I order 6 dress n they looked nothing like the website. I just want my money back... This company is a scam no contact number to talkto anyone. The blue dont match the blue n its crazy where the black dont match the black the peach suppose to be pink i can't believe they took my money n sent me this crap if i was anyone looking to buy from dress head i wud not ciz wat you order is not wat you go get this is a repoff
HORRRRRRRIBLE, the clothing are literally made by 5 year olds. They steal beautiful pictures from other sites and have their children make a duplicate of it, stitch it by hand and send it to you. I'm so serious. The material, design, stitching, nor color of the item that you order is what you will get not to mention size. If you are a small order XXL no matter what the measurements say if you are larger than a small DON'T BOTHER ORDERING... Nothing will fit...
When someone say they have not received their items best believe that's what they mean. Smart jesters & asking for the customer to take down the negative review doesn't help the situation none when it has already took almost a month to get the items ordered. Stay away from these jokers they just want the money and not willing to compensate when things go sour. Also, don't look at their site they only got great reviews... FAKENESS!
So disappointed about my order. I asked for 4 dresses that in their pictures were totally different that I received it. I asked for my refund and they said I have to send them back to Hong Kong and pay for the shipping cost. I lost $56.00 for nothing!
I am whole pissed off! I not only just got the dress which I got 3 but they are totally not what I expected! I'm livid! The material used is material used for your nightware! Smh a mess they will NEVER get any services from this one here and I promise that!
My clothing took over a month to come on top of that dresshead has horrible customer service and the clothing does not look the same in person as it does in the website

I ordered items and when they arrived hated every single one of them. The site advertised "100% satisfaction" and "free returns" and you get neither of those. Contacted customers service and they said I would have to pay the return fee to HONG KONG! Yes that is right and did not even provide me an address or an alternative. Also when I asked about my refund they said that I would not get it until they received the items all the way in HONG KONG! What legit company does that false advertising and then wont refund your money until they get the products... who is to say they will be honest enough to say they received them when they cant advertise honesty! I want to warn ppl about this company and ensure that they do not purchase from them and go through what I am at this time.
Was going to place an order, however, between all the bad reviews and also finding out you are charged a separate shipping fee for each item ordered I opted to save myself a headache!
I ordered from them received my stuff two weeks late on top of that I ordered everything two sizes bigger just incase. And it was still to small... I paid more for shipping than I did my actual clothes. I will not order from them again and waste my money...
Received order three weeks soon as i seen items first off not material they say its goin be. Then there was a note saying one item was out of stock and they credit my jpay i dont have a jpay n my account was never credit n my emails were not return. Also they sent me a XL and i order all 2Xl cuz i know sizes arw from china the XL wouldn't even fit a 10year old of 100 pounds because i tried to give away so last thing material were the worst out of all places i ordered from definitely cheap made not even cloth legging n do not stretch at all. So i say do not order n they charge hella for shipping just for u to throw away
Don't order coming from China and quality of clothes is what you pay for. They don't fit extremely small and very short. Charged hefty shipping costs bag they came in cost $5 to mail. Can't get any worse than this.
I ordered a very cute summer dress I was going to use as a WEDDING DRESS. The tracking number has not had any updates in the last 2 weeks, and I haven't received my package. It's been about a month. If it comes, I will slightly change my review but I will not orderfrom here again.
I order some dresses a month ago for my daughter sweet sixteen on 4/22 and i just got them today so i will never order again i give a zero for rating
Order bridesmaid dresses waited about 3weeks longer than estimated delivery date. Then when they final came in it wasn't nothing close to what we ordered it was closer to a shirt than a dress. If you order from here don't expect to get what your ordering.
