Very good prices! Items are usually very good quality for the price, also. There is a very large selection of items available and sales and promotions are held often. I have made a few rather large orders so far, everything has arrived in good condition and I have not been disappointed with any of the items I ordered. Shipping times vary as I have received some items extremely quickly and others took a bit longer. The customer service is very helpful and courteous, and have answered my questions and resolved issues quickly. Overall, I really enjoy shopping with Dressilyme and will be coming back again and again. :)

I am overall satisfied with with items I purchased from dressilyme, some of the items run a little small, but what helped me make a decision was other customers' reviews! Keep in mind the shipping time is a little lengthy, and I received it withing 3 weeks. Also, any questions or uncertainty I had, when I emailed the support group, I got a friendly polite email that answered every question. Thank you dressilyme! I have referred a few people to this site and they love it too!

The dress I ordered is nothing like the one one the website. Color and style is different, not toe riom that there were loose strings and beads falling off. Plus a stain! Yes a stain on the dress. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. They are fraudulent phonies. Worst part is I can't even return it!

I am actually surprised by so many negative comments here. I was hesitant to make a purchase at first and kept looking through various wedding dress websites, but I chose dressilyme because a lot of the customers actually posted pictures of themselves in these wedding dresses and many had their personal measurements posted too, so I used that as reference when selecting sizes.The shipment came a lot faster than I had expected, to be honest. And I received all items (my wedding dress and 2 occasion dresses) ordered. And I took the site's measurements into consideration and all of the dresses items fit me quite well. I'm on the petite and tall size, so the hem of the wedding dress just right on me. All in all, I had a good first purchase, no matter how nervous I was to begin with. I'll definitely order with them again. Though shipping can be expensive!

I tried on a brand name dress in a bridal salon that would have cost me $1000 plus accessories and alterations. 1.) I quite simply didn't have that much money to spend on the dress and 2.) since I was 6 months out from my wedding, they didn't have time to order a dress for me and get it altered in time. The only option I had there was to buy a sample dress off the floor. Ugh. Sooo, I looked for other options. I found a knock-off version of the exact same dress listed on DressilyMe.com for only $190 and decided to give it a whirl. I also ordered a matching bolero jacket made from the same lace (you can't get that from the original maker!) and a cute flower girl dress for only $40. After I made the order I was nervous so I emailed them, and they were immediately responsive and very kind and assured me my dress would be beautiful. So I waited. My packages (in 2 boxes) arrived in 3 and half weeks. We opened the flower girl dress first. I was absolutely blown away at how soft and sumptuous and elegant and perfect it was. Better than anything I had seen in the stores. The bodice fit perfectly and the length was rather long but quite easy to hem. My flower girl looked like a princess! We were thrilled. Next we opened my dress. It was beautiful! It looked basically exactly like the designer one I tried on in the store. The lace was very slightly different. The lace was just slightly softer but I liked it better. The beaded sash was gorgeous and perfect, again just ever-so slightly different colors than the photo but gorgeous. Very nicely made. I had ordered the dress custom-sized for an extra $17 and here is how that turned out. It definitely saved me money. The waist fit perfectly which is good because that's an expensive alteration. The bodice was too big by a good 2-3 inches, so that will need to be taken in, but it's a fairly simple adjustment. The length was pretty good, maybe a tad short-- it kind of depends on how high I wear the strapless dress. I may opt for wearing ballet flats instead of heels, I'll have to test it out more. The bolero was also a little too roomy all around, but not unexpected since I am petite-framed, and again it can be tailored easily. Even adding in tailoring costs, my savings are unbelievable. I can't convey how beautiful this dress is, how pleased with it I am and how this service saved my wedding by being a MUCH more flexible option for my family. I got the dress with custom sizing, the flower girl dress, the 8-layer petticoat, the lace jacket, a garment bag (that was poor quality, I don't recommend getting the garment bag) and shipping all came up to $338.00. {These photos are of the dress right after I got it and not altered or taken in yet. You can see it is a little big.}

