THIS WEBSITE IS HORRIBLE! Do not shop here! I did months or research before I decided to try and order from them and then talked to them for 2 months making sure everything would be perfect with my dress. THEY RUINED MY WEDDING! I ordered a dress based on the specific lace on the top as it had no flowers and I dont like flowers I requested they add sleeves and they asked me to find a dress on their site with sleeves I liked and send them a picture of the sleeves and the dress number and then they said on it will be $25 more for the sleeves. Wonderful. The dress gets here and the sleeves are these terribly unfitted, bulky chunks of fabric that dont fit well and they are weird flower lace which was not even CLOSE to what we discussed for a week. The lace on the entire top of the dress is completely different than the lace in the picture and has tons of flowers. The waist band on the dress is so awkward it looks like when you see a strip into your jeans when youre pregnant. I have been going back and forth with them since I received this dress on Friday and I keep asking for my money back and they are telling me this is a misunderstanding and to just take the sleeves off. I DIDNT PAY EXTRA FOR SLEEVES ON A WEDDING DRESS TO JUST TEAR THEM OFF! I keep requesting a refund and they wont confirm or deny if they will grant me one and I spent $250 that is now wasted because they refuse to accept that they screwed up! Im furious and I will give them a poor review ON EVERY ONLINE PLATFORM I CAN FIND! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS!

I used a credit card to place my order. First they told me to send a copy of my Passport and the credit card front and back WTF! Told them NO, if they were a reputable company, they would not need it and I accused them of being a scammer company. Then they sent me a "bank required" form to sign and send back with a copy of my credit card. They said MY Bank is requiring that I fill out the authorization form. If my bank required it, they would have contacted me, not the SCAM of a company. Awful Experience, last email to them is to cancel my order, because their payment process is to complicated and I am not comfortable with it.

Buying from dressilyme was a huge mistake. I know the dresses are 'replica' dress but one would expect it to at least be close to the image shown on the website, it wasn't. First of all I ordered the dress in ivory what I got was a VERY white dress. The 'satin sash belt' is a piece of 2inch onesides white ribbon that was probably purchased at the local craft store with the ends not even cut cleanly then obviously heated to stop from fraying. The cap sleeves are not cap sleeves at all but instead just wide straps of mismatched lace. The lace appliques are pieces of left over lace terrible cut and stuck into the dress. I have sent them an email with my concerns but have yet to hear back from them. If you have very low expectations that you will receive a dress that even closely resembles the image then it's a great deal, but if you want the dress or at least something similar to what is pictured stay away from this website.

Do not buy from this website! Like you, I did my research and thought I'd try buying my wedding dress online!

I wish I listened to the negative reviews and not the positive ones! I hope you listen to me so you to do not get disappointed

The dress I ordered did not look anything like the picture.

I wanted a few alterations and emailed them if it were possible, they said to write it in the comments and I did.

My dress arrived earlier than expected and then my face dropped with disappointment when I saw it. They got the colour wrong and it looked cheap.

When I told them they got the colour wrong and said they were sorry and could offer a 5% refund ($10). And if I wanted a new one I would still have to pay money for it. After going back and forth, I only ended up getting a 10% refund.

Honestly, unless you are very desperate I suggest buying from a shop.

Unhappy costumer

I took the risk of ordering a wedding dress from the site, thinking that if it turns out to be terrible it is cheap enough that I could buy another one. But the risk payed off! After a few size alterations in my local taylors the dress was perfect. Not the best quality fabric but for a dress you wear once what does it matter! I had so many compliments and he photos look amazing. My advice to any brides to be is order your dress well in advance so you can have any alterations made in the UK - I sent my measurements off and the dress came back significantly too big (if in doubt order too big as it can always be made smaller). Thank you dressillyme for saving me hundreds of pounds!

I ordered a color sample chart - took awhile - but i got it.
Now that I have used it for my purpose. I would be willing to sell it.

