I was excited to be ordering a dress for my daughters wedding. I read the return policy before ordering and spoke to a person on the phone and both indicated it was not a problem to return a dress if there was an issue. I received the dress the color was good and the beading was nice, however, it was too big, and it was sewn incorrectly across the waist, the bust to hip length was too long for my body and the dress did not look like the picture at all. When I wrote this back to the company they wanted me to take a picture of each of my measurements, then try the dress on and take a picture of the front, the back, and each of the sides and several other steps then they would decide what the best solution for the situation would be.

I simply did not want to jump through all those hoops when the dress wasn't right in that many ways, but they will not return my money even though they said it would not be an issue.

I for one will never buy a dress from them and unless you are willing to jump through all those hoops to return a dress, of which they won't give money back I would suggest you don't buy a dress from them either.

Let me start by saying I was EXTREMELY skeptical when I ordered my dress. The only reason I gave this site a chance was because the price was too low to pass up. I found a dress on their site that I absolutely loved. So I ordered it just to see if it would work. Let me tell you, the dress was perfect. It was exactly like the pictures. The lace was extremely delicate and finely sewn. The material was not cheap, nor unfinished like some reviews I read. I could not be more happy with my purchase. I have my dream wedding dress for a whopping $147! Now, my only advice is ORDER LARGER! Luckily, based on the reviews I had read, I ordered two sizes larger than my actual numbers. Yes, I will need a small alteration to be taken in at my waist, but had I ordered according to their size chart it would have been too small. It's way easier to take away fabric than add. That being said, I am more than in love with my dress. If you have the time then give this site a chance. You could just get your dream dress at a very large discount. Side note, I received my dress three weeks after ordering. Extremely fast!

I was blown away by the quality of this lovely dress. This dress is fully lined and it also has a built in bra. The color is amazing. If you decided to use your own measurement. You are just going to fill in the measurements they need, they also provide a guide how to get you own measurements.It took about three weeks to make this dress keep in mind this is made to order. So if you are ordering for a big group of ten bridesmaids be sure that you have plenty of time. Do not make an oder two weeks before the special day. The shipping was really fast I got an email from them saying they sent out the dress, next thing I know it was in my door step later that afternoon. I really love the pleated detail on the bodice and on the waistband. The v- neckline is very flattering and not super deep it still looked modest which I really appreciate.

I ordered my wedding dress to my measurements. The dress did arrive in quick time around 4 weeks but I was beyond disappointed. Not only was the colour not right and horrible, the material cheap and tacky but the dress was far too big and too short. I had multiple communications with Dresily demanding a refund as I could not have it altered or fixed to be longer and they were rude and unhelpful. They blamed me for not giving them correct measurements and made me send multiple pictures of me taking my measurements. My measurements were correct and they were clearly at fault but they would not give me a refund. Their solution was to send me extra fabric to add to the bottom. I am now $340 out of pocket and have had to source another dress. I repeat do not order from them and I suspect the majority of positive reviews you see are from them and they would not post my negative review on their website.

I searched and searched reviews for soooo long before actually ordering. The dress I wanted retails at 3000-4000 euros, on dressilyme it was £190! And that includes custom measurements as well.
The customer service was great, I had a few requests and wanted some changes to the dress. I knew that it wouldnt be exactly the same as they replicate the photo. But WOW, the quality and detail is great.
It came securely boxed and wrapped up, the dress is inside out when it arrives.
Please don't worry about buying from this site, it is totally safe and they put a lot of effort into the dresses they make. I am now going to buy the after party dress from here.

Thank you for the fast delivery! I almost satisfied, the quality is great, but the color chart is different! I chose no. 35 color and I get a little bit different! It's beautiful! My bridesmaids look pretty in the dress.

