The pictures shown for items ordered are nothing like the actual items you receive. They ship from China and take weeks to get to you and are so cheap, it isn't even worth it to try and return them. The clothes are junk. They aren't wearable, they don't fit, the colors bleed onto everything they touch and they are fit for the garbage. That is about it. What a scam.

I ordered 5 tops on December 8th. One arrived damaged and stained. The other four arrived extremely small. I'm a size 8 and 5' tall. I followed the size chart and ordered XL... if I was 4' tall and 60lbs then the tops would fit. I gave all five to my daughter. I emailed "support" but did not receive a reply. Also, the order came in two packages. The first arrived Jan 8 and the second on Jan 21. Overall poor quality and I wasn't expecting much for the price I paid. Lengthy delivery, more than the 8-25 days that was quoted. Size chart is completely incorrect. Word to the wise... save your money and order elsewhere.

I very much appreciate the refund of USD25 (haven't seen it on my card yet) and the email clarifying that Dresslily is working to improve. For this, I will increase my rating to **. It took a long time (almost 6 months) to get a reply however, I do believe that Dresslily is actively trying to achieve better customer service.

I was not amused with any of my purchases through this site. I thought it was pretty legit considering they had photos of everything and it seems to be a hit on Facebook. The 3 items I ordered do not fit even remotely close. The wrap around sweater I ordered in "dark khaki" came in chocolate brown and I was swimming in a small. The leggings are for a girl 5'6" or taller with no tag on the inside to indicate which is the back, and the boots (size 39 equivalent to an 8) I could not fit my size 7.5 foot into. Tried to save money by shopping on this site which is now costing me time and money since i ended up in the department store anyway.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I received part of order and a month later I am still waiting on the second half. DO NOT order a wig - they are really bad but I should have known better - you get what you paid for.

I ordered 3 blouses from dresslily.com two months ago for $37; I didn't like them, so I wanted to send them back. I contacted the company for a return address and it took them three weeks to even respond! Once they did, they were extremely reluctant to give me their return address, asking a bunch of questions as to why I didn't like them. When they finally DID, they said that I could return the items or keep them and take an $11 refund. 30% of my order, I think. Since they were from China, the shipping cost would have been outrageous, so I chose to take the $11. I am still unclear as to whether this was supposed to be refunded to me or used as store credit, because my ticket "expired," and now I have no way of knowing if I'll ever see that $11 one way or the other. It was two weeks ago that they said I would have this money or store credit, and I DON'T. I even had to put an old order number in, because THIS order number "mysteriously" disappeared. I have never had this much trouble with a company! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE OR SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY!

I ordered items on October 15th of 2015. They slowly shipped me pieces individually which when I got then they were $#*!y quality. And looked nothing like the picture... then in late December they sent me an email stating they are refunding part of my order due to not being able to fulfill the order... still have yet to receive my refund from them... do not order from them stuff shipped from China! This company is also affiliated with nasty dress and Rosegal. Scam...

I placed my order 7 months ago, on August 17th 2015. Never received it.
Support kept telling me bull$#*!, and after 3 months of patience I told them to refund me, they said they can only return 30% of what I paid.
They kept promising they will do it, for the past 4 months. Ignoring my messages for weeks, closing my tickets without solving it, then coming back to it with the same robotic answers "The refund will return back to your paypal account around 5-7 business days" - again and again, during 4 months.
So here I am, 7 months after paying the order, with no items and no money returned.
I have always been respectful with them during these 7 months, but today my patience is gone, so I sent them this last email which I want to share with everyone so you guys know what you get dealing with them:
"YOU ARE THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE I EVER DEALT WITH. IT'S BEEN 7 MONTHS SINCE I PAID FOR THE ORDER AND SINCE THEN YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO SHIP IT TO ME, NOT ABLE TO REFUND IT TO ME, AND NOT ABLE TO ANSWER MY TICKETS EITHER. 7 MONTHS!
THAT'S THE TOP INCOMPETENCE AND IGNORANCE A CUSTOMER CAN GET. YOU BUNCH OF CHEAP ROBOTS WHO GET PAID FOR CRAP WORK. NONE OF YOU DESERVE HAVING THAT JOB, OR ANY OTHER JOB, CAUSE YOU'RE JUST LAZY PARASITES OF THE SOCIETY YOU LIVE IN. SO KEEP SUCKING TO MAKE A MISERABLE LIVING!"
This is a total scam! I ordered three shirts and never received them and it is now two months later. They charged me the day I ordered. The company never got back to me after several attempts. I did a little bit of researched and found out many similar website with the same items ( fashionmia, luludresses, and two more, I cannot think of right now). The transaction was processed manually and now I am watching my account fro fraudulent charges. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The positive reviews are manufactured!

