A wonderful design which I had made to measure for no extra charge. It fitted me perfectly in all the right places; the material was excellent and all the seams and other sewing was top class. I have now had 3 dresses from this site including my wedding dress and they were all excellent. Everything arrived on time. All my queries were dealt with promptly. I cannot think of a single criticism.

Bought a wedding dress from this company, the dress that arrived was the wrong dress and damaged. They tried to blame the damage on Fedex, I informed them that we have documentation of the box being opened and the dress coming out of their bag damaged. Runs in the material and all the beads falling off.
Emma in customer service told us that they design the dresses for he beads to fall off. What? They have never admitted that it is also the wrong dress.

We have tried for months to work with them to resolve the issues. We have been offered a $5 coupon. While I do agree that the dress is worth less than $5 they charged much more for it. It is basically a rag or a childs toy.

We are now forced to file complaints with the BBB, BCA and FTC. They have a numerous chances to solve this problem and refuse to do so.

The dress has never been used and sits in the box it came in.

If you do a little research you will see that when they receive a bad review on one of these sites they make fake profiles to try and off set the negative reviews.

Please do not trust this company.

Don't hesitate to buy it - it really is a great dress! It actually looks in person as it does in the picture. I normally wear a 4/6, am 5'4, and ordered a Medium (black), given the reviews mentioning it running a little small, which now having it I agree with... I was hesitating between a S and M, and probably could have ordered a Small, but am sticking with the M because it fit well and I want to be comfortable. This dress is very flattering - and, like other reviewers noted, you'll get a lot of compliments (people also definitely thought I paid more for the dress than it actually cost)! Some of the photos show the lining almost being so bright, almost looking white; I'm guessing it's because a flash may have been on. The lining is a nude/tan color and the dress shows much more black than lining. When I opened my package the dress was VERY static-y; I ran some water on my hands and then wiped down/on each layer of the dress, which helped a lot. A heel of a at least an inch will help it from being on the floor. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and am glad I took a chance on an unknown-to-me brand!

I ordered a lace mother of the bride dress and when it arrived it looked like the dress maker was drunk. The quality is extremely poor. The lace on one side of the dress was close together and on the other side the lace was much further apart. Some of the lace was fraying and some was even torn. There were also splits in the side seams. There were several parts where white cotton was showing and the dress is navy. They said when I asked for a refund - (As you can see the dress is very beautiful with very good price. Could you please kindly spend a liter time to fix the lace and keep the dress meanwhile we refund you partial money to you?) If I was a dressmaker capable of fixing such a mess of a dress I wouldn't have ordered it through them. It would cost more than the price of the dress to get someone to fix it which I don't think would be possible. They are now saying - (As you can see the lace appliques on the dress was purely handmade to made to the dress, so it can not be exact same due to the handmade working. In that case, could you please check with your local dressmaker to alter or fix it, meanwhle we apply to return you partial of many to you as gift to you) This is a disgrace. I have sent them several photos of their disgusting work and they make out that they are giving me a gift of a partial refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE BAD NEWS

Beware of their return policy on reduced items (which seems about half of all they offer at the least) We made a mistake on the color of the dress and tried to return it, switch it out or negotiate a credit in exchange for the right color but they argue that the dresses are tailored to size and color (we bought the standard size by the way!) and basically shut you down with the policy argument that a wrong color is not their problem. In our experience choosing a different color from what is displayed on their website is very tricky and you're pretty much left on your own devices to try to figure it out. They do offer color swatches but you have to order those separately and in advance. I would refrain from placing an order with them especially if you are not sure about the color! It is not worth the investment at such prices as there are better alternatives with the same basic quality.

Today I received my Wedding Gown! && I'm blistering with blush! I love it! I was so scared of the whole ordering over the net! But you guys made me feel safe! This dress is Classy, Sexy, and Elegant all in one! And I'm so excited to wear it! I bought it in white and it's just top notch QUALITY! Thank you so much.

The dress arrived on time folded neatly in it's dust bag. It fit beautifully and the quality was as expected.The dress looks like the same with the picture. I' m so excited and satisfied with what they have make. I highly recommend this vendor. I tried on dresses ranging from $1,500 - $12,000 and this dress was on par with those overpriced boutique styles.

I purchased two ballgowns for an event, and was smart enough to do it at least two months ahead of time. I am a size 24, and both gowns fit me remarkably well (I was concerned about bustline, but it was pretty much spot on).

Each of the items made are custom ordered, but with you not physically there to be measured, they rely on your input to tailor the dress. Be as precise as possible in your measurements when you place the order.

The gowns were beautiful. Well made and with surprising quality. And the fact that you get to customize your dress colour is kind of perfect (usually two colour choices out of 40+).

My first gown was a periwinkle blue, with beading and a chiffon skirt. While it did come a bit long (I'm 5'8"), it was absolutely beautiful. And with heels, I managed to not trip over myself.

The second gown was black satin with lace buttons up the back to the base of the neck. Again, beautiful. Surprisingly heavy. Almost like a full wedding gown. The underneath had not one but two slips -- and a layer of tulle to give volume to the skirt. It needed to be adjusted at the tailors.

NOTE: One thing you will need to know is that you will likely get a duty fee on the dresses. So prepare yourself to fork out another $40 or so.

However, given the average cost of a well-made ballgown; and the super elegant custom feel of it -- you really are getting a bargain at $120-$150 a gown.

I could totally see someone ordering their wedding dress through this site; they're that well crafted.

Don't expect speedy delivery. Plan. Give yourself at least two months before you need it for whatever event.

It's the tradeoff of getting it done so cheaply.

I firmly recommend this store (with the above-listed warnings) to buy a beautiful gown just meant for you.