I ordered three dresses from the site and my mother ordered another-- all for my wedding. My mother and one of the bridesmaid dresses were the wrong colors. My mother's and my dresses were made quite terribly that we had to take to seamstresses. My dress was actually so bad it was irreparable. I contacted dressilyme.com multiple times. They said that the repairs would be $10. Eighty dollars later and I still do not have a dress that I can wear. They also claimed that the dress should have a "wrap" front, when the pictures and two professionals that I showed the pictures from the dressilyme.com website agree that it was a short front, not a wrap. Additionally, my dress was made about 3 sizes too big. Besides the color problem, the bridesmaid dresses were fine.
Dressilyme.com offered me a discount on another dress, but why would I ask for another dress from a company that helped ruin my wedding?

I bought a custom fit dress from dressilyme for my sisters wedding. The dress came and first of all doesn't look at all like the picture. Second the "custom fit" is totally off! The sleeves are too big, the back is way too wide and gives me wings in the back, there were a few seams that came ripped and it came delivered rolled up in a plastic bag! I took it to a tailor and they said the fit is such a mess it would cost $150 to fix! Well I only paid $160 for the dress! I've been emailing with their customer service for 2 weeks now and they have been AWFUL! Giving me the run around saying they will give me $10 for the alterations because it's an easy fix. They refuse to take it back and refuse to give me a refund. Basically they ruined my sisters wedding. This is honestly the WORST experience ever! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! It's a nightmare!

I dont have enough words to express how happy I am with my wedding dress I bought from dressilyme. I was in search of an elegant yet modern dress that looked classy and luxurious. I found this dress store while exploring the internet for the dress of my dream. I had a look at the site and was amazed to see the beautiful collection at affordable prices. The A line wedding dress with lace appliqués the right one for me. Bateau illusion neckline and open back were the most impressive aspects of the dress. I ordered the gown in my standard size and it arrived at home 29 days after I ordered. I tried it on, almost every part is perfectly fit my body, except the waist area which is a little tight. But its okay, if I am on a diet from now, the tight feeling will disappear when I wear on my big day :). So I give up making alteration. The fabric is quite thick and comfortable. It does not look cheap. I am sure my wedding would be more beautiful now with this gown.

I ordered a red dress with beading on top for my year 12 formal! I got the dress and it was orange, the beading was horrible and ugly it was nothing like the image they had on their website. I contacted them and asked fr a full refund I even showed pictures of how awful the dress looks. They refused to give me a refund, I have asked for a refund about 7 times and they refuse to give me a refund. The dress is awful and I paid so much money for it. I told them I would contact my bank if they don't give me a FULL refund they preceded to beg me not to contact my bank.
Poor quality dress and horrible customer service! Such a scam they should get closed down this is not acceptable they steal money from people and then refuse to give it back when you ask for it. Be careful don't do what I did.

Im crying while writing this review. My wedding is in eight days and I don't know what to do. I ordered this dress and sent in my exact measurements, which were done by a professional taylor. First it was delivered almost two weeks past scheduled delivery date. I received it about an hour ago. I tried it on and this dress will not zip up, I haven't gained anything. My daughter received the bridesmaid dress that we ordered and her exact measurements were also sent her dress did not fit. A friend of mine who also ordered from them, sent her measurements in and she had to buy another dress because the bust size was all wrong. Now what do I do? PLEASE ORDER FROM JJS HOUSE OR ANYWHERE OTHER THAN HERE. They haven't responded to my email expressing my dissatisfaction.

I bought my dress from dressilyme and I was really nervouse! I'm not naïve, I know that it wasn't going to look just like the pic, but i didn't want to look like a cheap bride either. I received my dress and right always I was relieved. The dress was nice, 7 out of 10. I ordered a mermaid dress with a v-shape neck line. The bra was sewn in nicely and it the dress felt well made. The lace wasn't like the picture but it was still nice. ( mind you, I live on Pinterest Im 23 and up to date with the wedding trends). I ended up re-selling my dress online because I'm an idiot and left a pic of me in the dress in my photos on my phone and my fiancé saw it. I bought another dress from them and the Quality was even better. I went with a more simple dress still mermaid and lace but a bit more simple. The lace this time was nicer (idk why) and the measurements were acutare both times.

