I ordered a dress from them. Got a dress that looked similar but it was completely different than the picture of the dress and description of the dress. I contacted them. They told me that the picture and real dress were different. WELL DUH! They then said I would be receiving a refund. Ive contacted them every other day with the question of how and when will I receive my refund. Havent heard anything since. They definitely will take your money and run. Dont buy from dresshead.com.

My wife ordered from these people and I have always warned her about ordering things off line that seem to good to be true. Anyway she made the order anyway and lo and behold the clothes she ordered were too small. Was able to get a response from a supposed customer service agent who could not even spell Hong Kong correctly. To return the merchandise that was too small I would have to pay to have the ill fitting items shipped back to Hong Kong... really!? To me these people are a rip off! Plain and simple and if you order from them it will be your loss of money.

I've ordered clothes from DressHead a bunch of times by now and it has become one of my favorite online shops! Shipping is neither fast or slow, but something in between I'd say. Great customer service.

I love this company. The quality and fabrics are outstanding. The only problem is the sizing. They run very small. European sizes are much smaller than American sizes. I wear an. External large here. There size that fits me is a 4X. Now no one sees the tag that says 4X but you. It's beautiful. I just love the whole company. If I have a question I just email them and they get right back to me. The shipping cost is high but the cloths are so affordable I just include that as part of each item and your still getting a bargained. Don't for get these are coming overseas and have to go threw customs. I will continue ordering for myself and daughter. The give aways you just can't beat. Love this company Dresshead. Give them a chance.

I ordered 12 items in a size XL. Not one item was bigger than a medium, at best.
I tried to contact them to return the items for the last 4 days, they refuse to give me an address and only have informed me that I will need to ship back to Hong Kong.
The return policy clearly states they have easy returns in the USA.
Crappy product material, all items too small, and awful returns if you even can return it.
DO NOT SHOP THIS SITE... UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET STUCK WITH A BUNCH OP CRAPPY CLOTHES THAT DO NOT FIT YOU.

If you really want a reliable review of DressHead, and this is an opinion of a dissatisfied customer. I recently ordered a bathing suit from this website and before I ordered it, I read the shipping info and it said free shipping and returns. I recently got it in the mail and tried it on. You could see through the bathing suit, which keep in mind was a tan golden color. If you order from here dont expect to get good quality. Their shipping time was a good amount but the material was dispicable. And also when I emailed them, they didnt even have correct grammar or English. They were also very snobby with me. Please save your time and your money and go buy real clothes from a local store.

I'm not a rich person so I'm constantly looking for deals online. As a busy mom of 3 with a full time job, I try my best to do things as fast, convenient, and inexpensive as possible. I stumbled on this website DressHead. I was shocked how good prices are. I can already tell goods are being produced overseas and transit time will take at least 3-4 weeks. So I bought about $100 worth of product including shipping. Then after purchasing product I decided to look for reviews on DressHead. Upon reading review after review, I was nervous and regretful that I just wasted my money and will not receive all the items I purchased. After 3 weeks of waiting for my package, I timed it perfectly enough that I received my products before Christmas, I got exactly what I bought along with free promotional items. Yes, people are right about the quality of product. What do you expect with the money you pay for? Sizing is perfect for me since I am an Asian girl. If I were to buy a dress for my 17 year old niece who is 5'9 weighing about 180 lbs, then I would get a size or 2 bigger than her actual size. Overall, I am a SATISFIED customer and NO I don't work for DressHead. I'm a very happy customer and I will purchase more items from this site. Remember that this site is overseas so it will take a lot longer than usual for your package to arrive and their models aren't exactly how a normal American girl look like so think twice about sizing. What ever made me think this would be a good deal. I must have been bored and possibly drunk. Seriously it took a month to land on my porch. Seven sweaters and a bunch of freebie things squished into a plastic bag. Ok. As I unwrapped each individually plastic bagged sweater, I just kept thinking what have I done. 95 bucks down the drain. I no probs wear a large. I bought x large sweaters. One when, Pulled it out of its bag I laughed it was so tiny. I thought man do I know any seven year olds?
Ok. I have learned my lesson. Why bother even trying to send back. No clear washing or fabric identifications. Lol. If you want to piss away your money or have a sad laugh go ahead and buy this stuff. Oh I got free makeup too. Yeah. Like I would put this on my skin? Chinese crayons have toxic stuff in them. Make up? Lol. Man. Why did I waste my time and money. What have I done? 95 bucks I could have gotten a few things or needed winter boots. This is a complete mess. Dont do this. Again, do not piss your money away. If you are the size of a pixie or child get an xl. They may fit. Just take your money and go online to amazon and get a few things that will be normal.

Participated in their buy one get one free (minimum of 3 items purchased. But had to pay $3.99 shipping PER ITEM) Granted, the items on the website are extremely affordable so I was not expecting anything too fabulous. But- their customer service is absolutely the worst I have encountered. After receiving my items 4 days late, I was mostly pleased. But, they did send me a dress in the wrong color. I emailed, asking how to go about returning as I accidentally threw away the original packaging. I sent photos to show that the dress that I got was dark brown. I order a pale pink- which they confirmed. They seemed confused on how I got the wrong color... But this brown color was not even an option on their website! Finally, they responded and told me that I would be responsible for shipping fees to Hong Kong. No other information on how to even do so if I was nuts enough to. When their website clearly states, free returns because they will cover any shipping fees. After I sent a screen shot of this policy in the email, I never got a response. All I wanted was the same dress, in the correct color. Had this issue been resolved, this review would have been the complete opposite. I was generally pleased with the quality of the clothing for the price and the free items had a variety of choices (I got all name brand, high quality makeup). But the "customer service" completely turned me off from this site! Be warned, you're taking a gamble on whether or not you... 1. actually receive items (especially on time) 2. Get all the items you ordered 3. Get the color/size you order. And good luck to you if you need to make a return or exchange!

I have been ordering from DRESSHEAD for over 2 years and i always end up a happy customer. The shipping is always on time, if not even sooner then expected. Their handling time is pretty much nothing less then 24 hrs. I love their chic fashion trends and 99% of the time what you see is what you get! Thank you DressHead for being such a big part of my wardrobe =)

I have ordered from this company3 times all three times I have been disappointed. I have received products that do not work, missing items, wrong item sent. They are terrible about correcting there mistakes and have refused to send a the right product I initially ordered. They send out whatever and tell you they will not correct any mistakes. They have stolen from me more than once and they force you to reorder when you need a correction for the previous order and on top the products are junk! Its a waist of time and money. I have never seen such a bad business.

Dresshead has the latest trends and fashion you can get at a decent price compared to retailers like forever21, lulus or Asos. Dresshead trends have various styles and designs compared to other fashion retailers. One unique thing about Dresshead is their style saver return procedure. Simply buy a product online, wait for a few days. If you don't like it, seal it up and return it. On a price point of view, the current season can be expensive but they are much better in pricing than forever21 at their season. I mostly love shopping on their sale, as i always find something for me. I will continue to shop at dresshead over the years to come, as a university student, I have been complimented for the clothes that I have brought from dresshead, its unique and it doesn't look like the rest of general public who tend to wear forever21 and so on.