I purchased a two piece dress on 3/16/17 for an event that was held on 7/1/17. The top was cut extremely small. The company would not take responsibility for the mistake, but offered to make me another top at a discounted price. On 5/26/17, I purchased the other top. I received it on 6/26/17 and This time the top came in without a lining... Once again, the company would not take responsibility... They recommended taking the top to a local tailor to put in the lining, when I refused they offered me another top once again at a discounted price. I was unable to wear the dress to my event, and had to purchase an entirely different outfit. I do not think I should be responsible for their mistake. I do want the top because now I have a skirt without a top, but I do not think I should have to pay again. Especially since I had to buy something different for my event. I've tried contacting customer service, but they are only willing to offer me another discount. Sooo disappointing... I guess I should have read reviews prior to my order. I see others have had the same problem

Felt lots of anxiety about ordering online. Checked out reviews and decided to take the risk. I Chose a dress that had real life photos from another buyer under feedback. Helped me so much that I want to pay it forward and do the same. I purposely bought a dress too large and will get alterations a month before the big day. 6 months to go. So keep in mind... The dress in the photos is too big and not fitted to my waist yet. I would recommend buying from dressilyme. Though I'm sure it's a bit of luck if you have a good seamstress or not.

Ordered my daughter's bridesmaids dresses in June 8 of them, Dress came in about 4 weeks, let me say first, I owed a Bridal store in the past and all I can say is these dresses were top notch!, The quality of these gowns was beautiful, I also order two mother of the bride gowns and both were just amazing! If anyone has a bad experience with this company I'm not sure why because they were great to work with and fast service! Love love!

Bought two dresses in February, hone they arrived in March the quality was shocking. On top of all the size wasn't true but smaller. They refused to refund me and advised to go to local tailors. After I explained that the taylor can't make the dress bigger and send all photos with tape measure showing the res sis too small they ignored me. Then O filed complain with the bank, however they ignored them too and as I don't have PPI I couldn't get my £200 back! Absolute SCAM! If you order from them pay via Pay Pal and they will give your money back in case you aren't happy (and you won; t be, believe me!).

I had a few inquiries about the quality of the dress I wanted to buy, the delay until reception and their return/exchange policy that had some weird elements in it. So I contacted the customer service, but they left me really frustrated as they avoided to answer all of my questions, simply telling me that they've been around for a while and "Please feel free to purchase from us." When I pointed out that none of my inquiries had been answered, I received this answer: "We are sorry for the situation. Here if you have any concern, please let us know." Made me wonder if they even read my e-mail. I cancelled my order since I was disappointed in the way they took care of their customers.

Oh man I wish I would have listened to my gut. I don't lie and never have I been cheated on the internet until now! I have picture, emails and proof they are scammers. Please don't buy anything they sell. Yes its from China and its cheap af! My dress looked like it was made in 2 days everything is falling off and its a cheap representation of the dress i tried on in the store. Luckily i found a bridal store and bought my dress however they have been rude and want to give me a stupid coupon with the code JUNE20 like that make a diffrence 20$ for cheap material. 275$ GONE smh how do they do this to brides? No shame

Do not be tempted to order from this company. I have tried the made to order service which was customer made for someone but not for me and not to my measurements. Stupidly I then tried the standard size route which was way too smsll! The outfits look great but in reality are cheap looking and poorly made. Save your money do not order from this company! They make you take photos, measurements and then suggest you take it to be altered somewhere locally! This cost more than the outfits.

I don't know where to start! The dress is not even close to its picture! The buttons on the back don't have any loop. The top layer which was supposed to be lace is a net that I never even use it as curtain! The front side of the dress has extra fabric which is like they put it there to fit a big stomach! It is disgusting when the quality is so poor and asked for refund they refused to do so and whenever I put 1 star review on the page they simply remove it! I feel like a fool to trust all those positive reviews on their website! I just want to do whatever is in my power to prevent other people to go into their trap.
