I just want to say, finally received the balance of my order which I made for my daughter. It took over 3 months to receive. What was viewed on Dressily site and what I got was completely different. Quality, in swim suits, dress, shorts, all resemble that of swap meet POOR. You only get one chance with me, I will NEVER order from this site again.
Donating the order to GOODWILL!

My daughters grad dress that we ordered had a different bodice. You could completely see through it, she might as well have been naked from the waist up unlike their advertised photo of this dress. The beads were different in colour and cheap beads thats were falling off again different from advertised photo.
The zipper should have been an invisible zipper however as the bodice was beige and dress from waist down was black, they put a white zipper on, which was extremely visible unlike their advertised glossy picture of the dress. It was custom made, parts of the dress were so tight it could not fit over my daughters hips and other parts were so loose it could have fitted someone 4 sizes larger. As I sew a lot I wish I just made her a dress, guess I learnt the hardway, and the dress did after all come from... CHINA. As for Customer Service... what a joke... they have my money... I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding. I wanted burgundy and picked a color number based on dresses they had on their website shown in that color and also a color swatch on their website. The color of the dress that came is bright red, not a color I would wear as the MOB. The company was very responsive but would not let me return the dress, writing it off to my perception of the color. Basically, what is bright red to one person might be burgundy to another. Yeah, right. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is that I felt the dress was very well-made. Too bad I can't wear it.

The worst experience with a dress I've ever dealt with. After sending pictures and measurements of the dress I ordered they told me I looked like a fairy in my dress and that it was beautiful. It looks awful. The picture showed the corset being around 5 inches long, when I bought my dress it turned out to be about 18 inches long. The lace on the front has big holes in the front. Tried emailing to let them know how unhappy I am and they will not refund me.

I was searching for something wonderful for my big day but the budget was my only concern. Though a bit skeptical, yet I decided to do some online shopping. I checked many places. Finally, ordered a Mermaid dress from Dressilyme. It appeared just on time. I was worried if it would be stained or how would be the fabric. But, it was just perfect like it was in the picture no stain, perfectly stitched and perfect fit. I would recommend the site to anyone looking to good dresses but have tight budget like me. Their dresses are really wonderful which is beyond my expectations.

I used to support DressilyMe because my mom ordered a dress from there before and it was nice - decently priced too. But, after this last order, I will not order from here again. I was excited to receive my dresses for my wedding but they both came with stains. After several messages and sending customer service many pictures, they kept on claiming that they could not see the stain. Are you kidding me? It's so obvious. All they suggested was for me to wash the dress. That is not a proper solution at all since I have no idea what the stains are or where they came from, how am I supposed to treat it correct? Even worse, risk ruining the dress. Aside from this, I customized the measurements but the top portion is WAY too big and comes with these weird padded cups. Don't waste your time with this site. Yes, you may receive a nice dress, but it's all luck. I would rather spend a little more elsewhere and get the product I want than risk getting something that is a defect/damaged and gettingg stuck with it. Don't waste your time and money with DressilyMe.

I ordered 4 custom tailored dresses for my wedding weekend and they all arrived way too big in the chest area and throughout the dress. Teddy, the customer service agent, told me to stuff my dress! I couldn't believe it. I sent photos of my measurements. I couldn't be more disappointed with this company and experience. The fabric of all the dresses was not the same look or quality of their online photos. Please do not waste your money. They will not give you a refund.

I was looking for an evening dress and I found one on dressilyme.com. I had concerns about the size, cause I am very skinny and I was not sure that the dress will fit me well, but finally I decided to buy it. I ordered the dress in lilac. I received the dress on time; it is very beautiful evening dress with embroidery. The quality of the satin and tulle is very good; the floor length hemline is also OK. But my only notice is that the zipper does not close to the top well. Excepting this I could recommend them.

