up donating the pieces because I didn't want to deal with trying to send the items back and get a refund. I know someone else could use them. Also, you get what you paid for. They are made nicely but the material is cheap.
I guess I'm going to stick to placing orders that come in from the States from now on and spend a bit more money.

Ordered two dresses for an event and paid the extra $15 for it to arrive early(confirmation email said 5-7 days) 14 days later and after the event I finally received it. Contacted shipping company and dresslily separately and no refund for shipping. They pointed the finger at each other with who I should speak with. The dresses I received look nothing like the picture i. E. quality was the $#*!tiest I've ever seen and the size is off by 2 sizes at least. There is no point in trying to get my money back because the "support center" is a joke and I know I would never get my money back(pay for return shipping). Total scam.

I ordered 4 things from Dress Lily. A green wrap around style sweater which, came as baby poop brown and had a hole in it.
2 sweatshirts that were two different sizes even though they said medium. They also shrank terribly in the wash and are now unwearable
The 3rd which, ironically, I ordered first but came 2 months later, was suppose to be a longer grey knot sweater with fuzzy inside and a hood. It came and is printed pattern on a sweat shirt.
It looks like something an old lady might wear but, probably not.
I have had nothing but trouble with the items and I would advise you not to order. I say the negative reviews and just though people were being picky. They weren't what a waste of money and time.

I've ordered quite a few times from this company now. The first time I bought from them was in December 2015. I ordered only a couple of things just to see if I got everything I purchased and if they would fit. The sizes they have were very accurate, I love the different styles they have. They have so many cute outfits and a wide variety. Shipping may take a while since it's being shipped from far, but you already expect that since they let you know on their website. So far, I've received many of the items quickly. I've order 4 times from them already, and now it's my "go to" website for buying clothes. The staff is very caring as well, they make sure that I'm satisfied and they always get back with me quickly. About to buy another sweater! :)
After I received dresslily's merchandise, I sent a request to their customer service for a full refund. The clothing looked cheaply made and was practically see through. It also did not look like what was advertised on their website. The quality of the items were just horrible, and not what I was expecting.
What's frustrating is how their only source of communication is through EMAIL. You can't even speak to a live person if you wanted. After going back and forth, with Cameron, from dresslily.com, about how to return the items and get a full refund, we were still unable to come to a resolution. She said the only way to get a refund is if I return the items myself and pay for the shipping to China. China? Shipping/returning to/from China was not advertised on their website. It costs at least $26.50, minimum, to ship to China from the US. They will only refund $24.86 not including the original shipping I already paid.
I was extremely upset and felt that was unfair. I explained it made no sense to send the clothes back if it'll cost more than what I paid. (They then offered to refund me $27.13 if I send the clothes back.)
I feel this is a scam. What is the point of sending the items back if I'm not really getting a refund? All I wanted was my money back. It's that simple. I am shocked at how difficult it is to get a simple refund. This entire experience has been nothing but a nightmare. Fortunately PayPal came to the rescue and helped me get my full refund.

On Nov 28,2015 I ordered items: a sweatshirt with hoodie, a dressy shirt, and a Christmas sweater. I usually check reviews before I shop online, but forgot and checked after the sale on this one. What a regret! Horrible reviews and I know why now. I immediately tried to cancel my order but could not. Three weeks later my hoodie and dressy shirt arrived (typical shipping time for orders coming out of that part of the world). The hoodie was of decent quality and fit well. The dress shirt was way too small and it was definitely designed for flat chested women. Thankfully it fit my 11 year old and she will wear it. As for the Christmas sweater, I just received it yesterday Jan. 19,2016 (almost 7 1/2 wks later!) and it is NOT a sweater. It's made from cheap sweatshirt material. Communication with DressLilly is not possible via telephone and they make it very difficult online. You have to log into your account to make an inquiry on an order, which sometimes will allow you to log in and sometimes it will not. They promise to reply in one business day. I have yet to hear a word from them on any of my three inquiries. I can not recommend doing business with them. Definitely not trustworthy enough for me. Shop somewhere else!

I ordered 3 jackets. It took 3 weeks to get them. When I did it was only 2 of them. I got the other a week later, and they were all too small! I would have sent them back, but it would've cost more than what I paid for them. Awful experience!

After two months, I have not received the item I ordered in the color that I ordered. I ordered a white hat in mid-November. After having to contact customer service in December to say that I never received that part of my order, they shipped the hat, but the product that arrived was green. I have been going back and forth with customer service for three weeks attempting to get the product I ordered in the color that I ordered it in, but they will not send it in white.

So I already posted about RoseGal but the experience was the same. Order processed and money taken the day or order but nothing was moved until I sent a follow up email over a month later. Finally got the order(s) a month or so after. Jackets looked nothing like they were advertised. Colors were off and sizes were way too small! My own fault for getting sucked into the pictures and cheap prices and not checking reviews. Not sure it's even worth the time and energy to try to return the things. Lesson learned.

I ordered 3 things from there and none of them look even close to what the pictures look like on the website. I ordered larger sizes than normal because my daughter likes her sweaters big. They were smaller than the normal size she wears.
They also make it impossible for you to return. They want pictures of the person in the clothes and their measurements so they can confirm that you did in fact get the right size.
I will NEVER order from them again and guess i will just eat the money that i paid for these items.
Never have i had to put so much effort into returning something that doesn't fit.
BAD BAD customer service
If i could rate them lower than 1 i would. I will be letting all of my friends and family know not to order from this place - stay away