If this doesn't sum it up, I don't know what does. After purchasing about $200 in clothes that were terrible quality and ran about 3 sizes too small and STRUGGLING for a refund, which I only received after countless Internet crime reports and PayPal reports... They gave me my refund. Months later, I receive a message from them stating they gave me my refund and asking me to change my review on this website for "a reward"-- I said, what "reward"? BRIBING PEOPLE? Their idea of a "reward" is credits to use as cash to buy more of their $#*!ty clothes. I told them their points are useless to me, lol... First time I ever heard of a company that's so bad they bribe people to give them a better review after they put you through hell

I ordered $80.60 of merchandise in Sept. 2015. I wanted to return the items due to poor quality. After following their "send photos and measurements" request, I requested the return address multiple times and had to threaten to contact my credit card company to reverse the charge, before they sent it to me.
I returned the merchandise on 9. 25. 15 (in addition to paying $30 to ship it back). 4 months later, I'm still waiting on my refund but now they're saying they never received the merchandise back. When I called the USPS to check on the status, the USPS rep told me that they had gotten numerous complaints from this company claiming that they never received the returned merchandise.
The USPS said they suspect DressLily knows that China won't track the package and won't give the USPS any delivery information so they can get away with getting their own merchandise back but never having to refund the money unsuspecting customers are paying.
In addition, they kept closing the Order ID #s in hopes that I didn't make copies of our correspondence and wouldn't be able to access all the communication as proof, but I made copies!

Never buy from DressLily. I bought an xl coat so I could have a little wiggle room. Once the coat arrived - which was two MONTHS after I ordered - I couldn't even fit my arms in. My 12 year old daughter - who is rather short - tried it on and it didn't even fit her. My daughter was also expecting a pair of pants and a beautiful shirt, BUT IT NEVER SHOWED UP! She was so excited for it to come. She was really sad, but I gave her my shirt that I ordered because that was also too small. At least the shirt fit my daughter. Stay away from this shop.

This CHINESE company is TERRIBLE! I ordered an XL jacket and it was 3 sizes too small. Not even my small friend could fit into it. They refused to refund my $ and kept telling me to send pictures of the exact measurements of THEIR product! Huh? They know the measurements as THEY sent it to ME. They want you to jump thru hoops to prove that the XL size measurements aren't exact - not the fact that it doesn't fit you because it is too small and YOUR measurements are larger - rip off, steal $, PRODUCT LOOKS very little like the pictures on their URL, cheap material, BAD COMPANY!

Well, after writing a very negative review for Dresslily about a garment that I was not at all happy with and the extremely difficult returns procedure, the review was picked up by the company and they have refunded the full amount. So what can I say - they turned out to have very good customer service for me after all. I am as surprised as anyone... it was over a period of a couple of months... but still, I am very pleased.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! The clothes are cheap, scratchy, and smell like chemicals. They are absolutely nothing like the pictures. Poor customer service and their reviews of their products are fake. They did not post the negative reviews I gave the items I bought.

Wife ordered cardigan sweaters and pants,,, sweaters were NOT sweaters, but cheap thin generic fabric! Not what was listed at all period! Also ordered pants at the same time. Pants never came and company is ignoring our request to get the pants that were not included in the order. Stay clear of this company,, they sell absolute garbage. And they ignore you afterwards! The so called sweaters were not even the right size at all and we gave them to goodwill. Live and learn I guess!