I've only purchased from Dressilyme once, but I loved the service I received. My best friend is a frequent customer as well. I don't understand why anyone would be complaining about it. If you want cheap items for good quality, and it takes a month to arrive... who cares? If you need your clothing or dresses immediately you can pay for expedite shipping. I paid for it for the dress I bought because I needed them for a wedding I was attending. They arrived just in time for the wedding. If not, waiting a little bit won't hurt you, and their saving you cash, as well as themselves (allowing them to expand and become better as a store!). Best part was that the dress I bought are absolutely amazing. Honestly, it was. Very happy with it. However, this store isn't one of the top department stores in America like Nordstrom; don't expect the same experience. (Note that Nordstrom's services are top-notch because everything there is so EXPENSIVE. Buying there you are only paying for the service. I speak from experience, as I used to work at Nordstrom.) Don't expect this store to be anything but great items at factory price (which is where they're coming from), and you'll love it too. Even stating this, I thought their customer service was great. They do the best with what they have and are honest and straight forward. When I had a question about the shipping, they even responded within a day. It was pretty awesome.:)I'd recommend trying this store out. If you're nervous about it, buy only one item. It's so cheap for the quality that it's a "risk" you can afford to take on this store. Hopefully after one purchase, you'll like it to. I hope to see this store continue to grow and improve. I honestly wish there were more places like this out there.

"I ordered this http://www.dressilyme.com/p-charming-chiffon-lace-v-neck-neckline-natural-waistline-a-line-wedding-dress-*******.html and I was hopeful that the product would look good because of the good reviews for this site, but after doing some research, I found out they pay people to give good reviews and on their site, they delete bad reviews. Anyway, the dress arrived in the wrong color, wrong cut, and cheap fabrics. The sheer fabric with the scalloped edge was replaced by cheap white stretchy lace. A strip of lace was glued to the edges of the open leg slit. It was a hot mess. Of course, they refused to give me a refund. Shady business.

They sent me a dress, 7 inches smaller on full bust and they don't admit it is their mistake but the way I measured. They always say that the measurement depends on the region you are. Give me a brake! I measured in cm. In all regions cm is the same! I sent them pictures of me measuring my bull bust, and they replied that my measurement is too tight, I must wear a bra ( I am wearing a bra in the pic) and they are trying to avoid me with silly excuses. I shop on line for 10 years now and this is the worst experience I ever had. This company really SUCKS and the pictures they have in the site are not their work. They insist that it is my fault, to avoid the refund. I wonder if anyone ever had any refund from them. I think that their good reviews, most of them are fake, and they remove the bad ones.

From the wearing picture you offered, the zipper was stuck at higher part of your waist. The bust part was not sorted out well. Please kindly try to put your breasts in the paddings of your dress as there are paddings and fish bones to help build shape and support your breasts. From the picture you offered for measuring your full bust, your breasts sticked out of the paddings. That is the reason why we said the measurement for full bust you took was incorrect. Then please kindly ask someone to try to help zipper the dress after you put your breasts in the paddings. After that, please take a tape to measure the fullest part of your bust (across your nipples). Please kindly notice that the tape should be put horizontally to the ground. Please put the tape around your bust. Then you could get a rough measurement for the dress in full bust, your measurement for full bust and how many inches smaller. Please kindly understand that we do not mean to be rude. As the dress is newly tailored and the price for the dress is very low (we could make little profit from it), we need to get enough information to help figure out the problem. Absolutely HORRIBLE quality. 6 girls ordered the same dress. All of the dresses we are too short, four sizes too small, and upon a re-order the dress was made with different material and they refused to fix it. The dresses should be the same quality, and the same pattern for every customer that orders the same dress. We gave them the opportunity to fix it, we tried contacting them, we try to communicate at our best but instead they ignored us and said it was our fault. It's not our fault that you want to make mass production and pull some kinda bait and switch material on us. They also have been deleting our Google review! DO Not purchase from dressilyme and less you want a nightmare. RIDICULOUS!

Different places may have different size guides. It may that the size 6 from us is different from the one in your local stores. I was so excited when I first found there site because they had a picture of the dress I wanted it took two and a half months for me to get my dress and it's horrible not the correct fit and the stitching is totally off now I have been running around like a chicken with its head cut off looking for another dress this was definitely wasted money please do not buy from this site!

Ok So there are thousands of youtube videos and comments about dressilyme and i now i have my own personal experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR, if you are looking to get customer service and resolution to any issues that you will have with your dresses. Managers are in a meeting for like a week, never can get someone higher. They would not note on their site that the dresses may not be the exact style that you see on the website or the color that you choose on the site, because they have different tailors and they make it to "their handicraft" not what you see on the site and order. I was super excited, couldn't wait to see my dress for the wedding. I'm one of other bridesmaid who also ordered on the site. My dress flowers is on a completely different layer from the others and the color is not the same shade. After contacting them they said we have to inform them that its multiple dresses for the same event and order it under one account. Im like ok, well show me on the site where it says we need to state this so i can see my error and if its on my side, ill order another. They cant tell me where. And they wont refund me for the incorrect dress, only give a $10 if i order a new one. I'm so annoyed. Terrible resolution.