So overall you get what you pay for, I'm not going to say the dress was fantastic and I recommend this site to everyone, but if you are looking are a nice dress and are understanding that it's not going to look like "Vera Wang" made your dress (cuz she didn't) then yes order a dress from dressilyme me:)

And THEY DO NOT REFUND, it says it on their site, that if you "custom make a dress then you will not be able to refund it" So spare your self all the trouble, just to end up back on this site to make 510th person to write a review about how they won't give you your money back.

Received a dress that wasn't like the picture online at all! I asked for a refund and he asked for a picture of me in the dress (my profile picture) and link below shows the original picture.

I didn't. It looked horrible! Cheaply made, not what i ordered. He then offered me a $15 refund. I paid $300 for the dress! He then ignored my emails after that after I told him i wasn't happy with a $15 refund! Total scam. I privately Facebook messaged the company about this issue only to be told to be blocked from messaging them on Facebook... i only hope people see this before they buy from them! STAY AWAY!

I ordered this dress for my Prom one months ago after having ordered another product through dressilyme. I ordered my dress in Falu Red and it was gorgeous. I ordered it along with a petticoat this time, because I discovered after my last order that the skirt is not as puffy without it. I had problems with the sizing, though: I custom size ordered with the exact same measurements as I used last year (the dress fit like a dream) and the first dress I bought still had room to lace up in the back. This dress, with the same measurements, was too short (even before the petticoat) and the bodice was too big, even laced up as tight as it would go. I was very disappointed in that respect. However, otherwise, the shipping was fast, the dress is good. Allow some time for the dress to unwrinkle and inflate if you're ordering from this site, they are big fluffy dresses packed tightly into small bags before they're shipped to you. Just shake it out and leave hanging out for a day or two, it'll be fine. Altogether, a very good order.

Bride to be very tight on cash. I had decided to go online and order a dress from dressilyme since trying to buy a wedding dress is super expensive. I was so excited at first when looking at the pictures online and thought the dress would be exactly as shown. You receive what you pay for, the materials used were super cheap! The dress that I bought was a trumpet style with lace top and satin overlay bottom. What I received instead was a dress that had tulle with lace stitched to it, the neck and shoulders weren't finished, just cut. You could see the jagged ends! The bottom of the dress was super thin, it had two layers of fabric and you could clearly still see my underwear and through it. The way the dress was put together did not fit right at all with my body. Made me look like I was 3 months pregnant with bumps and lumps all over the place. I'm not a big girl, 5'4 and weigh 130 lbs... workout, keep myself fit. Flat stomach. It was just a horrible cut. I wrote to dressilyme and even tried calling them since they have a shipping location in CA. I had a rep finally write back to me after about a week and a half of trying to contact them. They had me send in pictures of the dress and say why I was dissatisfied. I told them I wasn't happy and wanted a refund, I had paid $150 for the dress. They refused to give me a refund even though I was within the time frame to get my money back and would not respond to my emails after I kept trying to contact them. Take your money elsewhere, definitely not worth it!

I placed an order for a wedding dress from their shop and made sure I gave them the right size I needed; the delivery of the order was very fast and prompt. When the dress arrived it was a perfect fit, that surpassed my expectation! The color was just exactly in the picture and the softness was unique, it fitted my body perfectly. I will surely recommend this web-store to any intending bride who wants to save money.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. These positive reviews must be written by someone that works for them, many are in the same awkward English their customer service rep Teddy writes in. I ordered a bridesmaids dress for a wedding. The dress that came was NOT what was advertised at all! The bodice was different, neckline different, lace completely different. I was told it "a beautiful dress, you look so pretty in it". I'm sure someone worked hard making it, but since it was NOT what was advertised on their site, the bride didn't want us wearing them. They offered me a $5 off coupon for my next purchase. Right, like that's going to happen. Back and forth emails, now my offer is $10 back. It cost $114 and I won't be able to wear it to anything, let alone the wedding. Should of just gone to David's Bridal in the first place. Horrible, they are liars, stay away!