I ordered my prom dress from here. It sucked me in when I saw that you could pick any color you wanted and you could enter in your measurements and they'll make it to your size. Let's just say it took AGES to come in. About 1 1/2 months. But when it came in, I was so impressed. I paid $150 for it, so I didn't have my standards to high for the quality of it. It's not fabulous, but the dress fits PERFECT and looks exactly like the picture and color I chose. A few bearings are coming off after I've tried it on a couple times, but it's not a big deal since they give you extras. Super impressed. Only gave a 4 star rating because shipping was terrible

I ordered a U.S. standard size 14 and a U.S. standard size 8 evening dresses for me and my daughter from the dressilyme website on 05 March 2016. I received the order on April 5 2016 only to find the dresses not meeting our expectations at all. Neither dress fit to the point where we could not even try it on without fear of tearing the seams. The stretch satin V-neck evening dress turned out to be made from polyester fabric which was not stretchy at all. My daughters elegant tulle V-neckline mermaid evening dress with lace appliques still had different colored tulle fabric stuck in various seams for an overall not very professional quality make and look. After having waited for a month for dresses in standard sizes, which did not need custom-tailoring, we were seriously disappointed with both dresses looking to return them, so I contacted the company as per their return policy looking for a return authorization only to find out from Teddy that he needed measurement PICTURES of my and my daughters measurements before they can offer a solution. I refused to send such pictures. Not sure how many emails Teddy and I have exchanged in the meantime all ending with the same success of we cannot offer you the proper solution now because that we cannot know exactly how much small the dress is. Does it really matter how much small the dress is? No it does not, its so small that I cant even try it on and I dont like it, what other rational reason do I need to ask to return merchandise. Never mind that with the given timeline I am not sure what their solution would look like. I have resigned myself to the fact that I am not getting my money back and I am stuck with 2 dresses I now hate, which I got from a company I thought reputable (I didnt read the mixed reviews before ordering). All I have left to do is share my experience with others so hopefully they dont make the same mistake. I am open to suggestions as I am out of ideas here.

After trying on every *******@David's Bridal, The Winner and Alfred Angelo Bridal. I felt sick to my stomach over how NOT in love I was w any of the dresses, the price tags, and the fact that they wanted hundreds more to alter them! David's was insisting on ordering my dress 2 sizes too large and then charging me to alter it back down to my size!
DressilyMe helped me design the dress of my dreams! Made the dress according to my measurements and delivered it in plenty of time before the big day! I ordered a 2nd dress from a similar company on ebay for a back up... when both dresses arrived perfectly designed... I had 1 for the ceremony and a shorter "fun" dress for the ceremony.
I couldn't be happier!
Just know they are working while you are sleeping, so be prepared for some late night email conversations and be as specific as you can in describing the details that you want... include pics when possible ;)

My dress arrived on time and was the right size for me which was great! They attempted to replicate a picture of a dress and claim that it was the same. I got what I paid for but I was a little disappointed that the company just makes knock off dresses. I was rather lucky because the dress looks fine on me and the gems are good quality but the straps and seams are a little questionable. First things first! When i ordered my dress i was very scared of the quality i would recieve it since most of the reviews complained about it. I have to say the quality of my dress was amazing.

I got my dress customised to the colors i liked and to my exact measurments! It fit beautifully like a glove.

The service was amazing. I recieved my dress a few days before the specified delivery date.( inspite of easter holidays)

The colours, the fabrics, the stones used for the sequence, the finishing of my dress was all to perfection and absolutely gorgeous!
And definate thumbs up.

And for the record. Ive not been paid a cent for this review!

My daughter ordered a dress for her prom from this site. The dress is beatifully made but the embellishments /beading is off. The beading on the neck line is nice but the rise in the waistline beading is off center and doesn't look right. Three different people have looked at it. The company insists it's OK even after sending pictures. It also has a stain on it, they insist is must be customes. But the packaging was not taped, so it was not opened. There solution was to take it somewhere to get the beading fixed, which would cost more than the dress it's self. They offered a 10% discount as if I would purchase again.

I heard so many stories about ordering dresses from Internet, like it can come dirty or a bad quality and more. I was on a budget so, what to do, right?! I needed the best possible quality at the lowest price. My dress was delivered in 3 weeks and it was wonderful. The stitches are clean, perfect line crinoline, with crystals. My husband likes it too.
