I ordered a dress from them and I paid to have it customized to me. The dress took nearly two months to come to me and not only was it NOT customized, the dress has huge tears in it. I contacted dressilyme to have my money refunded and they REFUSE. They only offer me 15 bucks. I am contacting whoever I can to get my money back.
I was so nervous about ordering bridesmaid dresses on line... 5 weeks later and WOW Im so happy and they all fit (i used custom measurements) great quality everything is just great! I would definatly recommend 100% cant wait for my wedding in August
Dress looks absolutely nothing like the one in the picture, color was very different and the fabric was super cheap (looked like curtains). The company would not respond to any of my requests to return or get a refund. Scam all around avoid at all costs!
Guys, you will likely never receive a dress like shown on the pictures at dressilyme, because the pictures shown at the dressilyme website are stolen from the webpages of the actual manufacturers or designers.
Dressilyme does NOT have the sewing paterns and does not have the correct fabrics to tailor the dresses like they are shown on the pictures.
I checked that with several dresses. All of the pictures I checked were from designers, who didn't know that dressilyme used their pictures.
It is absolutely clear, that if you steal a picture from somewhere, and if you don't have the sewing pattern, and if you don't also have thr original fabrics, you can NEVER create a dress that looks like the one on the picture.
Also they sell those dresses for sometimes 100USD, when reality those dresses if you buy them from the real manufacurer costs thousands of dollars!
I have been sucked in twice by this Company, what most people DO NOT know is this company keeps registering under different names. They are also trading under * as well. They advertise making out they are an American company, wish is misleading, they will not do returns, most of the items are of cheap quality. If I knew they were based in Hong I would not have purchased any items. My items were to small, I notified the company through their return section. I was told, due to the expense of sending the items back, I was to keep them and with my next purchase the would give me 20% the item. I refused their offer, I was then told they would give me a refund but only if it was their fault. They now do not answer my emails. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

If I could give negative stars I would this company is a fraud, they take your money have you wait an excessive amount of time then send the wrong product. When you fight this on this they will not refund your money but insult you with ridiculous solutions. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Words cannot express how disappointed I was when my dress arrived. The very apparent difference between each of these pictures should be more than enough to explain why I am upset. The dress that I received simply looks nothing like the dress advertised. The beading is completely different and severely lacks in detail compared to the pictures advertised on the website. The sweetheart neckline, the beaded shoulder caps, and across the entire upper back are lacking beading in comparison to the photos I provided directly from the website. The entire back of the dress I received is netted material. I only saw the netted material in the photo on the website AFTER zooming in closer, but even so, it's not nearly as apparent as on the actual dress I received. The pictures on the website also show tulle with no satin showing through underneath, when I can blatantly see satin through the tulle on the dress I received. When I contacted the company they said "As you know,, the model show on the website was pictured under strong light and the picture was modified by professional person". A modified picture is much different than a WANNA-BE dress! To top it off, the most I could get out of them after several emails back and forth was a measly $15 coupon when I already spent $200 on a dress that isn't even remotely what I ordered. I absolutely hate this company and will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone. Don't waste your time or money!
Bought a shower curtain in February. It didn't come. DressLily told me to give it until April 20, they were back ordered. Then told me to check with the post office. They haven't responded to my last inquiry. It's almost May. They have my money and I have nothing.

Sent in custom measurements, added lace trim around bottom and a longer train. Dress came in a little over a month exactly like they state. Its PERFECT! Few strands here and there but so did all the $1000- $4000 dresses i tried on. Can cut them easily. I would definitely order from there again!
All emails were answered within a day (bc of the time differences I'm sure) very nice and helpful.
I ordered my dress on February 22, 2017. I just received my dress on today, March 24, 2017. I was very hesitant about ordering this dress online, especially from Hong Kong, being that their sizes are extremely different from the US. I emailed them before placing my order and they suggested that I do custom measurements which as I did. I sent another email inquiring about how long it would be before I receive the dress. The ensured me that tailoring time would take 15- 18 days and 5- 7 days for shipping. On March 21, 2017, I emailed them to check status of the dress and they stated that the dressmakers were almost complete with my dress. Within the next 2 days, I got an email stating that my dress had shipped. It left Hong Kong on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 and was delivered to me today. The communication was excellent. They responded to my emails within the same day. For the most part, my dress is gorgeous!!! I couldn't have asked for anything better. It is slightly different from the picture but it is amazing. I am not a person who enjoys typing reviews, but I am taking the initiative to write this to alleviate some of the hesitation that some of you may have like I did before ordering. I will upload some photos after my wedding. But i said all of this to say, DressilyMe is legit and they made me a beautiful gown! Thanks DressilyMe!
Terrible business. Just stay away from them. I guess they can't fulfill the orders so they take your money and waste time by asking questions that are apparently none of their business. They ask questions like who is going to wear the clothes, what occasions, etc. Very unprofessional. I assure you will prefer to spend more money on other websites than this terrible business.

