Ordered December 20,2015. It's now January 28,2016 and have not received anything. Emailed customer service and also haven't heard back. I contacted my credit card company for chargeback. This company deserves to go broke!

I love the selection Dress Lilly has and fantastic prices! Their site is easy to use and navigate!
Oh my god. I don't even know where to start. The sweater I ordered in an adult large was about the size that would fit a small child. I couldn't return it. So I gave it to my 11 year old niece. So I'm out $20.
Next the coat I ordered was discontinued and they never told me until I emailed them telling them it was taking a really long time to arrive. So again, can't return, but I can get store credit. So I ordered a few things in a 2XL, just to be sure they fit!
I've been waiting almost a month for those items and I am so tired of emailing back and forth with them. Like, why don't you have a phone number?!? It's 2016 for god sakes! Get a phone!

I ordered two sweaters from Dresslilly that I finally received today. First, they were packaged so tightly together, which caused them both to be so wrinkled. Second, the purple sweater had someone elses' hair stuck in it, and lots of loose yarn of all colors. The purple sweater looks like someone inexperienced made it, and didn't know how to complete it, so they just tied a knot in the end of it, which sticks out. Neither one of the sweaters had a tag on them to reflect they were new. Both of them look used. Neither sweater had a tag to tell you how to wash it, or how to dry it. (dry flat, hang to dry, or can be put in the dryer) Both sweaters look like they were homemade, and of poor quality! I am very disappointed and will never buy anything from this website again. I will tell all of my friends on facebook, and put my reviews on yahoo, and every other site I can find. It is too much trouble to return them, and they didn't even come with a shipping label, or an order ticket. This is absolutely my worse online shopping experience, and I shop online all the time!

The old saying is true- "If it sounds too good to be true it probably is." Beautiful items at an unbelievable price? How is that possible. I will tell you how... It's not! Unless you are a size 0, the XL will never fit. There is absolutely no boob room! The arms are also extra small. And don't even think about returning anything without going through this ridiculous process where they want photos and measurements. REALLY? I have never heard such nonsense. AND part

Stay away from this company. The products aren't anything like what the pictures display and you have to pay to return the item which costs more than the items. There's absolutely no customer service and they can't tell you when your package will arrive. If they ship item separately they say that you paid for tracking but it was all used for the first shipment so there's nothing left for tracking the second package. This is the worst ever company. The only reason I gave one star is because it wouldn't accept my rating if I didn't select a star. I would have given and absolute zero!

I ordered a sweater on 12/10. I had seen that the sizes run small so I ordered up a size. According to their size chart, this size should have been more than adequate. I received the sweater 6 weeks later! Double the advertised shipping time! Not only was it to small - measurements were well outside of their acceptable "deviation limit" of 3cm (1.18in)- but when I tried to exchange it for a larger size they claimed couldn't receive my proof photos "because they were to large". All photos were screen shots from my iPhone that were well within their 2MB stated limit. I sent them four times two different ways. I also attached them to this review to prove their screw up. I continued to try and figure out a way to get the pictures through and they kept insisting that they had already offered me two "solution options". One was return the item to China (at my expense - more than the cost of the sweater) for a store credit that was less than what I paid for the item or keep the item and get a 20% store credit. Both ridiculous options for an item advertised as a long-sleeve cardigan that looked like a 3/4 sleeve shirt for a midget. At this point no solution will ever be enough for me to buy from them again and I will do my best to discourage others from making the same mistake
Update: after writing this review, dresslily gave a full refund to my debit card. Still won't buy anything else from them though. Poor quality and crazy inaccurate sizing.

You will UNDOUBTEDLY receive the wrong size. BEWARE that you can ONLY return if the item has quality issues or mis-shipment. If you it won't fit (believe me, it won't) you won't be able to return it. Noted below is what is written on their "Shopping FAQs"...

The sizes of their clothing are at least 3 to 4 sizes smaller than you originally buy.
Told me if I wanted to return the items I would have to pay the postage back. Little did I now this company is in CHINA. It would have cost me MORE to return the items then it did to order them. Do not buy from them. Buyer BEWARE! They are a SCAM

First of all, the shipping took a long time, but that was expected knowing the package was from China. I ordered a Large color splicing satin jacket. When it arrived, it was about the size of a youth small. I couldn't even get it on if I tried. I'd assume you have to order 2 sizes up because of the size difference, but how was I suppose to know? I guess I can give It away or something. Don't order from this site UNLESS you are aware of the size differences. Other than that, you should be fine shopping on this site.

I ordered about $100.00 worth of products. Only 2 of the 7 items fit. I tried to make contact to return the other items for larger sizes and I can not get a response. Do not waste your time with this company. Plus the jacket I purchased ripped down the back after wearing it one time.

What you receive is nothing like the advertised item. And then they annoy you enough with their "return" policy that you realize the $20 you spent on their crappy product is not worth the time it would take to deal with them. Much more gratifying use of time to write them a scathing email and share your experience online. Sent them a photo of what I received and a photo of what I ordered and they wanted all kinds of measurements, of both! How does one provide measurements of what was falsely advertised when the advertisement doesn't include measurements? The picture made the problem obvious. They are crooks, pure and simple.
