Unless you like throwing your hard-earned money away, do NOT buy from Dress Lily. I placed an order for 2 items and 1 of the items showed up approx. 1 month later and it took another month b4 the other item was delivered. This business is a total SCAM. Both items were extremely poor quality and the sizes are ridiculous - I ordered a large and it was a size small at best. Normally I would never place an online order without reading the reviews first, but this was an order requested by some1 else and I was purchasing it as a gift. Never again will I make this mistake. I contacted customer service via email (no other way to contact them) and it took FOREVER before I got a response and when I did the response was worthless. They never offered to rectify the situation via refund, exchange, or anything but would keep sending the same respond about the tracking information that was not even relevant at the time. This is by far the worse "lack" I mean "place" of business that I have ever dealt with and unless your valuable dollars mean nothing to you then I would suggest you avoid Dress Lily like the plague. In my opinion they deserve 0 stars.
I placed an order on 12.3 and tracking information says it's enroute and has been since 12.13. Have no idea where to call or who to call to track order. I think this place is a scam.

Don't even bother to buy anything that says it is a 1x, 2x, 3x and so on. I ordered a 4x for a costume for Halloween... it probably wouldn't fit a medium! Seriously, I have a 10 year old niece who now wears my 4x dress... she a reed thin! Waste of money, totally

Ordered a sweater, took 7 weeks to be delivered from order date. Its not the best quality, but it was only $21.00 sooo I got what I paid for. Items come from China, so if you need something or expect something before 2 months, you're gonna be unhappy.

I knew it would take a long time to receive my order so i waited patiently. After getting my order of 3 dresses, none of them fit, they were not as described or pictured on the site and the quality... don't even get me started on the level of crap these items are... i could make better myself! I bought 3 dresses and paid for expedited delivery. I waited for a week and a half, and my order still didn't come. I wrote a ticket to customer service to cancel my order. They replied 2 days later saying they shipped out my order. They gave me a trac3number as well. I felt a but better. My order came about a week later stuffed in a small package. I only received 2 out of the e dresses I paid for. The dresses were poorly packaged. The matrrials are very thin and cheap. I didn't bother to try them on in fear of ripping them. I can't wear them anywhere. And where is my 3rd dress? I wrote to customer service again and was told to provide pictures of why I wanted to return it. I tried to respond to the email a week later and my ticket was deleted. I tried to open another ticket online and my email address was not valid. I tried to login to their website and it wouldn't take my email address. I'm still trying to figure out how to return the dresses and get my money back!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE... poor quality, some items can only fit children, and one pair of pants came ripped at knee! There is no customer service to help you. Dropped my "TICKET" for complaint before I could send proof of their deception... when faced with Paypal resolution, HASSAN wants me to pay for return to China along with internet tracking! (which will cost more than the defective merchandise's price) and which was not sent to me with same tracking---I waited almost two months for same)
Please stay away from this terrible company!

For the $10 I paid for this, it is not worth trying to return since it came from China. I did not contact the seller for resolution. I ordered an extra large which is my usual size. This shirt didnt even cover my belly button! The sleeves were 4" too short. Both side seams are puckered like the thread is too tight. The front Is stretched so tight across the chest that I cant butten more than the bottom two buttons. I am not big busted. I cant imagine what will happen when it is washed! Check other reviews for that. Mine is going on ebay shortly as a size small. Its a shame, it looks beautiful in the pictures. Take a look at the first picture with the model's arms are folded. It looks like the shirt goes way below her waist. It looks photo shopped. The in the second picture is a more accurate view of how that shirt is cut. Final note- there is no printed size on the tag, just extra large on the clear outer bag. Many reviews state theirs ran small as well. I ordered 3 items from DressLily. I love them. At first only 2 came but as soon as I emailed the company I received an immediate response and they were very helpful. My 3rd item did arive while we were corresponding.
I ordered over a month ago and have not received my order. I have tried to find a legitimate phone number and every single one is disconnected or rings a bunch and then hangs up. The only way to get ahold of them is through email, in which they keep saying it's on the way. I have never heard of any company taking more than 7-10 business days for delivery. When I have asked for a refund they do not even address that I asked. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had and I've had some pretty bad ones! I will never order from here again and will make sure nobody I know ever does either!

Basically you get what you pay for... Cheap prices = cheap garbage- 2 necklaces both broken, clothing smelled terrible even after washed and quality was very poor.
I ordered some boots and a dress about a month ago and didnt do my research... now im out about100 bucks and nothin to show for it-or wear!
One thing i noticed that was odd was the email gave a number but no date or location about shipment... this is very disheartening and perhaps a facebook page should be created as a way to dissuade their pop ups and advertising...

I placed an order on November 10th, 2015 and understood per their policy that it could take up to 25 days to be delivered, so I thought I would get my items before Christmas (the clothes I ordered were Christmas presents). Fast forward to 2 months later (January 14th, 2016), and I've been trying to get a useful bit of help from Customer Service online, because you can't contact them over the phone... and all I get is an "I'm sorry, please be patient and wait for your delivery"?
This is unacceptable service in general. I've written to ask for a refund, let's see what I get in response. After this experience, I'll make sure to be very vocal about the lack of response from DressLily and poor customer service.
Needless to say, I will not be buying from DressLily ever again.

This company is the worst, first they would not allow me to cancel my order. Secondly I still not have received items ordered on December 30th and no one will respond to my request. Thirdly, my tracking number cannot be found by US postal service( their shipping information stated information had been shared. Will not be ordering from this site again as the cheap prices are definitely not worth it.
