I purchased 5 items for my daughter's Christmas gift. Item did not arrive on time as promised, items were not the same fabric as shown, not the same color as shown, the buttons would not even align on the coat, it was all wadded in a bag and the wrinkled would not even come out with an iron, seems were barely held together with cheap thread, items had been sewn crooked so the hems were slanted and not straight. This is a total rip off from China. They finally sent me a return paper after the time limit for returns had passed. I wouldn't even give this crap to the Good Will! BEWARE!
Don't buy anything from this place. I bought 6 items and only received 4 and I can't get a hold of them to get my money back. I also ordered my item on december 5 so it has already been a long time. The items that I did get were very cheap and too small.

Unfortunately, I am going to just write off the 20. I spent. My order was back ordered as well- Even though it was only $20., when there are hundreds of people sending in $20. It could add up. Of course the item looked neat and was, at that price, a disposable/one time wear. I just ordered because I thought coming from Facebook it would be a legitimate online service.

I placed an order Dec. 8,2015, wanted this for XMas. Received part of my order in January 2016, still waiting for the rest of it. It is now Jan. 30,2016 and I have sent requests trying to find out when the rest will be shipped. They charged my credit card the day of my order, and most places don't send the charges through until they ship it. The item I am waiting on is a coat Item # ******* or a refund on my credit card.
You will not get what you think you've ordered. The stuff is cheap and WAY undersized. A 2XL coat would barely fit a skinny 9 year old... and it's made of sweatshirt material with a fabric liner (I fell for that cute coat with the leopard lining).

I ordered 3 items and 1 was too big and 2 were too small. Im a size 2 and the website recommended i get a size small in all 3 items. It took like 3 weeks to get my shirts. I contacted them trying to return the items and they wanted me to send pictures of the bust, shoulder length, arm length and length in general. Why would i waste my time doing that? They also said i could return the items, pay the shipping fee to send it back and then get credit in my cart instead of getting my money back. The other option was to get 20% back of the amount back as credit into my account. That is total bs. They don't even make their own clothes, they just sell and get them from other websites. Never shopping there again

I ordered two shirts from there. I waited almost 2 months to receive my products and they look absolutely nothing like the picture that I ordered from. I'm a bigger girl and I ordered and extra large and these shirts looked like they would hardly fit a small child. And apparently they don't make their own clothes so it's the manufacturers fault and they would have wanted pictures of the measurements before they would send a refund. It's called customer satisfaction guarantee... Anyone heard of that? So angry.
To add an update to this, per DressLily themselves as a request that they sent me in an email, they have decided to give me a full refund for my displeasure and inconvenience. I was very upset with the service I received but decided against sending them pictures of the measurements and just keep the stupid shirts. They wanted me to edit my post to make it more positive. So, just so people know, they do care about their customers because they wouldn't have gone out of their way to address this problem. Still recommend everyone research before buying online but I am very grateful that they are addressing my concerns.

I made two orders from dress lilly. The first to arrive was a coat. It was said to be a large but by U. S, sizing it would be a small. Since that happened, I got worried about the next three shirts that were to come. The items are coming at different times and not as a group. It has been a month and I still haven't received the whole shipment yet. One of the shirts did arrive and it is too small, as I suspected it might be. It is also terrible quality. It is so thin, it is see through. I also ordered three necklaces. They are very poor quality. One is damaged, and the clasp doesn't open. I am waiting for the rest of the order to get here, which is two more shirts that I'm pretty sure I will have to return as well.
I am hoping the customer service/return policy is better than the quality of the items that I now have to return.

I ordered three products. The 1 that I did receive stinks like mildew and is shrunk and miss-shaped. I never received the other 2. I've gone back and forth with customer service, they seem to be running me through hoops and are not standing behind the shipping or product.
They claim to have sent the other 2 items, but on their site, they post pictures of the packages they send. There is a picture of the stinky sweater package, but no picture of the other 2 items.
They asked for pictures of the sweater. I took pictures and sent them through their "ticket" system and they claim that they did not receive them. I sent them through email, we will see...
Just wanted to warn others about this company.

I just received all my items and they look different than in the pictures, are poor quality as fabric, the colors are different that appear in all the pictures, the sizes are not good for you even if you knew your size.

I was so excited to be getting a quality jacket for $20 and should've known it was too good to be true. The jacket was not only a color that looked nothing like I had selected, but it also was just poor quality. The zipper was difficult to move and the design looked like someone was trying to imitate a picture I saw. I will not order from them again.

I fell in love with the picture of a grey hoodie with asymetrical zipper closure which was displayed on my bridge site. I ordered it in December, and it came in January, and it was amazing! Perfect size cozy, stylish, and looks great on me... in fact, I'm wearing it now.
Today I ordered more Dresslily items. They aren't expensive, and if I'm as pleased as I am with my grey hoodie, I'll be ordering through this site more!
I bought two suit jackets and the results are 1. Cheap (halloween costume quality) 2. Imperfect threading with gnarls 3. Sizes are very small 4. Impractical to return

I do not understand, for the life of me, why they can't post accurate pictures of their items. What you see online IS NOT what you get. They get a picture of high quality garments and make a super cheap and tacky version to sell to you at a deep discount.
If you want the garment you see in the picture, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR WASTE YOUR MONEY. Luckily I only wasted $12 USD. I will never order anything from them again and I suggest you don't either... unless you like looking cheap...
Also, if you leave a bad review they delete it, so you never know how many people actually hate what you're about to waste your money on.
The return policy is a joke, it's made in China and shipped from China, which means don't buy anything unless you are prepared to lose that money.

Ultimately, the choice is yours. Go buy from dresslily if you like wasting money, or looking like a fool in their poorly made clothes.

I really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing anything from this company. I bought a jacket and it was the worst jacket I have ever purchased. It is very poor quality and doesn't fit well at all. This company is truly a rip off. I cannot get through to their support. I cannot get through to their chat line. They are always not available. I also didn't create an account with them. Every time I try to process the return it is asking for an account. I finally did it then the site wont allow me to SUBMIT the return. This is crazy. I will never buy anything from this company again. This company DOESN'T DESERVE one star but I cannot submit without it.

I purchased from Dress Lily assuming that their return policy was a typical 30 days etc. I got the items which were absolutely awful. The worst quality I have ever received from any company ever. The return process is ridiculous. After going through a 3 step back and forth with customer service it turns out it is only for store credit. Not only do I want my money back, but the last thing I want is more cheap, poorly manufactured items. The worst part about this whole process is they expect me to pay to send the items back to China! I assumed that because the website was in English that I was dealing with a business based in the US like Zulily. This is the worst consumer experience I have ever had!
