Prices are unbelievably low. I purchased 12 items, received 10.2 were out of stock.
After my complaint they finally refunded me for those items. Most of them are very nice, comfortable. 1 item is pretty low quality. Not sure it will hold up to one wearing. However, 3 items were to small. They say 100% Guaranty Free Returns, they say returns will be handled in the US through UPS.

Now they are fighting me on the returns, saying I would have to pay shipping to Hong Kong. They offered a free dress with my next order if I just kept the clothes that don't fit. Does me no good. I filed complaints with the FTC and BBB.

Remember, you get what you pay for. For price I will probably use them again. For customer service I won't like it.

I ordered a maxi dress online that I wanted to wear for an event. They claim that your product will arrive in 18 to 15 days. I ordered my dress in March, a month in advance before the event I wanted to wear it to, and it STILL has not showed up. I have sent out multiple emails to DressHead support and no one has gotten back to me as to where my package is, if I will even be receiving my package or if I could have a refund. DO NOT BUT FROM THEM! They just want your money and do not care about your valuable customer service. Take your business elsewhere. I have never had an experience like this in my online shopping life.

I bought my girlfriend a dress for her birthday and she loved it. It has been 3 months and she still wears it occasionally despite me washing it wrong and shrinking it. Haha!

I purchased several items and was please a few and dissatisfied with a few. When I requested information to return the few I didn't like, I was asked why I wanted to return them. When I explained my reasons, they disputed and said I should look at descriptions again, then stopped answering me. Before you purchase make sure you can live without the product and your money because they will not honor their 100% guarantee or easy return policy.

When I first stumbled on this website I thought Wow! These ppl have great deals for get looking clothes! So I made my first order. I seen three beautiful dresses that I had to have and I picked size Large because that's my correct size. The order came and I immediately (Attempted) to try them on. Once I managed to squeeze my body into the dresses I realized for 1. They were so far from the right size, felt like two sizes too small and one actually tore a little when I tried taking it off. When mornings hours came about I messaged customer service to get an even exchange for the two dresses that were not damaged. Never in my life did I ever get such RUN AROUND. They messaged me back and forth saying they will discount my next order and not once they agreed to give me the address to exchange. One guy came out of nowhere and was basically saying not going to happen. I went as far as copying and pasting their return/refund policy and it clearly started you as the customer can request and exchange within the first 30 days. I was a week away from that dead line and when I pointed their policy out, let's just say I got no response. Fine. Within a day I received a refund on my PayPal for one dress. I gave them a second chance and ordered a beautiful Long** dress, it's white on the top and navy blue bottom. The model online shows the dress reached the ground and she was tall. I finally got the dress. Not only was the XL a little difficult to get in but the dress stopped right below my calf muscle. FALSE ADVERTISING, LIARS, CHEAP QUALITY, NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, WASTE OF MONEY! I will NEVER order from these Crooks ever again. Even the link they sent me to write a review didn't work. Ever wondering why on their site you can't find not 1 bad review.

Do NOT, do NOT BELIEVE ANY positive reviews, they must be putting them on there.

Not even close on size of my dress.

I ordered size 2x, plus size, I got approx size 12.

She said, label is right, I don't care, WHAT LABELS YOU PUT ON. They are not American sizes

I wouldn't give it any stars o be honest... but you have to push a star to give a review.
I really wonder how much people are paid to lie and say that they are great. Maybe they are family members trying to cover up the bad reviews I stead of trying to sell good quality products.
Halloween customs are better quality. Sadly I really wish I was joking or lying!
I received my order. I never received my money back for the two dresses in my orders that I didn't receive.
The other two dress were nothing as I ordered. They were short as t-shirts. The one dress was supposed to be down to the ankles.
The quality of both dresses were nothing as it said in post.
They quality was beyond horrible! Wasted my money... and waited three months for them to arrive. The jerwery I ordered was supposed to be Sterling silver and it was anything but that. I would send all back but I had a hard time finding an answer in emails. Plus No help... no phone number. Etc. I will never order again from your sight. After all the time wasted and my money... I will be writing on the internet my oppion of exactly what sh#t I went through to receive my packages... plus horrible quality! And I never received my money back from what I ordered and didn't receive... dresshead.com is a scam!