I ordered my dress 2 months ago. When I was informed that it might be a longer shipping time, I contacted the company. I was told that the dress was almost completed already and that they were going to rush it for me. I was told if I cancelled it at that time, I would only get $10 back. I figured I would sell my dress when it came but now at 2 months, it is prom and I don't have my dress. When we contacted the company, we were told the dress was just finishing and is ready to ship. I wish I could comment on how the dress looks but I will not be in the US for much longer to even get the dress.

Ordered a prom dress for my daughter, supposed to arrive in in 4-5 weeks, week five I email them to ask about its progress and was told it would be another 2-3 weeks for completion and 1 week for shipping. I told them to cancel the order it wouldn't be here on time and after numerous emails I was told I could only get 2/3 of my money back. I figure I'd cut my losses and learned a $50 lesson. Their prices are very tempting but Don't be lured in once they get your money they are not giving it back and there's not much you can do about it.

I bought the dress for my summer wedding in Aug. I always worry about buying dress from the online, while I have no much time to go shopping and try again and again. When I saw this dress on the site, I thought the design of the dress may fit me. Because we are a family of ample-bosomed women, and as such we always needed to buy the larger size even though not needed otherwise. The shipping was smooth and indeed, the dress does fit me very well and make my figure looking good. The raised waistline can ignore my tummy and the added train from the back also forgive my hips. The only complaint is that the dress is long for me, I need to do some alteration, Overall, it is gorgeous dress and gorgeous on me.

I custom ordered this dress thinking that if I were to do that, then it would fit me perfectly. I received the dress, the color looking nothing like the swatch and the dress looking slightly differently from the pictures. The back wasn't as low and there were obvious sewing issues in the seams. Besides the look of the dress, the dress fit as if it were made for a pregnant woman. The front panel of the dress had way too much extra fabric just hanging there. The fit was completely wrong. When I tried to resolve the problem with the makers, all they did was keep telling me that "the dress was made to your specifications." I paid the extra $19.99 for them to tell me that I ordered the dress that way and that there would be nothing they could do for me. I would have expected that they would be willing to help and resolve the problem but all they did was refund me $15. I DO NOT recommend this site or this dress at all.

The worst experience ever! Had a simple question about a dress, so I called to get what I thought would be a simple answer... 1. Not one customer service rep speaks proper English. Very hard to understand. 2. When I asked for a manager to further help me, there is NO manager on site and they do not know when one will be in. 3. I asked for reps name and was told her name was not an English name and she could not give it because of that reason. At this time I really felt this could not be serious! Right when I felt like this could not be happening, she hung up on me! Being as she said she was the ONLY one who answered the phone (#5), I tried to call back, hoping this was not true, it was. When I tried to talk to her again, she put the phone down and continued to type on the computer... for several minutes. 6. I had to hang up and call back because there was no one on the line! She did this again two more times, lastly telling me she is in a different time zone and it is night time there, since I am in America there will be no manager for another 6 hours (after midnight here) and continued with placing the phone down and flat out ignoring me again. This is absolutely absurd, I have never heard of such service and absolutely disheartening the dress I fell in love with will not be worn on my wedding day.

I want you to know that the wedding dress that I received was horrendous.
When received - the buttons were falling off. They were so loosely sewed that you could not button. The buttons pulled right off.
The neck to waist – which was not a measurement asked for - was so long that it gapped and could not be closed properly. The length of the dress was requested so you should have approximated better.
The lace back was made so far around to the sides of the dress that you could see breasts on both sides. Pink thread was wound in the material and around at varied sites on the dress. The hems were unfinished and fraying.

It did not look like the picture at all.

I have to say that I thought it would be alright to order from your company based on the reviews however, I guessed wrong. That left me with no dress for the wedding...

So with that being said, I will not be recommending your company ever. That was $250 that was a waste. Do not be fooled by the website. STAY AWAY... FAR. FAR AWAY

Save your time, effort and money by not ordering from Dressilyme. The fabrics, handcrafts and quality of the dress are horrendous! When I opened my parcels, the sequins and beads from the dress started falling off, the threads were sticking out and it came with a tear on the netting of the dress. I contacted the after sales help and it was no help at all. She told me to get it fixed by myself!

This dress is PERFECT! It is EXACTLY as pictured and the quality and material is beautiful. I have paid twice this price for much less quality in department stores. I LOVE IT and will definitely purchase from Dressilyme again. I am looking for another dress from here for a fall wedding. It is slimming and very sexy!