Do not buy from this site. I ordered a wedding dress that I was so excited about. It took over a month to be delivered. Once I got it and tried it on, things were all wrong. The "buttons" down the back were really fake buttons covering a cheap zipper. The clasp at the top of the zipper only had one side to it. And the boning in the front dress was dark and could be seen through the ivory satin material. It looked like three dark lines were covering my stomach.
I thought returning the dress would be no big deal since there were obvious problems with it. I sent pictures of all of these problems to customer service trying to receive a return authorization number. They told me to take my dress to a tailor to fix the clasp and to put lace over the front of the dress, which is absolutely ridiculous. If I wanted lace on the front of the dress, I would have never purchased this one. Anyways I've been emailing with them for over a week now. I've asked for the head of the customer service department multiple times and they have ignored my requests. I am beyond frustrated and would never recommend this site to anyone.

When you receive your dress and it doesn't fit, you will be left with their endless replies and lies.

I ordered a wedding dress and don't get me wrong, it looks amazing but they completely messed up the measurements of the dress. That can happen but I've been emailing with them for 2 weeks sending them tons of pictures of what is wrong, telling them that I went to a tailor who told me the dress can't be altered and their solution in the end after 20emails was "go have the straps made longer". Are you kidding me? My boobs would be showing and I explained that in the 20 emails. I'm beyond pissed right now
The DressilyMe website looks a lot like the Modlily clothing site. BUYER BEWARE unless you want to lose your money to someone in China. The material is just dreadful and the manufacture even worse. Unwearable. If you want to return it - which they do not want you to do - you have to send it and pay for it with tracking to CHINA - which will probably cost more than the original item. I have seen reviews of people who pay to send it back and never get a refund. BEWARE

I recommend this website to any budget bride! I got the custom measurements on my wedding dress and it came so perfect. The beading is also gorgeous. Customer service is very responsive and very nice. They answer any question's you ask. Thank you Dressilyme for making my dream wedding dress! :)
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE... Ordered a dress for my daughters graduation and when we received the dress we were extremely disappointed. Not even close to what was advertised. The color was totally different and it was awful material and didn't even fit. Email back and forth with no happy outcome and stuck with this dreadful piece of clothing they called a dress. They say it's a custom dress even though we just picked a size. No measurements given to have it be a custom dress... they don't understand the meaning of custom or an unhappy customer. After about 10 emails back and forth arguing I lost all hope about getting my money back so I really just want to advise all to stay away from this so called company who knows nothing in regards to quality and customer service. It's a farce. STAY AWAY...

Saw a beautiful looking dress on the website for my wedding, checked the return terms etc & took the chance to order my dress. The initial order responses & communications were very prompt & helpful, and the dress was delivered in good time, but when I took it out of the packaging, the skirt had huge thread pulls all over it, so bad that they could be seen clearly even from a distance. I sent photos to the customer service email requesting a replacement dress due to the damage. I've now had some dozen emails from them basically just saying to remove the threads. My mother is a dressmaker & confirmed the pulls were far too large to remove without additional damage.
They have repeatedly just spouted the same nonsense on each email, even offering me a paltry $10 coupon in compensation - as if I'd order another dress from them after this nightmare!
I'm now £200 out of pocket with a dress I wouldn't even feel comfortable donating due to the damage on the skirt. The reason I chanced this option was due to limited funds for the wedding, and now I have no idea where I'm going to find money to find another dress before the wedding.

I was surprised with the prompt replies from the customer service person prior to and during my custom order process. I was pleasantly surprised that the dress arrived much earlier then what the customer service person told me.
I was very disappointed that I could not fit into either dress. They had confirmed my measurements prior to making the order, I am very hourglass shaped. The mermaid style dresses fit in the bust and waist but were too small in the hips and legs. They were so tight that I could not walk in the dress let alone sit down. One of the dresses measures 1.5 inches and the other 1 inch smaller then the measurement given. They emailed me a photo the the dresses turned inside out saying that they are the correct sizing but when measured with the dresses right side out they are too small. They are well sewn but are two separate layers of fabric, which is very good quality but the outside lace bulked up over the inside because it was to small. I sent photos of me squeezed into the dress and the dress with the measuring tape showing the finished measurement. They will not return or refund or remake with the proper measurements even though the site says they will work to ensure the dress is made to the customer supplied measurements. I even went to a bridal tailor to confirm my measurements and to confirm the measurements of the sewn dress. She confirmed that I gave them the correct measurements and that the completed dress is not made to the measurements.
Please read the exchange and return section on their site... they tell you that your monitor might be the reason you don't get the color you ordered. We ordered Wine; we got pink. And they will not let you returned it without a return authorization number... which they will never give to you. If it doesn't fit... they have an excuse for that too. Either way you are stuck with a dress you will never wear!
